रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | कांग्रेस नेता टीएस सिंहदेव द्वारा पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग छोड़ने के बाद छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने अब इसकी जिम्मेदारी मंत्री रविंद्र चौबे को सौंप दी है। छत्तीसगढ़ के राजपत्र में इसका प्रकाशन भी कर दिया गया है। रविंद्र चौबे के पास अब पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग के अलावा संसदीय कार्य, कृषि विकास एवं किसान कल्याण तथा जैव प्रौद्योगिकी, पशुधन विकास, मछली पालन, जल संसाधन की जिम्मेदारी है।
टीएस सिंहदेव के पास अब लोक स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण, चिकित्सा शिक्षा, बीस सूत्रीय कार्यान्वयन, वाणिज्यिक कर (जीएसटी) का प्रभार रहेगा।
बता दें कि 16 जुलाई को टीएस सिंहदेव ने 4 पन्नों का पत्र मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल को भेजकर पंचायत विभाग की जिम्मेदारी से खुद को अलग कर लिया था। इस पत्र के सामने आने के बाद प्रदेश की राजनीति में भूचाल आ गया। टीएस सिंहदेव ने पत्र में 8 लाख प्रधानमंत्री आवास, पंचायत विभाग में दखलांदाजी, बगैर उनकी सहमति फैसले लेने जैसे गंभीर आरोप लगाए थे।
पंचायत मंत्री का पद छोड़ने के साथ सिंहदेव ने यह कहते हुए खलबली मचा दी है कि उनके धैर्य की परीक्षा ली जा रही है। छत्तीसगढ़ के इस सियासी हालात की गूंज दिल्ली दरबार तक पहुंच गई है। वहीं सिंहदेव खुद दिल्ली में डटे हुए हैं।
टीएस सिंहदेव के रूख से कांग्रेस में बवाल
सीएम भूपेश बघेल और मंत्री टीएस सिंहदेव के समर्थक खुलकर आमने-सामने आ गए हैं। विधायकों ने सिंहदेव पर अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई के लिए हाईकमान को पत्र भेजा है। सिंहदेव के मुद्दे पर बुधवार और गुरुवार को विधानसभा के मॉनसून सत्र में विपक्ष ने जमकर हंगामा किया।
सिंहदेव के विभागों से संबंधित जानकारी मंत्री मोहम्मद अकबर ने दिया तब विपक्षियों ने यह पूछा कि क्या टीएस सिंहदेव का इस्तीफा मंजूर कर लिया गया है। इस मुद्दे को लेकर भाजपा के विधायकों ने सदन से वॉकआउट कर दिया।
Minister Ravindra Choubey will handle Panchayat department, notification issued

It has also been published in the Gazette of Chhattisgarh. Ravindra Choubey now has the responsibility of Parliamentary Affairs, Agriculture Development and Farmers Welfare and Biotechnology, Livestock Development, Fisheries, Water Resources apart from Panchayat and Rural Development Department.
TS Singhdev will now have the charge of Public Health and Family Welfare, Medical Education, Twenty Point Implementation, Commercial Tax (GST).
Let us inform that on July 16, TS Singhdev had separated himself from the responsibility of Panchayat Department by sending a 4-page letter to Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. After the appearance of this letter, there was an earthquake in the politics of the state. TS Singhdev had made serious allegations in the letter like 8 lakh Prime Minister’s residence, interference in Panchayat department, taking decisions without his consent.
With relinquishing the post of Panchayat Minister, Singhdeo has created a flutter saying that his patience is being tested. The echo of this political situation of Chhattisgarh has reached the Delhi Durbar. At the same time, Singhdev himself is standing in Delhi.
Ruckus in Congress due to TS Singhdev’s stand
Supporters of CM Bhupesh Baghel and Minister TS Singhdev have come face to face openly. The MLAs have sent a letter to the high command for disciplinary action against Singhdeo. On the issue of Singhdeo, the opposition created a ruckus in the monsoon session of the Vidhan Sabha on Wednesday and Thursday.
Information related to Singhdeo’s portfolios was given by Minister Mohammad Akbar, when the opposition asked whether the resignation of TS Singhdeo had been accepted. BJP MLAs staged a walkout from the House over this issue.
