बिलासपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | मोबाइल टॉवर से विभिन्न इलेक्ट्रानिक उपकरण चोरी करने वाले आरोपी को सरकंडा पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता पाई है। पकड़े गए आरोपियों से पुलिस ने इलेक्ट्रानिक उपकरण एवं घटना में प्रयुक्त एक चार पहिया वाहन जब्त किया है।
उप पुलिस महानिरीक्षक एवं वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक बिलासपुर पारूल माथुर के निर्देश पर अति. पुलिस अधीक्षक शहर बिलासपुर राजेन्द्र जायसवाल द्वारा जिले में हो रही चोरियों पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए विशेष अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में सरकंडा पुलिस को 25 अगस्त को मुखबीर की सूचना मिली कि एक सफेद रंग की बोलेरो कमांक सीजी 16 सीएल 6718 में दो व्यक्ति चोरी का सामान लेकर बेचने की फिराक में घूम रहे है।
सूचना से जिले के उपमहानिरीक्षक एवं वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक पारूल माथुर (भा.पु.से.), अति. पुलिस अधीक्षक (शहर) राजेन्द्र जायसवाल एवं नगर पुलिस अधीक्षक सरकंडा श्रीमती स्नेहिल साहू को दी गई। जिस पर तत्काल मौके पर पहुंचकर धरपकड करने के निर्देश प्राप्त हुए जिसके परिपालन में थाना प्रभारी सरकंडा उत्तम कुमार साहू के नेतृत्व में टीम तैयार कर मौके पर पहुंचकर घेराबंदी किया गया। जो बसंत विहार कालोनी के पास उपरोक्त वाहन खडी मिली।
वाहन में बैठे हुये आरोपी दीपू कुशवाहा पिता रामप्रवेश कुशवाहा, उम्र 21 वर्ष साकिन जी० एस कॉलेज के सामने बैकुण्ठपुर जिला कोरिया छ0ग0 तथा सर्वेश यादव पिता कामता प्रसाद यादव उम्र 28 वर्ष साकिन सुरपुर नवीन बांगर मूसानगर कानपुर उत्तर प्रदेश हाल मुकाम बसंत विहार कालोनी थाना सरकण्डा जिला बिलासपुर छ.ग. को पकड़ा गया।
जिनसे पूछताछ करने पर 24 अगस्त की मध्यरात्रि को ग्राम पथरिया तथा रतनपुर के आसपास लगे टावरो से ईडीआरयू 8 नग तथा अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरणों की चोरी करना तथा चोरी किए उपकरणो को उक्त बोलेरो मे छिपाकर रखना बताये। आरोपियों से पूछताछ के आधार पर आरोपी सर्वेश यादव पिता कामता प्रसाद यादव उम्र 28 वर्ष साकिन सुरपुर नवीन बांगर मूसानगर कानपुर उत्तर प्रदेश हाल मुकाम बसंती विहार कालोनी थाना सरकण्डा जिला बिलासपुर छ.ग. के पास से 6 नग ईडीआरयू मोबाइल टावर में लगाये जाने वाले इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण तथा आरोपी दीपू कुशवाहा पिता रामप्रवेश कुशवाहा उम्र 21 वर्ष साकिन जीएस कॉलेज के सामने बैकुण्ठपुर जिला कोरिया छग से एक सफेद रंग की बोलेरो में रखा टावर मे लगाने वाला इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण ईडीआरयू 2 नग, सेफेटी बेल्ट लिनियार्ड कंपनी का, वेदर ब्रिफिंग 27 नग, टूल किट जिसमे 3 नग पाना पेन्चिस सहित टूल्स के सामान है तथा 6 नग टाईकूल कुल कीमती 650000 रूपये जब्त किया गया है।
आरोपीगणो का कृत्य अपराध धारा सदर का घटित करना पाये जाने से विधिवत् गिरफ्तार किया गया तथा न्यायिक रिमांड पर भेजा गया। प्रकरण की संपूर्ण कार्यवाही मे थाना प्रभारी उत्तम कुमार साहू, सउनि दिनेश तिवारी, आरक्षक अशफाक अली, राहुल सिंह, भागवत चंद्राकर, मनीष वाल्मिक की अहम भूमिका रही।
Thieves were trying to sell stolen goods from mobile tower, got caught by the police
Bilaspur | [Chhattisgarh Bulletin] | The Sarkanda Police has succeeded in arresting the accused who stole various electronic devices from the mobile tower. Police have seized electronic equipment and a four wheeler used in the incident from the arrested accused.
On the instructions of Deputy Inspector General of Police and Senior Superintendent of Police Bilaspur Parul Mathur. A special drive is being run by the Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur, Rajendra Jaiswal to check the thefts happening in the district. In this sequence, the Sarkanda police received information from the informer on August 25 that two persons in a white colored Bolero number CG 16 CL 6718 were roaming around with stolen goods and sold them.
With the information, Deputy Inspector General and Senior Superintendent of Police of the district Parul Mathur (I.P.), Additional. Superintendent of Police (City) Rajendra Jaiswal and City Superintendent of Police Sarkanda were given to Smt. Snehil Sahu. On which instructions were received to arrest immediately after reaching the spot, in compliance of which a team under the leadership of police station in-charge Sarkanda Uttam Kumar Sahu was prepared and laid siege on the spot. The above vehicle was found parked near Basant Vihar Colony.
The accused Dipu Kushwaha, father Rampravesh Kushwaha, sitting in the vehicle, age 21, in front of Sakin GS College, Baikunthpur district, Korea Chhattisgarh and Sarvesh Yadav, father Kamta Prasad Yadav, age 28 years, Sakin Surpur, Naveen Bangar, Musanagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh Hall Mukam Basant Vihar, Police Station, Sarkanda, District Bilaspur Chg. was caught.
On interrogation, on the midnight of August 24, the EDRU 8 pieces and other electronic equipment were stolen from the towers around village Patharia and Ratanpur and told to keep the stolen equipment hidden in the said Bolero. Based on the interrogation of the accused, the accused Sarvesh Yadav, father Kamta Prasad Yadav, age 28 years, Sakin Surpur, Naveen Bangar, Moosanagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh Hall, Basanti Vihar, Colony, Police Station, Sarkanda, District Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. 6 nos. Electronic equipment to be installed in EDRU mobile tower and accused Dipu Kushwaha father Rampravesh Kushwaha age 21 years in front of Sakin GS College from Baikunthpur district Korea Chhag Electronic equipment to be installed in a white colored Bolero EDRU 2 nos. , of Safety Belt Lineyard Company, Weather Briefing 27 Nos., Tool Kit containing 3 Nos. Pana Penches and Tools items and 6 Nos. Tycool Total valued at Rs.650000 have been seized.
Due to the act of the accused being found to have committed the crime section Sadar, they were duly arrested and sent on judicial remand. Police station in-charge Uttam Kumar Sahu, Souni Dinesh Tiwari, constable Ashfaq Ali, Rahul Singh, Bhagwat Chandrakar, Manish Valmik played an important role in the entire proceedings of the case.
