बिलासपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | मस्तूरी थाना क्षेत्र के इटवा पाली में गणेश के मंदिर से प्राचीन मूर्तिचोरी के बाद पुलिस विभाग सकते में आ गया है। बहिन घटना के बाद क्षेत्रीय विधायक डॉ. कृष्णमूर्ति बांधी ने भी मंदिर प्रांगण पहुंचकर घटना का जायजा लिया। साथ ही उन्होंने प्रशासन के अधिकारियों से चर्चा कर मूर्ति जल्द बरामद करने की बात कही है।

उल्लेखनीय है कि ग्राम इटवा पंचायत के प्राचीन गणेश मन्दिर से भगवान गरुण की मूर्ति चोरी अज्ञात चोरों ने गुरुवार की रात मंदिर के पुजारी को बंधक बनाकर मूर्ति उड़ा ले गए सुबह जब ग्राम के लोग पूजा पाठ के लिए मंदिर पहुंच तो घटना की जानकारी हुई मूर्ति प्राचीन व बहुमूल्य बताई जा रही है।

It is noteworthy that the idol of Lord Garun was stolen from the ancient Ganesh temple of village Etawa Panchayat, unknown thieves took the priest of the temple hostage and took away the idol on Thursday night. And it is said to be valuable.
