रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | छत्तीसगढ़- ओडिशा सब एरिया मुख्यालय, सेक्टर-3 परसदा नवा रायपुर में आयोजित प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल एमके दास ने बताया कि वर्दी का एक रोमांच रहता है। अभी तक पार्ट समय के लिए सेनाओं में भर्ती का नियम नहीं था। अब सेना में जुड़ेंगे और बाद में अपना कैरियर भी बना पाएंगे। इससे युवाओं में रिस्क लेने की क्षमता बढ़ेगी। सरकार इतना पैकेज दे रही है, जिससे भविष्य असुरक्षित नहीं रहेगा। सेवा से निकलने के बाद पुलिस और गृह मंत्रालय की सीआरपीएफ, सीआईएसएफ, ‌बीएसएफ, आईटीबीपी जैसे फोर्सेस की भर्ती में प्राथमिकता मिलेगी। सरकार की यह स्कीम बेहतरी के लिए है।

अग्निपथ के तहत भर्ती होने वाले 25 फीसदी अग्निवीर दोबारा सेना का हिस्सा बनेंगे और बाकी के 75 फीसदी को दूसरे संस्थान मदद करेंगे। अग्निवीरों को फील्ड से लेकर ऑपरेशनल एरिया तक हर जगह काम करने का अवसर मिलेगा। सेवा के बाद एक प्रोफेशनल वर्कर देश को मिलेगा।

शैक्षणिक योग्यता 10वीं या 12वीं पास है। इसमें परसेंटेज का नियम नहीं है। युवा 4 साल के लिए सेना में भर्ती होगा। उन्हें अग्निवीर कहा जाएगा। 4 साल की नौकरी के बाद एक बेहतर जिंदगी की शुरुआत कर सकते हैं। अग्निवीर के पास कम ब्याज दर पर बैंक लोन लेने की सुविधा होगी।

देश ने तीनों सेनाओं में सैनिकों की भर्ती को लेकर सरकार ने ‘अग्निपथ’ नाम की एक महत्वाकांक्षी योजना की शुरुआत की है। योजना के बारे में लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल एमके दास ने बताया कि ‘अग्निपथ’ के तहत साढ़े 17 साल से लेकर 23 साल तक के युवा सेना में शामिल हो सकते हैं।

इनकी सेवाएं 4 साल के लिए होंगी और इसके बाद कई मंत्रालय इनको दूसरी नौकरियों के लिए मदद करेंगे। अग्निवीरों को फील्ड एरिया से लेकर ऑपरेशनल एरिया तक, हर जगह तैनात किया जाएगा। अग्निवीरों का सैलरी पैकेज 30 हजार से शुरू होकर 40 हजार तक जाएगा और अंत में 12 लाख का सेवा निधि पैकेज मिलेगा।

छत्तीसगढ़ के हर जिले से जोड़ेंगे युवा

लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल एमके दास ने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ वीरों की धरती है। हम छत्तीसगढ़ के युवाओं को सेना भर्ती और अग्निपथ स्कीम के प्रति जागरूक करने का अभियान शुरू करने जा रहे हैं। छत्तीसगढ़ के हर जिलों से युवाओं को अग्निपथ स्कीम से जोड़ा जाएगा। जिला प्रशासन की मदद से स्कीम के बारे में यूथ को बताएंगे।

लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल एम.के. दास ने बताया कि 2 वर्षों तक इस योजना को लेकर प्लानिंग की गई है। पर्याप्त संख्या में विशेषज्ञों से राय ली थी। सरकार ने सेवारत सैन्य अफसरों से लेकर रिटायर्ड अफसरों से बात की थी। बेस्ट प्रोग्राम को लॉन्च किया गया है। योजना को अब भी अपग्रेड किया जा रहा है। यूथ के लिए बेहतर विकल्प नहीं हो सकता। ऐसी सुविधा कहीं और नहीं मिलेगी।

