रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | cg breaking मुख्यमंत्री बघेल ने प्रतिनिधिमंडल से चर्चा करते हुए बताया कि छत्तीसगढ़ खनिज और वन संपदा सहित प्राकृतिक संसाधनों की दृष्टिकोण से एक समृद्ध राज्य है. राज्य के हर क्षेत्र में विकास की असीम संभावनाएं हैं. इसे दृष्टिगत रखते हुए राज्य में नवाचार का प्रयोग करते हुए लोगों की भलाई और छत्तीसगढ़ के समग्र विकास के लिए नई-नई योजनाओं और कार्यक्रमों को लागू किया गया है. इनमें लोगों को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा और रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने विशेष जोर दिया जा रहा है, वहीं राज्य की कृषि प्रधान अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती देने के साथ-साथ उद्योग तथा व्यापार-व्यवसाय के लिए बेहतर वातावरण का निर्माण किया गया है. यही वजह है कि आज छत्तीसगढ़ की देश और दुनिया में विकास के क्षेत्र में तेजी से उभरते हुए राज्य के रूप में एक विशिष्ट पहचान बनी है.
मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल से आज शाम उनके निवास कार्यालय में मुम्बई स्थित जापान के कॉन्सुलेट जनरल के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने सौजन्य मुलाकात की. मुख्यमंत्री बघेल को इस दौरान कॉन्सुलेट जनरल फुकाहोरी ने विकास की ओर तेजी से अग्रसर छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य की सराहना करते हुए यहां जापान की ओर से निवेश सहित हर संभव सहयोग और समन्वय के लिए इच्छा जाहिर की. साथ ही छत्तीसगढ़ में जनजातियों के कौशल विकास, पर्यटन, उद्योग, मोनो रेल, सड़क और पुलों के निर्माण में भी जापानी प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने भागीदारी निभाने की इच्छा जताई. इस अवसर पर मुख्य सचिव अमिताभ जैन, मुख्यमंत्री के सचिव डॉ. एस. भारतीदासन और काउन्सल कोया रयोसुके उपस्थित थे.
पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में अनेक संभावनाएं
मुख्यमंत्री बघेल ने कहा कि राज्य में हमारी सरकार की ओर से चलाए जा रहे महत्वाकांक्षी ‘नरवा, गरुवा, घुरवा, बाड़ी’ कार्यक्रम से मैदानी हो चाहे वनांचल हर क्षेत्र में लोगों को जहां आजीविका के साधन की सुगम उपलब्धता हुई है, वहीं इससे पर्यावरण संरक्षण और संवर्धन को भी बढ़ावा मिला है. उन्होंने आगे कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ धार्मिक, ऐतिहासिक और पुरातात्विक महत्व के स्थलों से भी भरा पड़ा है. इससे पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में भी काफी संभावनाएं हैं. उन्होंने जापान के प्रतिनिधिमंडल को बताया कि छत्तीसगढ़ में सिरपुर ऐतिहासिक बौद्ध केन्द्र के रूप में विख्यात है. इसके अलावा यहां अनेक धार्मिक महत्व के स्थल प्रसिद्ध हैं. जिससे छत्तीसगढ़ में विभिन्न उद्योगों सहित व्यापार-व्यवसाय और पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में भी विकास की अच्छी संभावनाएं हैं. राज्य में हमारी सरकार की ओर से इनके विकास के लिए उपयुक्त वातावरण के निर्माण पर विशेष जोर दिया जा रहा है.
प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने जताई निवेश की इच्छा
मुख्यमंत्री बघेल ने कहा कि विकास की ओर तेजी से अग्रसर छत्तीसगढ़ में जनकल्याण की दिशा में कई ऐसी नई योजनाओं का संचालन किया जा रहा है, जिसकी चर्चा देश भर में होने लगी है. इनके क्रियान्वयन से छत्तीसगढ़ को अनेक उपलब्धियां भी हासिल हुई हैं. इस अवसर पर जापान के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने चर्चा करते हुए छत्तीसगढ़ को एक सुन्दर और समृद्ध राज्य बताया. उनकी ओर से छत्तीसगढ़ में विकास के लिए हो रहे कार्यों की सराहना भी की गई. साथ ही छत्तीसगढ़ में विकास की अच्छी संभावनाओं को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में निवेश और जापान की ओर से सहयोग और समन्वय की इच्छा जताई गई.

There is immense potential for development in every area of the state. Keeping this in view, new schemes and programs have been implemented for the welfare of the people and overall development of Chhattisgarh using innovation in the state. In these, special emphasis is being given to provide better health, education and employment to the people, while strengthening the agricultural economy of the state as well as creating a better environment for industry and business. This is the reason that today Chhattisgarh has a unique identity as a fast emerging state in the field of development in the country and the world.
A courtesy call on Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel by a delegation of the Consulate General of Japan at his residence office in Mumbai this evening. During this, Consulate General Fukahori, while appreciating the rapidly progressing state of Chhattisgarh, expressed its desire for all possible cooperation and coordination, including investment from Japan, to Chief Minister Baghel. Along with this, the Japanese delegation also expressed its willingness to participate in the skill development of tribes, tourism, industry, construction of mono rails, roads and bridges in Chhattisgarh. Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain, Secretary to Chief Minister Dr. S. Bharathidasan and Counsel Koya Ryosuke were present.
Many possibilities in the field of tourism
Chief Minister Baghel said that the ambitious ‘Narva, Garuva, Ghurva, Bari’ program being run by our government in the state has resulted in easy availability of means of livelihood to the people in every area, even if it is on the plains. And promotion has also been encouraged. He further said that Chhattisgarh is also full of sites of religious, historical and archaeological importance. It also has great potential in the field of tourism. He told the Japanese delegation that Sirpur in Chhattisgarh is famous as a historical Buddhist center. Apart from this, many places of religious importance are famous here. Due to which Chhattisgarh has good prospects of development in the field of trade, business and tourism including various industries. Special emphasis is being laid by our government on the creation of a suitable environment for their development in the state.
Delegation expressed willingness to invest
Chief Minister Baghel said that many such new schemes are being operated in the direction of public welfare in Chhattisgarh which is fast moving towards development, which is being discussed across the country. Chhattisgarh has also achieved many achievements due to their implementation. On this occasion, the Japanese delegation, while discussing, described Chhattisgarh as a beautiful and prosperous state. On his behalf, the work being done for development in Chhattisgarh was also appreciated. Along with this, keeping in view the good prospects of development in Chhattisgarh, the desire for investment in various sectors and cooperation and coordination from Japan side was expressed.
