अंबिकापुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | प्रदेश के सीएम भूपेश बघेल 90 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के दौरे पर निकले हैं। सरगुजा संभाग में गैर जिम्मेदार अफसरों पर मुख्यमंत्री का एक्शन लगातार जारी है। तीसरे दिन शुक्रवार को मुख्यमंत्री ने रघुनाथपुर जन चौपाल में शिकायत मिलने पर पटवारी को निलंबित कर दिया। वहीं शाम को सूरजपुर जिले के गोविंदपुर में लापरवाही बरतने वाले DFO सहित 3 अफसरों को सस्पेंड कर दिया। मुख्यमंत्री की ताबड़तोड़ कार्रवाई से अफसरों में हड़कंप मचा हुआ है। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने 3 दिनों में 6 अफसरों को सस्पेंड किया है। रायपुर से इन अफसरों को निलंबन आदेश भी जारी हो गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश के ऑन द स्पॉट फैसला लेने से अफसरों में हड़कंप मच गया है। जमीनी स्तर पर तैनात अफसरों की लापरवाही पर सीएम सख्त हो गए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल को हिदायत देनी पड़ी कि अधिकारी-कर्मचारी अपने क्षेत्रों मे मुस्तैद रहें। उनकी एक लापरवाही गरीब परिवार पर भारी पड़ती है।
अधिकारियों की कार्यकुशलता, व्यवहार एवं लोगों से संपर्क से ही सरकार की छवि बनती है। सीएम ने कहा कि कोई मुख्यमंत्री आए तभी काम होगा ऐसा हीं होना चाहिए। सीएम ने गोविंदपुर भेंट मुलाकात कार्यक्रम के दौरान 33/11 केवी सबस्टेशन की स्थापना, हाथी की समस्या से निपटने 11 गांव की 33 जगहों पर सोलर लाइट लगाने, गोविंदपुर में जिला सहकारी केंद्रीय बैंक की शाखा खोलने सहित कई घोषणाएं की।
सूरजपुर जिले में गोविंदपुर में चौपाल लगाकर लोगों से चर्चा के दौरान गोठान बनाने में लापरवाही की शिकायत मिलने पर मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल भड़क गए। सीएम ने डीएफओ समेत वन विभाग के 3 अफसरों को फौरन निलंबित करने के निर्देश दिए। मुख्यमंत्री के आदेश पर सूरजपुर डीएफओ मनीष कश्यप, पूर्व प्रभारी डीएफओ बीएस भगत और फॉरेस्ट रेंजर को सस्पेड किया गया है।
सीएम को शिकायत मिली कि वन विभाग के अफसर गोठान बनाने में गड़बड़ी कर रहे हैं। भड़के सीएम ने कहा कि आप लोगों ने मजाक बनाकर रखा है। यह सरकार की फ्लैगशिप योजना है। सस्पेंड करो इनको। देर शाम मंत्रालय से निलंबन आदेश भी जारी हो गया। इससे पहले सीएम ने रघुनाथनगर में रिश्वत मांगने की शिकायत पर पटवारी को निलंबित कर दिया था।

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel got furious when he received a complaint of negligence in making Gothan during discussion with people by setting up a chaupal at Govindpur in Surajpur district. The CM directed to immediately suspend 3 officers of the Forest Department including the DFO. Surajpur DFO Manish Kashyap, former in-charge DFO BS Bhagat and Forest Ranger have been suspended on the orders of the Chief Minister.
The CM received a complaint that the officers of the Forest Department were making disturbances in making Gothan. The angry CM said that you people have kept it as a joke. This is the flagship scheme of the government. Suspend them. The suspension order was also issued from the ministry late in the evening. Earlier, the CM had suspended Patwari in Raghunathnagar on the complaint of demanding bribe.
