अंबिकापुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | हसदेव अरण्य बचाने के लिए आज आम आदमी पार्टी ने हल्ला बोला और कलेक्टोरेट कार्यालय का घेराव कर दिया। आप पार्टी व स्थानीय आदिवासी अदानी को आवंटित पारा kol ब्लॉक का विरोध कर रहे थे। इस दौरान बड़ी संख्या में लोग मौजूद रहे। आपात स्थिति से निबटने प्रशासन पूरी तरह अलर्ट रहा।

बता दें कि राज्य के हसदेव अरण्य में आदिवासी लगातार विरोध कर रहे है और पर्यावरण विशेषज्ञों की चेतावनी के बाद भी परसा कोयला खदान को मंजूरी दे दी है। यह कोयला खदान राजस्थान को आवंटित किया गया है।

सरकार के कहने पर ही भारत सरकार की संस्था वाइल्ड लाइफ इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ इंडिया (WII)ने हसदेव अरण्य का अध्ययन कर पिछले साल ही रिपोर्ट सौंपी है। WII ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में साफ-साफ कहा था कि यहां एक भी कोयला खदान को मंजूरी देने के विनाशकारी परिणाम होंगे, जिसे रोक पाना असंभव होगा।

WII (वाइल्ड लाइफ इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ इंडिया) की रिपोर्ट अनुसार मध्यभारत का फेफड़ा कहे जाने वाले हसदेव अरण्य के इलाके में नये खदान की मंजूरी से जंगल का विनाश तो होगा ही, जंगल में रहने वाले हाथी, बाघ, तेंदुआ, भालू जैसे जानवरों का भी जीवन खतरे में आ जाएगा। साथ ही हाथी मानव संघर्ष अत्याधिक बढ़ेगा।

WII की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक जलवायु परिवर्तन के कारण मौसम की मार झेल रहे मध्य भारत के सबसे घने जंगलों के विनाश से तापमान में औऱ बढ़ोत्तरी होगी और पानी संकलन में कमी के चलते सूखा पड़ने की आशंका है।

आम आदमी पार्टी ने आज प्रदर्शन करते हुए प्रदेश अध्यक्ष कोमल हुपेंडी के नेतृत्व में आज अंबिकापुर में लोगो को संबोधित करते हुए प्रदर्शन किया। कोमल हुपेंडी ज्ञापन कार्यक्रम में आम आदमी पार्टी छत्तीसगढ़ का जनता व हसदेव के लोगो के संघर्ष में साथ देने का शंखनाद किया।

आम आदमी पार्टी के पदाधिकारियों की टीम जब गाँव वालों के साथ मिलकर जंगलों में गई जहां पेड़ो को काटने का काम देर रात में किया गया है। वहाँ मौके पर हालात को देखा और पाया गया कि बड़े बड़े लगभग 300 पेड़ो को रातों रात काट दिया गया। ये पेड़ महुआ, साल के बड़े बड़े पेड़ थे, साथ ही तेंदू पत्ते के छोटे झाड़ को भी नुकसान हुआ।

आप पार्टी के सदस्यों को गाँव के आनंदराम ने बताया कि इन पेड़ों से लगभग 50,000 का महुआ हमने बेचा था और प्रतिदिन तेंदूपत्ता संकलन से 1000 की कमाई होती है और इसी काम पर हम आदिवासी लोगो की आजीविका निर्भर है, जिसका आदिवासियों को उसको बड़ा नुकसान पंहुचा है।

अंत में कोमल हुपेंडी ने कहा कि समस्त तथ्यों को संज्ञान में लेकर आदिवासियों की मांगो को पूरा किया जाना चाहिए। यदि सरकार मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए, हमारी मांगो को 20 मई 22 तक नही मानती है, तो आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा 21/05/22 को मुख्यमंत्री निवास का घेराव करेगी।

According to the WII report, the destruction of the densest forests of central India, which is being hit by climate change due to climate change, will increase the temperature further and there is a possibility of drought due to reduction in water storage.
