रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | छत्तीसगढ़ माध्यमिक शिक्षा मण्डल द्वारा आयोजित हाई स्कूल सर्टिफिकेट मुख्य परीक्षा वर्ष 2022 का परिणाम आज स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ.प्रेमसाय सिंह टेकाम द्वारा घोषित किया गया। हाई स्कूल में 74.23 प्रतिशत और हायर सेकेण्डरी स्कूल में 79.30 प्रतिशत परीक्षार्थी उत्तीर्ण हुए हैं। हाई स्कूल में बालिकाओं का प्रतिशत 78.84 और बालकों का प्रतिशत 69.07 प्रतिशत है। इसी प्रकार हायर सेकेण्डरी परीक्षा में बालिकाओं का प्रतिशत 81.15 और बालकों का प्रतिशत 77.03 प्रतिशत है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल और स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ.प्रेमसाय सिंह टेकाम ने परीक्षा में सफल सभी परीक्षार्थियों को बधाई देते हुए उनके उज्जवल भविष्य की शुभकामनाएं दी हैं। उन्होंने परीक्षा में असफल हुए विद्यार्थियों से कहा है कि असफलता ही सफलता की सीढ़ी है इसको ध्यान में रखते हुए वे निराश न हों और पुनः मेहनत से पढ़ाई करके सफलता प्राप्त करें। इस अवसर पर छत्तीसगढ़ माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल के अध्यक्ष डॉ. आलोक शुक्ला, सचिव प्रोफेसर व्ही.के.गोयल, मंडल के सदस्य एवं अधिकारी-कर्मचारी उपस्थित थे।

हाई स्कूल की मुख्य परीक्षा में कुल 3 लाख 75 हजार 694 परीक्षार्थी पंजीकृत हुए। इनमें से 3 लाख 63 हजार 301 परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा में शामिल हुए, जिनमें से एक लाख 71 हजार 539 बालक और एक लाख 91 हजार 762 बालिकाएं शामिल हुई। हाई स्कूल की परीक्षा में 3 लाख 63 हजार 007 परीक्षार्थियों के परिणाम घोषित किए गए। घोषित परीक्षा परिणाम में से 2 लाख 69 हजार 478 परीक्षार्थी उत्तीर्ण हुए। प्रथम श्रेणी में एक लाख 32 हजार 047 (36.38 प्रतिशत) उत्तीर्ण, द्वितीय श्रेणी में एक लाख 18 हजार 130(32.54 प्रतिशत) उत्तीर्ण और तृतीय श्रेणी में 19 हजार 270 (5.31 प्रतिशत) परीक्षार्थी उत्तीर्ण हुए हैं।

31 परीक्षार्थी पास श्रेणी में उत्तीर्ण हुए हैं और 15 हजार 983 परीक्षार्थियों को पूरक की पात्रता है। विभिन्न कारणों से 294 परीक्षार्थियों के परिणाम रोके गए हैं, इनमें 115 परीक्षार्थियों के परिणाम नकल प्रकरण के कारण रोके गए हैं और 134 परीक्षार्थी का पात्रता के अभाव में परीक्षा आवेदन निरस्त किए गए हैं, 17 परीक्षार्थियों के परीक्षा परिणाम जांच की श्रेणी में रोका गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त 28 परीक्षार्थियों के परीक्षा परिणाम बाद में घोषित किए जाएंगे।

स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ.टेकाम ने बताया कि वर्ष 2020 की हाई स्कूल की मुख्य परीक्षा का परिणाम 73.62 था। इस प्रकार गतवर्ष से इस वर्ष के परीक्षा परिणाम में 0.61 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई है।

हायर सेकेण्डरी मुख्य परीक्षा 2022 में 2 लाख 92 हजार 611 परीक्षार्थी पंजीकृत हुए। इनमें से 2 लाख 87 हजार 673 परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा में सम्मिलित हुए। इनमें से एक लाख 29 हजार 213 बालक और एक लाख 58 हजार 460 बालिकाएं सम्मिलित हुई। इनमें से 2 लाख 87 हजार 485 परीक्षार्थियों के परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित किए गए और 2 लाख 27 हजार 991 परीक्षार्थी उत्तीर्ण हुए हैं।

