देहरादून | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | अपने पुरुष दोस्त को बचाने के लिए बेटी ने अपने ही पिता पर बलात्कार का झूठा आरोप मढ़ दिया। कोर्ट ने बेटी के लगाए इस कलंक से पिता को बरी कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने माना कि पीड़िता ने अपने पिता से नफरत के चलते यह झूठा आरोप लगाया था। विशेष जज पॉक्सो मीना देऊपा की कोर्ट ने पिता को संदेह का लाभ देते हुए ससम्मान रिहा कर दिया।
बचाव पक्ष के अधिवक्ता आशुतोष गुलाटी ने बताया कि ऋषिकेश कोतवाली में जुलाई 2020 को मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ था। शुरुआत में पीड़िता के पिता ने दो युवकों के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म का मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था। उन्होंने बताया था कि इन युवकों ने नशीला पदार्थ खिलाकर उनकी बेटी के साथ दुष्कर्म किया। इसके बाद पुलिस ने पीड़िता का मेडिकल और फिर मजिस्ट्रेटी बयान दर्ज कराए।
इस दौरान वह अपने मौखिक बयानों से पलट गई। उसने आरोपियों में से 1 युवक को अपना दोस्त बताया। पीड़िता ने बताया था कि वह उससे शादी करना चाहती है। साथ ही पीड़िता ने अपने पिता पर आरोप लगाया कि वह उससे कई महीनों से दुष्कर्म करता आ रहा है।
इसके बाद अब वह इन युवकों को फंसाने की बात कर रहा था। इन बयानों के बाद पुलिस ने पीड़िता के पिता को ही दुष्कर्म का आरोपी मानते हुए न्यायालय में चार्जशीट दाखिल की। ट्रायल में अभियोजन ने सात गवाह पेश किए।
पिता ने जिस पर आरोप लगाए उसी से की शादी
जिस युवक के खिलाफ पीड़िता के पिता ने दुष्कर्म का मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था, उससे वह शादी कर चुकी है। यह शादी भी उसने कोर्ट के ट्रायल के दौरान ही की। बचाव पक्ष के मुताबिक हाल में पीड़िता अपने पति के साथ रह रही है।

During this, she turned back from her oral statements. He told one of the accused youth as his friend. The victim had told that she wanted to marry him. At the same time, the victim accused her father of raping her for several months.
After this, now he was talking about trapping these youths. After these statements, the police filed a charge sheet in the court considering the victim’s father as the accused of rape. The prosecution produced seven witnesses in the trial.
