रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | जशपुर जिले की पत्थलगांव पुलिस ने नाबालिग लड़के को भगाकर रेप करने वाली महिला को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। 25 वर्षीया महिला ने 17 वर्षीय किशोर का अपहरण किया और उसे मध्य प्रदेश के एक ईंट भट्ठे में लेकर चली गई, जहां उसने नाबालिग से रेप किया। महिला ने किशोर को 260 दिनों तक बंधक बनाए रखा और उससे दुष्कर्म करती रही।
अपुष्ट खबरों के मुताबिक, पुलिस जब नाबालिग को छुड़ाने पहुंची तब भी महिला नाबालिग का रेप कर रही थी। पुलिस ने आरोपी महिला को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है। किशोर को परिजनों के हवाले किया गया है।
पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक पत्थलगांव थाना क्षेत्र के निवासी 45 वर्षीय पिता ने अपने 17 वर्षीय बेटे के लापता होने की रिपोर्ट 8 नवंबर 2021 को दर्ज कराई थी। पुलिस ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के तहत अपहरण का मामला दर्ज किया था। पुलिस की विवेचना जारी थी, तभी 27 जुलाई को पिता अपने किशोर बेटे को लेकर थाने पहुंचा।
पुलिस को पूछताछ में नाबालिग ने बताया कि उसे एक महिला दबाव डालकर और बहला फूसलाकर मध्य प्रदेश के एक ईंट भट्ठा में लेकर गई और उसने वहां बंधक बना लिया। इस दौरान महिला उसके साथ लगातार बलात्कार करती रही।
रेप करने वाली महिला गिरफ्तार
जशपुर एसपी ने बताया कि आरोपी महिला के विरुद्ध नाबालिग लड़के को भगा ले जाने तथा बंधक बनाकर दुष्कर्म करने की पुष्टि हो जाने पर केस दर्ज किया है। पुलिस ने आरोपी महिला से नाबालिग लड़के को छुड़ा कर उसके परिजनों को सौंप दिया है।
आरोपी महिला ने पूछताछ में सभी आरोपों को स्वीकार कर लिया है। पत्थलगांव पुलिस ने धारा 363, 365, 370(क)(1), 370(4) और 5,6 पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत अपराध दर्ज दर्ज किया है। आरोपी महिला को न्यायालय में पेश कर जेल भेज दिया गया है।
ऐसी ही एक खबर आंध्र प्रदेश के कृष्णा जिले से भी आ रही है। जहां एक 30 वर्षीय महिला जो 2 बच्चों की मां है वो एक 15 साल के लड़के के साथ भाग गई है। गुड़ीवाड़ा शहर की महिला का कथित तौर पर उस लड़के के साथ घनिष्ठ संबंध था जो उसी इलाके में रहता था।

A 25-year-old woman kidnapped a 17-year-old teenager and took him to a brick kiln in Madhya Pradesh, where she raped the minor. The woman held the juvenile hostage for 260 days and continued to rape her.
According to unconfirmed reports, the woman was still raping the minor when the police reached to rescue the minor. The police arrested the accused woman and sent her to jail. The teen has been handed over to the relatives.
According to the information received from the police, a 45-year-old father resident of Pathalgaon police station area had lodged a missing report of his 17-year-old son on November 8, 2021. The police had registered a case of kidnapping under the orders of the Supreme Court. The investigation of the police was going on, when on July 27, the father reached the police station with his teenage son.
During interrogation to the police, the minor told that a woman took him to a brick kiln in Madhya Pradesh under pressure and seduction and took him hostage there. During this, the woman continued to rape him.
Rape woman arrested
Jashpur SP said that a case has been registered against the accused woman after it was confirmed that she took away the minor boy and raped her by taking her hostage. The police rescued the minor boy from the accused woman and handed her over to his family members.
The accused woman has accepted all the charges during interrogation. Pathalgaon Police has registered an offense under sections 363, 365, 370(a)(1), 370(4) and 5,6 of the POCSO Act. The accused woman has been produced in the court and sent to jail.
One such news is also coming from Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh. Where a 30 year old woman who is a mother of 2 children has eloped with a 15 year old boy. The woman from Gudivada town reportedly had a close relationship with the boy who lived in the same area.
