रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | प्रदेश के गरियाबंद जिले में स्कूल चोरी होने का मामला सामना आया है। अब तक आपने सोना-चांदी, हीरा-मोती, नकदी, वाहन और मवेशी चोरी के बारे में तो सुना होगा, लेकिन तहसील मुख्यालय मैनपुर से 22 किलोमीटर दूर बीहड़ जंगल में बसे कमार जनजाति के आदिवासियों ने थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज करने आवेदन दिया है।

ग्रामीणों ने थाना प्रभारी से कहा है कि उनके गांव का स्कूल चोरी हो गया है, जिससे उनके बच्चों को पढ़ाने में दिक्कत हो रही है। कृपया आप स्कूल को ढूंढकर लाइये, ताकि बच्चों का भविष्य खराब होने से बचाया जा सके। अब पुलिस भी परेशान है कि आश्रम भवन को कहां ढूंढे।

ग्राम पंचायत गोबरा के सरपंच रामस्वरूप मरकाम एवं पूर्व सरपंच रेखा ध्रुव के साथ सैकड़ों आदिवासियों ने मैनपुर थाना पहुंचकर आवेदन दिया है। ग्रामीणों ने थाना प्रभारी को दिए आवेदन में बताया कि आदिवासी बालक-बालिका आश्रम शाला बड़ेगोबरा में वर्ष 1989 से संचालित हो रहा था। सन् 2012-13 में शाला भवन चोरी हो गया।

स्कूल को पिछले 10 वर्षों से ढूंढ रहे हैं, लेकिन अब तक आदिवासी बालक-बालिका आश्रम कहा कहीं पता नहीं चल पाया है। हम ग्रामीण अपने बच्चों को अब पढ़ाई करने कहां भेजे। कृपया बालक-बालिका शाला को ढूंढने में मदद कीजिये। पुलिस भी परेशान है कि अब शाला भवन को कहां ढूंढे। इस तरह का यह पहला मामला उनसे पास आया है। ग्रामीणों ने एसडीएम एवं विकासखंड शिक्षा अधिकारी कार्यालय में भी आवेदन दिया है।

ग्रामीण क्यों कह रहें भवन चोरी हो गया

दरअसल, तहसील मुख्यालय मैनपुर के ग्राम पंचायत गोबरा में शासन द्वारा विशेष पिछड़ी कमार जनजाति के बच्चों को बेहतर शिक्षा उपलब्ध कराने 1989 में आदिवासी बालक आश्रम शुरू किया गया था। इस आदिवासी बालक आश्रम में 100 बच्चे पढ़ाई करते थे। साल 2010-11 में बड़ेगोबरा आश्रम का विस्तार करते हुए निर्माण के लिए लाखों रुपये की स्वीकृति दी गई।

आश्रम भवन को बड़ेगोबरा में बनाने के बजाय 10 किमी दूर दूसरे गांव भाठीगढ़ की पहाड़ी के नीचे बना दिया गया। आश्रम भवन गोबरा गांव के लिए स्वीकृत हुआ था, लेकिन किस अफसर के कहने पर भवन भाठीगढ़ गांव में बना दिया यह किसी को नहीं पता। ग्रामीणों ने अफसरों तक इसकी शिकायत की। जिस पर जांच की बात कही गई, लेकिन आज तक जांच नहीं हुई है।

10 साल से शाला भवन को ढूंढ रहे हैं

गोबरा के सरपंच रामस्वरूप मरकाम ने बताया कि 2012-13 में रातों रात बगैर किसी को जानकारी दिए आश्रम के पूरे सामान को भाठीगढ़ ले जाने लगे। गोबरा के ग्रामीणों को इसकी जानकारी बाद में हुई। ग्रामीणों ने मैनपुर शिक्षा विभाग में पहुंचकर लिखित में शिकायत की। अफसरों ने बालक-बालिका आश्रम शाला को वापस बड़ेगोबरा में भेजने की बात कही, लेकिन अब तक नहीं भेजा गया है।

इस दौरान पिछले 10 वर्षों से ग्रामीण सांसद, विधायक, कलेक्टर और मंत्री तक कई बार आवेदन देकर थक चुके हैं। कहीं से मदद नहीं मिली, अब ग्रामीणों ने पुलिस से मदद मांगी है। मैनपुर थाना प्रभारी सूर्यकांत भारद्वाज ने बताया कि बड़े गोबरा के ग्रामीणों ने आदिवासी बालक-बालिका शाला भवन चोरी होने की शिकायत किए हैं। पुलिस अपने स्तर पर जांच कर रही है।

The villagers told in the application given to the station in-charge that the tribal boy-girl ashram school was operating in Badegobra since the year 1989. In the year 2012-13, the school building was stolen.

Searching for the school for the last 10 years, but till now the tribal boy-girl ashram has not been found anywhere. Where should we villagers send our children to study now? Please help to find the boys and girls school. The police are also worried that where to find the school building now. This is the first such case that has come to him. Villagers have also applied in the office of SDM and Block Education Officer.

 Why are the villagers saying that the building was stolen?

In fact, the Adivasi Balak Ashram was started in 1989 to provide better education to the children of the special backward Kamar tribe by the government in the Gram Panchayat Gobra of Mainpur, Tehsil Headquarters. 100 children used to study in this tribal children’s ashram. In the year 2010-11, while expanding the Bade Gobra Ashram, approval of lakhs of rupees was given for the construction.

Instead of building the ashram in Badegobra, it was built 10 km away under the hill of Bhathigarh, another village. The ashram building was approved for Gobra village, but on the behest of which officer the building was built in Bhathigarh village, no one knows. The villagers complained about this to the officials. On which there was talk of investigation, but till date investigation has not been done.

 Looking for school building for 10 years

Gobra’s sarpanch Ramswaroop Markam told that overnight in 2012-13, without informing anyone, the entire belongings of the ashram started being taken to Bhathigarh. The villagers of Gobra came to know about this later. Villagers reached Mainpur Education Department and complained in writing. The officers talked about sending the boy and girl ashram school back to Badegobra, but it has not been sent yet.

During this, for the last 10 years, even the rural MPs, MLAs, collectors and ministers are tired of applying many times. There was no help from anywhere, now the villagers have sought help from the police. Mainpur police station in-charge Suryakant Bhardwaj said that the villagers of Bade Gobra have complained about the theft of tribal boy-girl school building. Police is investigating at its level.
