नई दिल्ली | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | कोरोना वायरस के बढ़ते मामलों के बीच दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने हवाई यात्रियों के लिए मास्क पहनने को सख्ती से लागू करने का आदेश दिया है। जनहित याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि जो यात्री नियमों का पालन नहीं करते हैं उन्हें एयरपोर्ट या फिर विमान से बाहर कर देना चाहिए।
इंडिया टुडे की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, उड़ानों और एयरपोर्ट पर कोविड मानदंडों के उल्लंघन को लेकर दायर एक जनहित याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए कार्यवाहक मुख्य न्यायाधीश (ACJ) विपिन सांघी की अध्यक्षता वाली पीठ ने कहा कि एयरपोर्ट पर नियमों को लागू किया जाना चाहिए और विमानों में मास्क नहीं पहनने वालों पर भारी जुर्माना लगाया जाना चाहिए।
एसीजे ने कहा कि मास्क को अनिवार्य करने के पीछे का उद्देश्य कोविड के जोखिम को कम करना है। कोर्ट ने कहा आप कुछ खाते या पीते समय मास्क को उतार सकते हैं। फ्लाइट में मास्क पहनने की बात पहले से ही नियमों में है।
याचिकाकर्ता ने कोर्ट से अनुरोध किया कि वो इन सब पर विचार करने के लिए एक विशेषज्ञ की नियुक्ति करने पर विचार करे। याचिकाकर्ता ने आगे कहा कि यात्रा के दौरान उन्होंने देखा है कि लोग मास्क नहीं पहनते हैं। इसे सख्ती से लागू नहीं किया जा रहा है। कार्यवाहक सीजे विपिन सांघी ने कहा, ‘हम यही कहने जा रहे हैं। मास्क तो होना ही चाहिए।’

New Delhi | [Court Bulletin] | The Delhi High Court has ordered strict enforcement of wearing of masks for air travelers amid rising cases of corona virus. Hearing the PIL, the Delhi High Court said that the passengers who do not follow the rules should be thrown out of the airport or the aircraft.
According to an India Today report, a bench headed by Acting Chief Justice (ACJ) Vipin Sanghi, while hearing a PIL on violation of Kovid norms on flights and airports, said that the rules should be enforced at the airport and the aircrafts Heavy fine should be imposed on those not wearing masks.
The ACJ said that the purpose behind making masks mandatory is to reduce the risk of Kovid. The court said that you can take off the mask while eating or drinking something. Wearing of masks in flight is already in the rules.
The petitioner requested the court to consider appointing an expert to look into all these. The petitioner further stated that during the journey he has noticed that people do not wear masks. It is not being strictly enforced. Acting CJ Vipin Sanghi said, ‘That’s what we are going to say. Must have a mask.
