नई दिल्ली | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | साहित्य अवॉर्ड से सम्मानित लेखक नीलोत्पल मृणाल को अदालत से बड़ी अंतरिम राहत मिली है। अदालत ने दुष्कर्म के आरोपी नीलोत्पल की गिरफ्तारी पर 31 मई तक रोक लगा दी है। लेखक की तरफ से अदालत में अग्रिम जमानत याचिका दायर की गई थी, जिस पर सुनवाई करते हुए अदालत ने यह आदेश पारित किया है।
तीस हजारी स्थित एमएसीटी जज लवलीन की अदालत ने आरोपी लेखक की याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए कहा है कि आरोपी पहले से जांच में सहयोग कर रहा है। साथ ही जांच अधिकारी की तरफ से यह आरोप नहीं लगाया गया कि आरोपी लेखक तफ्तीश में सहयोग नहीं कर रहे। ऐसे में तमाम हालात को देखते हुए पुलिस को आदेश दिया जा रहा है कि मामले की अगली सुनवाई 31 मई तक आरोपी लेखक के खिलाफ कोई दंडात्मक कार्रवाई ना की जाए।
साथ ही आरोपी को निर्देश दिए जा रहे हैं कि पुलिस की जांच में सहयोग करे। जांच अधिकारी के बुलाए जाने पर वहां मौजूद रहे। मूलरूप से उत्तर प्रदेश के गोरखपुर की रहने वाली पीड़िता ने दिल्ली में रहने वाले झारखंड के लेखक नीलोत्पल पर साल 2013 में दुष्कर्म करने का आरोप लगाया था।
New Delhi | [Court Bulletin] | Literary Award-winning writer Nilotpal Mrinal has got a major interim relief from the court. The court has stayed the arrest of rape accused Nilotpal till May 31. An anticipatory bail petition was filed in the court on behalf of the author, hearing which the court has passed this order.
The court of MACT Judge Lovleen at Tis Hazari, while hearing the petition of the accused writer, said that the accused is already cooperating in the investigation. Also, it was not alleged by the investigating officer that the accused writers were not cooperating in the investigation. In such a situation, in view of all the circumstances, the police is being ordered not to take any coercive action against the accused writer till the next hearing of the case till May 31.
Along with this, instructions are being given to the accused to cooperate in the investigation of the police. He was present there when called by the investigating officer. The victim, originally from Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh, had accused Nilotpal, a writer from Jharkhand, living in Delhi, of raping her in the year 2013.
