रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | गोबर की चौकीदारी… जी हां, सुनने में अटपटा जरूर लगेगा लेकिन ये सच है। छत्तीसगढ़ के बीजापुर जिले के कुटरू में रहने वाले किसान मंटू राम कश्यप रातभर दो पालियों में गोबर की चौकीदारी करते हैं, और ये बात मंटूराम ने स्वयं मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल को बतायी। मौका था बीजापुर जिले के कुटरू में आयोजित भेंट मुलाकात कार्यक्रम का।
मुख्यमंत्री को मंटूराम ने बताया कि मैं रात में टॉर्च लगा कर गोबर की चौकीदारी करता हूं, और इस काम मे मेरी पत्नी भी मेरा साथ देती हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि वे छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार की गोधन न्याय योजना के तहत गोबर बेचते हैं। मंटूराम ने बताया कि अब तक उन्होंने लगभग 14 हजार किलो गोबर करीब 28 हजार रु में बेचा है। बकौल मंटूराम पहले गोबर को कोई नहीं पूछता था लेकिन अब हर किसी की नजर गोबर पर लगी रहती है। कुछ दिन पहले उनके इकठ्ठे किये गोबर को गांव के कुछ लोग उठा ले गए थे। इसके बाद उन्होंने तय किया कि पत्नी के साथ रात में गोबर की निगरानी करेंगे।
पत्नी के साथ शिफ्ट में चौकीदारी – मंटूराम गोबर की चौकीदारी रातभर करते हैं। उनके इस काम मे उनकी पत्नी भी साथ देती हैं। वे कहते हैं कि रातभर जागना संभव नहीं है। इसलिए वे और उनकी पत्नी दो शिफ्ट में गोबर की देखरेख करते हैं। रात में कुछ देर मैं फिर मेरी पत्नी टॉर्च लेकर गोबर की निगरानी करते हैं।
आखिर क्यों पड़ी चौकीदारी की जरूरत- मंटूराम बताते हैं कि रात में टॉर्च लेकर वे कई बार देखने जाते हैं कि गोबर कोई ले तो नहीं गया। वे कहते हैं कि जब से गोबर की कीमत मिलने लगी है, तब से गोबर सहेजकर रखना पड़ता है। एक दिन इकठ्टा किया हुआ गोबर कुछ लोग चुपचाप उठा ले गए। इसके बाद से गोबर की निगरानी करने लगा।
गोधन न्याय योजना से मिले रुपयों से रिपेयर कराया मकान – मंटुराम कश्यप ने बताया कि उनके पास 15 गाय- भैंसे हैं। अब तक गोधन न्याय योजना से गोबर बेचकर करीब 28 हजार रुपये मिले हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि उनके मकान से पानी टपकता था। जिसे बहुत दिन से रिपेयर कराना चाहते थे। गोबर बेचकर मिले पैसे से उन्होंने मकान रिपेयर करा लिया है। मकान में प्लास्टर भी करा लिया है। अब छत से पानी टपकने की समस्या भी खत्म हो गयी है।

Manturam told the Chief Minister that I do cow dung watch with torches at night, and my wife also supports me in this work. He told that they sell cow dung under the Godhan Nyay scheme of the Chhattisgarh government. Manturam told that till now he has sold about 14 thousand kg of cow dung for about 28 thousand rupees. According to Manturam, no one used to ask cow dung earlier, but now everyone’s eyes are on the cow dung. A few days ago, some people of the village had taken away the dung collected by him. After this he decided that along with his wife, he would monitor the cow dung at night.
Chowkidari in shift with wife – Manturam does cow dung’s watch throughout the night. His wife also supports him in this work. They say it is not possible to stay awake at night. So he and his wife look after the cow dung in two shifts. Sometime in the night, my wife again monitors the cow dung with a torch.
After all, why the need for watchmanship – Manturam explains that he goes many times in the night with a torch to see if no one has taken the cow dung. They say that ever since the price of cow dung has been started, the cow dung has to be saved. One day the collected dung was taken away by some people silently. Since then, he started monitoring the dung.
Manturam Kashyap told that he has 15 cows and buffaloes. So far, about 28 thousand rupees have been received by selling cow dung from Godhan Nyay Yojana. He told that water was dripping from his house. Wanted to get it repaired for a long time. He got the house repaired with the money he got by selling cow dung. Plaster has also been done in the house. Now the problem of water leaking from the roof is also over.