बड़ी सेविंग हाथ में होगी

लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल एमके दास ने बताया कि इस सेवा में 4 साल तक फिक्स सैलरी मिलेगी। इसमें पहले साल 30 हजार दूसरे साल 33 हजार तीसरे साल 36 हजार 500 और चौथे साल 40 हजार तनख्वाह के तौर पर मिलेंगे। हालांकि इनमें से 30 प्रतिशत वेतन में कटौती सेवा निधि के तौर पर की जाएगी और जितना अंशदान अग्निवीर का होगा उतना ही सरकार भी उसके खाते में जमा कराएगी और चौथे साल जब वह सेवा से बाहर होगा तो करीब 12 लाख सेवा निधि पैकेज के तौर पर मिलेंगे। इससे लाखों रुपये की सेविंग्स होंगी, जिससे वह अपनी पढ़ाई, नया व्यवसाय और रोजगार पर खर्च कर सकता है।

खतरे से प्रभावित होने पर एकमुश्त राशि भी

लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल एमके दास ने बताया कि अग्निवीर सीमा पर होने वाले खतरे से प्रभावित हो सकते हैं। अग्निवीर सेवाकाल के दौरान शहीद हो जाता है तो उसके बचे हुए सेवाकाल का वेतन और सेवा निधि परिवार को मिलेगा। 48 लाख का गैर अंशदाई जीवन बीमा लाभ और 44 लाख की ग्रेजुएटी भी मिलेगी। अगर कोई अपंगता सैन्य कर्मी में आ जाती है तो उसे मेडिकल सेवा का लाभ देते हुए मेडिकल कैटिगरी से सेवा मुक्त किया जाएगा और आवश्यकता के अनुसार एकमुश्त राशि उसे दी जाएगी।

उन्होंने कहा कि यह कई देशों में लागू है। यह भारत सरकार का एक बेहतर प्लान है, जो युवाओं को अच्छा अवसर दे रहा है। आने वाले समय में महिलाओं की भागीदारी भी इसमें बढ़ेगी।

After leaving the service, priority will be given in the recruitment of forces like CRPF, CISF, BSF, ITBP of Police and Ministry of Home Affairs. This scheme of the government is for the betterment.

25 per cent of the Agniveers recruited under Agneepath will rejoin the army and the remaining 75 per cent will be supported by other institutions. Agniveers will get the opportunity to work everywhere from the field to the operational area. The country will get a professional worker after service.

Educational qualification is 10th or 12th pass. There is no rule of percentage in this. The youth will be recruited in the army for 4 years. He will be called Agniveer. After 4 years of job, you can start a better life. Agniveer will have the facility to take bank loan at low interest rate.

The government has started an ambitious scheme named ‘Agneepath’ for the recruitment of soldiers in the three armies of the country. Regarding the scheme, Lt Gen MK Das said that under ‘Agneepath’, youth between 17 and a half years to 23 years can join the army.

Their services will be for 4 years and after that many ministries will help them for other jobs. Agniveers will be deployed everywhere, from the field area to the operational area. Lt Gen MK Das said that Chhattisgarh is the land of heroes. We are going to start a campaign to make the youth of Chhattisgarh aware about army recruitment and Agneepath scheme. Youth from every district of Chhattisgarh will be linked to Agneepath scheme. With the help of the district administration, the youth will be informed about the scheme.

Lt Gen M.K. Das told that planning has been done for this scheme for 2 years. Adequate number of experts were consulted. The government had talked to serving military officers to retired officers. Best program has been launched. The scheme is still being upgraded. There cannot be a better option for youth. You will not get such facility anywhere else.

 Big savings will be at hand

Lt Gen MK Das told that in this service, fixed salary will be available for 4 years. In this, in the first year, 30 thousand, in the second year, 33 thousand, in the third year, 36 thousand 500 and in the fourth year 40 thousand will be received as salary. However, 30 percent of this salary will be deducted as service fund and the government will deposit the same amount as Agniveer’s contribution, and in the fourth year when he is out of service, about 12 lakhs will be available as a service fund package. . This will save lakhs of rupees, so that he can spend on his studies, new business and employment.

 Lump sum amount also if affected by the threat

Lt Gen MK Das told that Agniveer could be affected by the threat on the border. If Agniveer dies during the service period, the family will get the salary and service fund for the remaining service. Non-contributory life insurance benefit of 48 lakhs and graduation of 44 lakhs will also be available. If any disability occurs in the military personnel, then he will be discharged from the medical category giving the benefit of medical service and a lump sum amount will be given to him as per the requirement.

He said that it is applicable in many countries. This is a better plan of the Government of India, which is giving good opportunities to the youth. In the coming time, the participation of women will also increase in this.
