रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | बालोद जिले में एक भाजपा नेत्री का पति 59 वर्ष अपने ही घर की नौकरानी को डरा धमका कर दुष्कर्म करता था। महिला भाजपा नेत्री 54 वर्ष को इस बात की जानकारी थी, लेकिन वह भी अपने पति का साथ देती रही। शारीरिक संबंध नहीं बनाने पर आरोपी नौकरानी से जमकर मारपीट भी करता था। वहीं भाजपा नेत्री द्वारा महिला को धमकी दी जाती कि अगर किसी को इस बारे में बताया तो चोरी के केस में अंदर करवा देगी।
डरी सहमी महिला की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने पति के साथ भाजपा नेत्री को भी गिरफ्तार किया है। दोनों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया गया है। मामला अर्जुंदा थाना क्षेत्र है। पूछताछ में दोनों ने अपराध स्वीकार कर लिया है।
पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक 5 मई को पीड़िता ने थाना आकर प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी। पीड़ित महिला के मुताबिक मोहंदीपाठ गांव के विजय देवांगन के घर व फैक्ट्री में वह काम करती थी। 11 जनवरी 2020 को विजय ने महिला को चोरी के केस में फंसा देने की धमकी देकर शारीरिक संबंध बनाया। उसके बाद से लगातार महिला को डरा धमकाकर व मारपीट कर शारीरिक संबंध बनाते रहा।
भाजपा नेत्री को अपने पति की काली करतूतों की जानकारी थी और इसका विरोध करने के बजाय वह अपने पति का सहयोग करती रही। 23 अक्टूबर 2021 की रात विजय देवांगन और उसकी पत्नी नंदिनी देवांगन ने नौकरानी को घर बुलाया और दुष्कर्म की बात किसी से नहीं बताने की धमकी दी। इस दौरान विजय ने महिला के साथ मारपीट भी की थी।
पुलिस पूछताछ में आरोपी ने स्वीकारा अपराध
लगातार प्रताड़ना व शारीरिक शोषण से परेशान महिला ने अर्जुंदा पुलिस थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज कराई। महिला की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने धारा 376, 506 (B), 323, 34 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया। पुलिस ने आरोपी विजय देवांगन (59 वर्ष) और नंदिनी देवांगन (54 वर्ष) को हिरासत में लिया। पूछताछ करने पर आरोपी ने अपना अपराध स्वीकार कर लिया। वहीं भाजपा नेत्री महिला को आरोपी पति का साथ देने पर गिरफ्तार किया गया है। दोनों आरोपियों को न्यायिक रिमांड पर जेल भेज दिया गया है।

Since then, he continued to have physical relations by intimidating and beating the woman continuously. The BJP leader was aware of the black deeds of her husband and instead of opposing it, she kept supporting her husband. On the night of 23 October 2021, Vijay Devangan and his wife Nandini Devangan called the maid to the house and threatened not to tell about the rape to anyone. During this, Vijay had also assaulted the woman.
The accused confessed to the crime in police interrogation
Troubled by constant harassment and physical abuse, the woman lodged an FIR at the Arjunda police station. On the complaint of the woman, the police registered a case under sections 376, 506 (B), 323, 34. Police took the accused Vijay Devangan (59 years) and Nandini Devangan (54 years) into custody. On interrogation, the accused confessed to his crime. At the same time, the BJP leader woman has been arrested for supporting the accused husband. Both the accused have been sent to jail on judicial remand.
