रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | मस्जिद में लाउडस्पीकर से अजान पढ़ने से जुड़ा विवाद महाराष्ट्र से शुरू होकर विभिन्न राज्यों के रास्ते अब छत्तीसगढ़ पहुंच गया है। हिंदू स्वाभिमान संगठन, श्रीनीलकंठ सेवा संस्थान और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हिन्दू महासभा के पदाधिकारी रायपुर कलेक्टर से मिले। हिन्दू संगठनों ने मस्जिदों से लाउड स्पीकर हटाने ज्ञापन सौंपा है। संगठनों की तरफ से कहा गया है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साउंड सिस्टम इस्तेमाल करने का नियम तय कर रखा है। फिर यह नियम मस्जिदों पर प्रशासन क्यों लागू नहीं करवा पा रहा है। हिन्दूवादी संगठनों ने प्रशासन को अल्टीमेटम दिया है कि मस्जिदों से लाउडस्पीकर हटाया जाए, नहीं तो चौक-चौराहों में हनुमान चालीसा का पाठ किया जाएगा। शिवसेना भी उत्तर प्रदेश की तरह छत्तीसगढ़ के धार्मिक स्थलों पर लाउड स्पीकर की आवाज कम करने प्रशासन को अल्टीमेटम दे चुका है।
कलेक्टोरेट पहुंचे श्रीनीलकंठ सेवा संस्थान, छत्तीसगढ़ के संयोजक नीलकंठ त्रिपाठी ने कहा कि कलेक्टर को ज्ञापन दिए हैं। मस्जिदों में लगातार अजान से ध्वनि प्रदूषण हो रहा है। उस पर प्रतिबंध लगाया जाए। जिस प्रकार उत्तर प्रदेश से लाउडस्पीकर को उतारा जा रहा है, उसी तरह छत्तीसगढ़ की मस्जिदों से भी लाउडस्पीकर उतारा जाए। लाउडस्पीकर से स्कूलों और कॉलेजों की पढ़ाई में दिक्कत होती है। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हिन्दू महासभा के राष्ट्रीय सचिव स्वामी राजेश्वरानंद ने कहा कि मस्जिदों से लाउडस्पीकर हटाए जाएं या फिर सभी मंदिरों में लाउडस्पीकर लगाने की अनुमति दी जाए।
बिना लाउडस्पीकर अजान कीजिए, कोई आपत्ति नहीं
हिन्दू स्वाभिमान संगठन की प्रदेश अध्यक्ष विश्वदिनी पांडेय ने कहा कि मस्जिदों में लाउडस्पीकर से अजान को बंद किया जाए। बिना लाउडस्पीकर 5 बार क्या 50 बार अजान कीजिए… हमें कोई आपत्ति नहीं है। उन्होंने बताया कि अजान के शब्द होते हैं कि अल्लाह सबसे महान है। अल्लाह के अतिरिक्त दूसरा कोई इबादत के योग्य नहीं है। हिन्दू संगठनों ने कलेक्टर को अल्टीमेटम दिए हैं कि 15 दिनों में लाउडस्पीकर नहीं हटाने पर चौक-चौराहों में हनुमान चालीसा लाउडस्पीकर लगाकर पढ़ेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि रायपुर के जय स्तंभ से लाउड स्पीकर में डीजे के साथ हनुमान चालीसा का पाठ करेंगे।
महाराष्ट्र से शुरू हुआ विवाद कई राज्यों तक पहुंचा
दरअसल, विवाद की शुरुआत महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना (मनसे) प्रमुख राज ठाकरे के बयान के बाद हुई थी। राज ठाकरे ने महाराष्ट्र की शिवसेना सरकार को चेतावनी दी थी। राज ठाकरे ने कहा था कि मनसे कार्यकर्ता मस्जिदों के बाहर स्पीकर लगाएंगे और हनुमान चालीसा का पाठ करेंगे। इसके बाद कई जगहों पर विवाद की खबरें आई थीं। लाउडस्पीकर का विवाद इसके बाद कई राज्यों तक पहुंच गया। महाराष्ट्र में लाउडस्पीकर विवाद के बाद सरकार ने बड़ा फैसला लिया। नए आदेश के मुताबिक महाराष्ट्र में अब धार्मिक स्थलों पर लाउडस्पीकर लगाने से पहले राज्य सरकार से अनुमति लेना अनिवार्य कर दिया है।
महाराष्ट्र के गृह मंत्रालय ने एक आदेश में कहा है कि किसी भी धार्मिक स्थल पर लाउडस्पीकर के इस्तेमाल के लिए अब प्रशासन से इजाजत लेनी होगी। वहीं उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी सरकार ने मंदिर-मस्जिद सहित सभी धर्मस्थलों पर तय मानकों के मुताबिक लाउडस्पीकर को कम आवाज में बजाने को निर्देश जारी किया है। नियमों का उल्लंघन पर लाउड स्पीकर को उतारने का आदेश दिया है। विवाद के बाद कई धार्मिक स्थलों ने खुद ही लाउडस्पीकर उतार लिए।

Like Uttar Pradesh, Shiv Sena has also given an ultimatum to the administration to reduce the sound of loudspeakers at religious places of Chhattisgarh.
Neelkanth Tripathi, convener of Shrineelkanth Seva Sansthan, Chhattisgarh, who reached the collectorate, said that the memorandum has been given to the collector. There is continuous noise pollution in mosques due to Ajan. It should be banned. Just as loudspeakers are being removed from Uttar Pradesh, similarly loudspeakers should be removed from the mosques of Chhattisgarh. Loudspeakers cause problems in the education of schools and colleges. International Hindu Mahasabha’s national secretary Swami Rajeshwaranand said that loudspeakers should be removed from mosques or permission should be given to install loudspeakers in all temples.
Azaan without loudspeaker, no objection
State President of Hindu Swabhiman Sangathan, Vishwadini Pandey said that the loudspeaker in mosques should be stopped. Do azaan 5 times 50 times without loudspeaker… We don’t mind. He told that the words of the Azaan are that Allah is the greatest. There is no one worthy of worship except Allah. Hindu organizations have given an ultimatum to the collector that if the loudspeaker is not removed in 15 days, Hanuman Chalisa will be read by putting loudspeakers in the squares. He said that he would recite Hanuman Chalisa with DJ in loud speaker from Jai Stambh of Raipur.
The dispute that started from Maharashtra reached many states.
Actually, the controversy started after the statement of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray. Raj Thackeray had warned the Shiv Sena government of Maharashtra. Raj Thackeray had said that MNS workers would put up speakers outside mosques and recite Hanuman Chalisa. After this, there were reports of controversy in many places. After this the dispute of loudspeaker reached many states. After the loudspeaker controversy in Maharashtra, the government took a big decision. According to the new order, Maharashtra has now made it mandatory to take permission from the state government before installing loudspeakers at religious places.
Maharashtra’s Home Ministry has said in an order that permission will now have to be taken from the administration for the use of loudspeakers at any religious place. At the same time, the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has issued instructions to play the loudspeaker in low voice according to the standards set at all the religious places including the temple-mosque. The loudspeaker has been ordered to be removed for violation of rules. After the controversy, many religious places themselves took off the loudspeakers.
