जयपुर | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | दुष्कर्म के मामले में फंसे राजस्थान के जलदाय मंत्री महेश जोशी के बेटे रोहित जोशी की मुश्किलें बढ़ती जा रही है। मंत्री का बेटा रोहित जोशी के नाम दिल्ली पुलिस ने विदेश भागने की संभावनाओं के मद्देनजर लुकआउट नोटिस जारी किया है। हाईकोर्ट ने पीड़िता को सुरक्षा मुहैया कराने के निर्देश भी दिए है।
मामले में राज्य सरकार और जयपुर के पुलिस आयुक्त से भी हाईकोर्ट ने जवाब भी मांगा है। पीड़िता के वकील के मुताबिक आरोपी ने लंबे समय तक युवती का शोषण किया है। आरोपी पक्ष प्रभावशाली है।
आरोपी के पिता कैबिनेट मंत्री है। पीड़िता के परिजनों को धमकियां मिल रही है। इसके बाद जस्टिस बीरेंद्र कुमार की एकलपीठ ने पीड़िता को सुरक्षा मुहैया कराने के आदेश दिए।
पुलिस के सामने पेश नहीं हुआ रोहित
उल्लेखनीय है कि रोहित जोशी को 18 मई को दिल्ली पुलिस के अनुसंधान अधिकारी के समक्ष पेश होना था, लेकिन पेश नहीं हुआ। पुलिस रोहित जोशी की गिरफ्तारी के लिए जगह-जगह दबिश दे रही है लेकिन आरोपी पुलिस की गिरफ्त से दूर है। मंत्री महेश जोशी का कहना है कि मैं हमेशा न्याय के साथ रहा हूं। जहां न्याय होगा वही महेश जोशी होगा।
जयपुर की एक युवती ने मंत्री महेश जोशी के बेटे के खिलाफ दिल्ली में दुष्कर्म का मामला दर्ज कराया था। पीड़िता ने रोहित पर दुष्कर्म के अलावा ब्लैकमेल कर शारीरिक शोषण करने का भी आरोप लगाया है। पीड़िता ने उसके साथ दुष्कर्म होने का स्थान सवाई माधोपुर बताया है।
पीड़िता ने दिल्ली में दर्ज कराई थी शिकायत
पीड़िता ने शिकायत में बताया कि रोहित जोशी शादी का झांसा देकर जनवरी 2021 से लेकर अप्रैल 2022 तक उसका शोषण करता रहा। पीड़िता जब रोहित की हरकतों का विरोध करती तो उसके साथ काफी मारपीट की जाती थी। पीड़िता ने रोहित पर सवाई माधोपुर, हिमाचल प्रदेश, दिल्ली और जयपुर में अलग-अलग स्थानों पर देहशोषण करने के आरोप लगाए हैं।
इसके साथ ही पीड़िता ने रोहित पर उसके पिता महेश जोशी की धौंस दिखाकर पूरे परिवार को जान से मारने की धमकी देने और ब्लैकमेल करने के भी आरोप लगाए हैं। पीड़िता ने रोहित और उसके पिता महेश जोशी से अपने और परिवार को जान का खतरा बताते हुए दिल्ली पुलिस से सुरक्षा प्रदान करने की भी गुहार लगाई है।
फिलहाल, दिल्ली पुलिस ने आईपीसी की धारा 376, 328, 312, 366, 377, 506 और 509 के तहत प्रकरण दर्ज कर उसे अनुसंधान के लिए महिला थाना सवाई माधोपुर को भेज दिया है।

The High Court has also sought answers from the State Government and the Commissioner of Police of Jaipur in the matter. According to the victim’s lawyer, the accused has exploited the girl for a long time. The accused side is influential.
The father of the accused is a cabinet minister. The family members of the victim are getting threats. After this, a single bench of Justice Birender Kumar ordered to provide security to the victim.
Rohit did not appear before the police
It is noteworthy that Rohit Joshi was to appear before the Research Officer of Delhi Police on May 18, but did not appear. Police is raiding from place to place for the arrest of Rohit Joshi but the accused is away from the police. Minister Mahesh Joshi says that I have always been with justice. Where there will be justice, there will be Mahesh Joshi.
A girl from Jaipur had filed a case of rape in Delhi against the son of Minister Mahesh Joshi. Apart from rape, the victim has also accused Rohit of physical abuse by blackmailing him. The victim has described the place of rape with her as Sawai Madhopur.
The complaint was lodged by the victim in Delhi
The victim told in the complaint that Rohit Joshi kept exploiting her from January 2021 to April 2022 on the pretext of marriage. When the victim protested against Rohit’s actions, she was beaten up a lot. The victim has accused Rohit of committing atrocities at different places in Sawai Madhopur, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi and Jaipur.
Along with this, the victim has also accused Rohit of threatening to kill and blackmailing the entire family by threatening her father Mahesh Joshi. The victim has also urged Rohit and his father Mahesh Joshi to provide security to the Delhi Police citing threat to their lives and that of their family.
At present, Delhi Police has registered a case under sections 376, 328, 312, 366, 377, 506 and 509 of IPC and sent it to Women’s Police Station Sawai Madhopur for investigation.
