बिलासपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | वित्तीय वर्ष 2021-22 में समय पर जीएसटी फाइलिंग के लिए एसईसीएल (साउथ ईस्टर्न कोल फील्ड्स लिमिटेड) को केंद्र सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ने प्रशंसा पत्र दिया गया है। यह प्रशस्ति पत्र चुनिंदा संस्थाओं को समय तथा नियम से जीएसटी रिटर्न दाखिल करने पर दिया जाता है। छत्तीसगढ़ की भूपेश बघेल सरकार ने 4 वर्षों में 22 हजार करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा गुड्स एवं सर्विस टैक्स दिया गया है। बता दें कि एसईसीएल की खदानों की खदानों से कोयले की सप्लाई देशभर में होती है।
एसईसीएल के जनसंपर्क अधिकारी सनीश चंद्र ने बताया कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2021-22 में एसईसीएल ने जीएसटी के रूप में 6 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का भुगतान किया है। वहीं पिछले 5 वर्षों में सरकारी खजाने में एसईसीएल द्वारा 30 हजार करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा जीएसटी के रूप में जमा किया गया है। यदि राज्यवार बात करें तो छत्तीसगढ़ प्रदेश में संचालित खदानों के लिए पिछले 4 वर्षों में 22 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की राशि जीएसटी का भुगतान केंद्र सरकार को किया है।

सीएमडी एसईसीएल डॉ. प्रेम सागर मिश्रा अतिरिक्त प्रभार निदेशक (वित्त) एसईसीएल, महाप्रबंधक वित्त सह लोक सेवा उद्यम बोर्ड द्वारा एसईसीएल के निदेशक वित्त के लिए अनुशसित जी. श्रीनिवासन, डीजीएम (वित्त) अजय पांडेय सहित वित्त विभाग की टीम ने इस उपलब्धि के लिए अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों को बधाई दी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सफलता वित्त विभाग के अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों की तत्परता व मेहनत का परिणाम है।
