अंबिकापुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | शहर के एमजी रोड स्थित कृष्णा हुंडई में 2 करोड़ गबन का सनसनीखेज मामला सामने आया है। पूर्व सीनियर मैनेजर के खिलाफ एजेंसी के मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर ने गांधीनगर थाने में अपराध दर्ज कराया है। पुलिस ने धोखाधड़ी सहित अन्य धाराओं में केस दर्ज कर आरोपी की तलाश शुरू कर दी है। पूर्व महाप्रबंधक एजेंसी में 14 वर्ष से कार्यरत था। उसने कंपनी में गाड़ियों व आटो पार्ट्स की बिक्री की रकम का गबन किया है।

कृष्णा ऑटो राइडर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के एमडी संजय मोदी ने बताया कि कृष्णा हुंडई की एक शाखा अंबिकापुर के एमजी रोड में संचालित है। एजेंसी में कार्यरत सीनियर मैनेजर दीपेश कुमार सिन्हा ने कंपनी के नई एवं पुरानी गाड़ियों की बिक्री की रकम कंपनी के खाते में जमा नहीं की।

ग्राहकों से मिले नकद को अपने खाते में जमा कराते हुए दीपेश कुमार सिन्हा द्वारा करीब 94 लाख रुपये की हेराफेरी की गई। दीपेश कुमार सिन्हा लगभग 14 वर्ष से कंपनी में कार्यरत था। उस पर शोरूम की पूरी जिम्मेदारी दी गई थी। गाड़ियों के अलावा पॉर्ट्स में भी हेराफेरी की गई है।

ऑडिट में गड़बड़ी का हुआ खुलासा

एमडी ने बताया कि गाड़ियों की बुकिंग एडवांस राशि भी पूर्व मैनेजर ने कंपनी के खाते में जमा नहीं कराई है। कंपनी के द्वारा एजेंसी के लेखा-जोखा का ऑडिट कराया गया तब पता चला कि पूर्व मैनेजर द्वारा करीब 2 करोड़ की हेराफेरी की गई है। एमडी नें बताया कि उन्होंने दीपेश को बुलाकर मामले की जानकारी ली गई। उसे पूरी राशि जमा कराने को कहा गया, लेकिन तय समय में उसके द्वारा पैसा नहीं लौटाया गया।

एफआईआर दर्ज, पुलिस कर रही जांच

एडिशनल एसपी विवेक शुक्ला ने बताया कि कृष्णा हुंडई के एमडी संजय मोदी की रिपोर्ट पर पुलिस ने धारा 420, 409, 467 के तहत अपराध दर्ज किया है। पुलिस दस्तावेजों की जांच कर रही है। इसमें अन्य लोगों की संलिप्तता की भी आशंका है। जल्द ही आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी की जाएगी। इस मामले की प्राथमिकी गांधीनगर थाने में दर्ज कराई गई। एजेंसी में काम करने वाले कर्मचारियों से भी पूछताछ की जाएगी।

Sanjay Modi, MD, Krishna Auto Riders Pvt Ltd said that a branch of Krishna Hyundai is operating at MG Road, Ambikapur. Deepesh Kumar Sinha, senior manager working in the agency, did not deposit the amount of sale of new and old vehicles of the company in the company’s account.

About Rs 94 lakh was misappropriated by Deepesh Kumar Sinha by depositing the cash received from the customers in his account. Dipesh Kumar Sinha was working in the company for almost 14 years. He was given full responsibility of the showroom. Apart from vehicles, ports have also been rigged.

 Disclosure of audit error

The MD said that even the booking advance amount of the vehicles has not been deposited in the company’s account by the former manager. The audit of the accounts of the agency was done by the company, then it was found that the former manager had misappropriated about 2 crores. The MD told that he called Dipesh and inquired about the matter. He was asked to deposit the entire amount, but the money was not returned by him within the stipulated time.

 FIR registered, police investigating

Additional SP Vivek Shukla said that on the report of Krishna Hyundai MD Sanjay Modi, the police have registered an offense under sections 420, 409, 467. Police are checking the documents. There is also the possibility of the involvement of other people in this. The accused will be arrested soon. An FIR in this case was registered at Gandhinagar police station. The employees working in the agency will also be questioned.
