रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | कवर्धा जिले के चर्चित हत्याकांड की जांच करने सीबीआई की टीम दिल्ली से आई है। सीबीआई की टीम ने छत्तीसगढ़ पहुंचते ही कवर्धा रियासत की राजमाता के भांजे की हत्या की जांच शुरू कर दी है। इस जांच टीम में 15 से अधिक सदस्य शामिल है। टीम के फॉरेंसिक एक्सपर्ट ने घटना स्थल को देखा। कुछ स्थानीय लोगों के बयान भी दर्ज किए।
एसपी अजय कुमार के नेतृत्व में टीम जांच कर रही है। मृतक की पत्नी ज्योति नायर ने इसे जमीन विवाद में सुपारी किलिंग बताते हुए हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की थी। साथ ही पुलिस द्वारा सही जांच नहीं करने का आरोप भी लगाया है।
बता दें कि अगस्त-2021 में विश्वनाथ नायर की हत्या कवर्धा के राजपरिवार के फार्म हाउस हुई थी। राजकीय संपत्ति को लेकर लंबे समय से चल रहे विवाद के बीच राजमाता के भतीजे की हत्या हुई थी। इस चर्चित हत्याकांड की पुलिस द्वारा सही जांच नहीं किए जाने व षड़यंत्र का आरोप लगाते हुए राजपरिवार की ही सदस्य ज्योति नायर ने हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की थी।
हाईकोर्ट में न्यायाधीश रजनी दुबे की सिंगल बेंच में मामला लगा था। कोर्ट ने मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए 11 जनवरी 2022 को सीबीआई जांच का आदेश दिया है। हालांकि पुलिस इस मामले का पहले ही खुलासा कर चुकी है। पुलिस का दावा था कि 5 लोगों ने मिलकर हत्या की वारदात को अंजाम दिया है।
पुलिस का दावा- चोरी के दौरान हुई थी हत्या
कवर्धा जिले के पिपरिया थाना के इंदौरी और कोसमंदा गांव के बीच राजपरिवार का कृषि फार्म हाउस है। खेती का काम देखने वाले राजमाता के भतीजे विश्वनाथ नायर का शव यहीं पड़ा मिला था। पुलिस की जांच के मुताबिक घटना की सुबह खेती बाड़ी के कार्य के लिए मजदूर फार्म हाउस पहुंचे तो बाहर का गेट बंद था। इसके बाद मजदूरों ने कमरे में जाकर देखा तो विश्वनाथ नायर का शव खून से लथपथ पड़ा था।
इसके बाद पुलिस को सूचना दी गई। पुलिस ने मामले का खुलासा करते हुए बताया था कि चोरी के दौरान 5 लोगों ने मिलकर हत्या की वारदात को अंजाम दिया था। चोरी की घटना के दौरान शोरगुल की आवाज से विश्वनाथ की नींद खुल गई। तभी आरोपियों ने पहचान उजागर होने के डर से रॉड से हमला कर उसकी हत्या कर दी थी।

Let us inform that in August-2021, Vishwanath Nair was murdered at the farm house of the royal family of Kawardha. Rajmata’s nephew was murdered in the midst of a long-running dispute over state property. Jyoti Nair, a member of the royal family, had filed a petition in the High Court alleging that the police did not conduct a proper investigation and conspiracy in this famous murder.
The matter was taken up in the Single Bench of Judge Rajni Dubey in the High Court. Hearing the matter, the court has ordered a CBI inquiry on January 11, 2022. Although the police has already disclosed this matter. The police claimed that 5 people together carried out the murder.
Police claim – was murdered during theft
There is an agricultural farm house of the royal family between Indori and Kosmanda village of Pipariya police station in Kawardha district. The body of Vishwanath Nair, nephew of Rajmata, who looked after agriculture, was found lying here. According to the police investigation, when the laborers reached the farm house on the morning of the incident for agricultural work, the outside gate was closed. After this, the workers went to the room and saw Vishwanath Nair’s body lying in a pool of blood.
After this the police was informed. While disclosing the matter, the police had said that during the theft, 5 people together had carried out the murder. During the theft incident, Vishwanath was woken up by the sound of noise. Then the accused attacked him with a rod and killed him for fear of revealing his identity.
