रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | शहर के एक बड़े चार्टेड अकाउंटेंट पर एक महिला ने छेड़छाड़ करने का आरोप लगाया है। महिला एक इवेंट मैनेजर की पत्नी है। इस जोड़े ने मंदिर हसौद थाने में चार्टेड अकाउंटेंट के खिलाफ शिकायत दी है। मामले में छानबीन करते हुए अब पुलिस ने इस केस के सिलसिले में चार्टेड अकाउंटेंट को नोटिस जारी किया है। आरोपी इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टेड अकाउंटेंट्स ऑफ इंडिया के रायपुर यूनिट के अध्यक्ष रह चुके हैं। उन्होंने इस पूरे मामले को झूठा बताया है और ऐसी किसी भी घटना से इनकार किया है।
ये मामला बीते 28 अगस्त का है। शिकायत में इवेंट मैनेजर और उसकी पत्नी ने पुलिस से कहा है कि रात के वक्त होटल शैमरॉक ग्रीन में पार्टी आयोजित थी। वहां चार्टेड अकाउंटेंट महिला से बोला- आज तुम बहुत खूबसूरत लग रही हो, महिला को आंख मारी, हाथ दबाकर पकड़ा और आई लव यू कहा। इससे घबराई महिला ने आपत्ति करते हुए हाथ छुड़ा लिया और सारा मामला अपने पति को बता दिया। पार्टी में भी माहौल गर्माया, महिला और उसका पति चले गए।
अगले दिन महिला के पति ने चार्टेड अकाउंटेंट को फोन किया। महिला का दावा है कि जब उसके पति ने इस मामले को लेकर बात की तो चार्टेड अकाउंटेंट ने कह दिया कि वो बड़ा आदमी है, जिंदा नहीं छोड़ेगा। गुंडों को सुपारी देगा। महिला के पति ने इसके बाद थाने जाकर इस मामले में शिकायत की, महिला ने भी अपने साथ हुई घटना के बारे में पुलिस को बताया है। अपने शिकायती पत्र में महिला ने मांग की है कि आरोपी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करें।
पुलिस ने भेजा नोटिस
इस मामले में मंदिर हसौद पुलिस ने बताया कि पति-पत्नी ने लिखित शिकायत की है। शिकायत के आधार पर दोनों पक्षों को थाने बुलाकर पूछताछ की जा जाएगी। छेड़छाड़ और सुपारी देने की धमकी के आरोप में चार्टेड अकाउंटेंट को नोटिस दिया गया है, उन्हें थाने में पेश होकर अपना पक्ष रखने को कहा गया है, इसके बाद आगे की कार्रवाई होगी।

इस बारे में चार्टेड अकाउंटेंट ने भी जवाब दिया है। उन्होंने कहा है कि इस मामले में कोई दम नहीं। जानबूझकर उन्हें फंसाने के लिए ये शिकायत की गई है। ये शिकायत फेक है। CA ने उस रात ऐसी किसी भी घटना से इंकार किया है।

Police sent notice

A notice has been given to the chartered accountant on charges of molestation and threatening to give betel nut, he has been asked to appear in the police station and present his side, after which further action will be taken.