प्रथम श्रेणी में 85 हजार 124 (29.60 प्रतिशत), द्वितीय श्रेणी में एक लाख 31 हजार 549 (45.75 प्रतिशत) और तृतीय श्रेणी में 11 हजार 303 (3.93 प्रतिशत) परीक्षार्थी उत्तीर्ण हुए हैं। पास श्रेणी में 15 परीक्षार्थी उत्तीर्ण हुए हैं और 34 हजार 199 परीक्षार्थियों को पूरक की पात्रता है। विभिन्न कारणों से 188 परीक्षार्थियों के परीक्षा परिणाम रोके गए हैं, इनमें नकल के कारण 07 के परिणाम रोके गए हैं।

पात्रता के अभाव में 171 परीक्षार्थी के आवेदन निरस्त किए गए और 04 परीक्षार्थियों के परीक्षा परिणाम जांच की श्रेणी में रोका गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त 06 परीक्षार्थियों के परीक्षा परिणाम बाद में घोषित किए जाएंगे।

स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ.टेकाम ने बताया कि कोरोना महामारी के मद्देनजर 2022 की मुख्य परीक्षा में समस्त मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थाओं को परीक्षा केन्द्र बनाया गया, ताकि सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन हो सके। इस प्रकार प्रदेश में हाई स्कूल परीक्षा में 6 हजार 743, हायर सेकेण्डरी में 4 हजार 43 परीक्षा केन्द्र और 29 समन्वय केन्द्र बनाए गए थे।

स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के आदेशानुसार शैक्षणेत्तर गतिविधियों में हाई स्कूल परीक्षा में 1571 और हायर सेकेण्डरी में 1643 सहित कुल 3 हजार 214 विद्यार्थियों को बोनस अंक प्रदान किए गए हैं। माध्यमिक शिक्षा मण्डल द्वारा लिए गए निर्णय अनुसार प्रावीण्य सूची में शैक्षणेत्तर गतिविधियों के अंक नही जोड़े जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है। इस वर्ष बोनस अंक को छो़ड़कर अस्थाई प्रावीण्य सूची तैयार की गई है।

He has told the students who failed in the examination that failure is the stepping stone to success, keeping this in mind, they should not get discouraged and get success by studying hard again. President of Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education Dr. Alok Shukla, Secretary Professor V.K.Goel, members of the Board and officers and employees were present on this occasion.

A total of 3 lakh 75 thousand 694 candidates were registered in the main examination of high school. Out of these, 3 lakh 63 thousand 301 candidates appeared in the examination, out of which one lakh 71 thousand 539 boys and one lakh 91 thousand 762 girls appeared. The results of 3 lakh 63 thousand 007 candidates were declared in the high school examination. Out of the declared result, 2 lakh 69 thousand 478 candidates passed. 31 candidates have passed in the pass category and 15 thousand 983 candidates are eligible for supplementary examination. The results of 294 candidates have been withheld due to various reasons, out of which the results of 115 candidates have been withheld due to copying cases and 134 candidates have been canceled due to lack of eligibility, the results of 17 candidates have been stopped in the category of scrutiny. . Apart from this, the examination results of 28 candidates will be declared later.

School Education Minister Dr. Tekam informed that the result of high school main examination of the year 2020 was 73.62. In this way, there has been an increase of 0.61 percent in this year’s result from last year.

In this way, 6 thousand 743 examination centers were set up in high school examination, 4 thousand 43 examination centers in higher secondary and 29 coordination centers in the state.

As per the orders of the School Education Department, a total of 3 thousand 214 students including 1571 in high school examination and 1643 in higher secondary have been awarded bonus marks in non-teaching activities. According to the decision taken by the Board of Secondary Education, it has been decided not to add marks of non-teaching activities in the merit list. This year the provisional merit list has been prepared excluding bonus marks.
