रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | कांग्रेस की राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी को नेशनल हेराल्ड केस में ED (प्रवर्तन निदेशालय) द्वारा पूछताछ के लिए बुलाने का कांग्रेस ने विरोध किया। रायपुर में कांग्रेस ने ED के स्थानीय दफ्तर का घेराव कर दिया, जिसमें मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल भी शामिल हुए। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने केंद्र की मोदी सरकार, पूर्व सीएम रमन सिंह और ईडी के अफसरों पर निशाना साधा।
उन्होंने कहा कि महाराष्ट्र में अब ईडी नहीं जाएगी, क्योंकि वहां सरकार बदल गई है। अब 10 ग्राम पकड़ने नारकोटिक्स वाले नहीं जाएंगे। ओडिशा जाए, जहां ट्रकों में लदकर गांजा उत्तर प्रदेश और मध्य प्रदेश जाता है। अब वहां पकड़े।
भूपेश बघेल ने कहा कि अगर केंद्र सरकार में हिम्मत है। ED वालों ने अपनी मां का दूध पीया है तो सोनिया गांधी से हो रही पूछताछ में कैमरा लगा दें। उसको टीवी पर लाइव दिखाए। पूरा देश यह जानना चाहता है कि वहां क्या हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे नेताओं ने गलत किया नहीं। नेशनल हेराल्ड में एक पैसे का लेन-देन नहीं हुआ है। जब मनी नहीं तो लांड्रिंग कहां से हो गई और ईडी का केस कैसे बना।
मैं ईडी के अधिकारियों से कहना चाहता हूं कि अपने घर में जाए और अपने बीबी-बच्चों की आंखों में आंख मिलाकर बताओ की तुमने क्या कार्रवाई की है। केंद्र सरकार के 3 साल पूरे हो गए। दो साल और बचे हैं। यह सरकार बदलेगी। तब तुम लोग आंख में आंख मिलाकर क्या जवाब दे पाओगे? भाजपा शासित राज्यों में कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं करते।
पैनामा, नान व चिटफंड की जांच क्यों नहीं करते
भूपेश बघेल ने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. रमन सिंह और उसके बेटे ने पैनामा में गड़ब़ड़ी की है। ईडी इसकी जांच क्यों नहीं करती। नान घोटाले में एफआईआर इनके पास है, क्यों कार्रवाई नहीं करते। छत्तीसगढ़ के 6 हजार करोड़ रुपये चिटफंड कंपनियों में जमा हैं। रमन सिंह के परिवार के लोग ब्रांड एंबेसडर थे। हजारों करोड़ रुपये की मनी लांड्रिंग हुई है।
हमने जांच शुरू की तब 40 करोड़ की संपत्ति मिली है, जिसे निवेशकों को लौटाएं हैं। ईडी इसकी जांच कब करेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा से जुड़ा मामला है। उसके पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री जुड़े हैं, इसलिए जांच नहीं करेंगे। भूपेश ने कहा कि डॉ. रमन सिंह कब ईडी कार्यालय जाएंगे। नान घोटाले में एफआईआर दर्ज है। सच्चे बन रहे हैं तो खुद ईडी कार्यालय में चल दें।
सीएम भूपेश बोले यह तो घटिया राजनीति है
भूपेश बघेल ने कहा कि सोनिया गांधी ने प्रधानमंत्री पद दो-दो बार ठुकरा दिया। 90 करोड़ रुपये कांग्रेस पार्टी का पैसा नेशनल हेराल्ड को दिया गया। 10 साल में 100 किस्तों में पैसा दिया गया। उसका पूरा ऑडिट हुआ है। 2015 में ED सोनिया गांधी के खिलाफ नेशनल हेराल्ड मामला बंद कर चुकी थी। कोई मनी लांड्रिंग नहीं हुई है। अब आप उसमें अपराधी बना रहे हैं। यह तो घटिया राजनीति है।
भूपेश बघेल ने कहा कि मैं अधिकारियों के जमीर को जगाना चाहता हूं। क्या आप इसलिए नौकरी कर रहे हैं। किसी एक दल को लाभ पहुंचाने दूसरे दल के लोगों को बदनाम करने करें। ईडी के अफसर आत्मचिंतन करें कि कार्रवाई सही कर रहे हैं कि नहीं। अपने बीबी-बच्चों की आंखों में आंख मिलाकर बताओ की तुमने क्या कार्रवाई की है।
नेशनल हेराल्ड को किस्तों में दिया गया पैसा
मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा कि स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के समय पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू सहित कांग्रेस के नेताओं ने नेशनल हेराल्ड अखबार का प्रकाशन शुरू किया था। बदली परिस्थितियों में वह अखबार घाटे में जाने लगा। उसको बचाने के लिए, कर्मचारियों को वेतन, संस्थान का बिजली बिल और करों आदि के भुगतान के लिए कांग्रेस पार्टी ने अखबार को 90 करोड़ रुपये दिए।
यह रकम 10 सालों में किस्तों में दी गई। कांग्रेस पार्टी का अखबार, कांग्रेस ही पैसा दे रही हैं और यह सरकार कह रही है कि मनी लांड्रिंग हो गई। बाप अगर अपने बेटे को पैसा दे तो क्या वह अपराध हो गया।

Bhupesh Baghel said that in Chhattisgarh, former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh and his son have made a mistake in Panama. Why doesn’t ED investigate this? They have FIR in Naan scam, why don’t they take action. Chhattisgarh’s 6 thousand crore rupees are deposited in chit fund companies. Raman Singh’s family members were the brand ambassadors. Money given in installments to National Herald
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that during the freedom struggle, Congress leaders including Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru had started publication of the National Herald newspaper. In the changed circumstances, that newspaper started going into loss. To save that, Congress party gave Rs 90 crore to the newspaper to pay salaries to the employees, electricity bill of the institute and taxes etc.
This amount was given in installments over 10 years. Congress party’s newspaper, Congress is giving money and this government is saying that money laundering has happened. If a father gives money to his son, has it become a crime?
