प्रयागराज | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | आश्रम की 3 साध्वियों से गैंग रैप मामले में बस्ती जिले के स्वामी सच्चिदानंद उर्फ दयानंद को राहत नहीं मिली है। इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने स्वामी सच्चिदानंद उर्फ दयानंद की जमानत अर्जी पर सुनवाई करते हुए उसे खारिज कर दिया है। स्वामी सच्चिदानंद उर्फ दयानंद पर आश्रम की साध्वियों से गैंग रेप करने के आरोप में कोतवाली में एफआईआर दर्ज है। यह आदेश न्यायमूर्ति एससी शर्मा सच्चिदानंद की जमानत अर्जी पर सुनवाई करते हुए दिया है। आश्रम की 3 साध्वियों ने याची व 6 सह अभियुक्तों पर उनको धमकाने और सामूहिक दुष्कर्म करने का आरोप लगाया है।
याची का कहना था कि वह 86 साल का बुजुर्ग है। उस पर झूठे आरोप लगाये गये है। पीड़िता ने अपने बयान में घटना की तारीख नहीं बताई है। ऐसे ही आरोपों को लेकर कई एफ आई आर दर्ज हुआ है। एक में जमानत मिली है। याची के खिलाफ हत्या व षड्यंत्र के आरोप में दर्ज एफ आई आर की विवेचना के बाद उसे निर्दोष पाया गया।
30 जून 21 से जेल में बंद हैं। सरकारी वकील का कहना था कि धर्म गुरु है और सामूहिक दुराचार का आरोप है। इससे पहले भी अपराध में सजा मिल चुकी है। उसके खिलाफ अपील लंबित है। सह अभियुक्त पारस चेतनानंद उर्फ पंकज भाई की जमानत अर्जी खारिज हो चुकी है। कोर्ट ने आरोप की गंभीरता को देखते हुए जमानत अर्जी खारिज कर दी है।
Swami Satchidanand alias Dayanand did not get bail in the gang rape case of Sadhvis

The Allahabad High Court, while hearing the bail application of Swami Satchidanand alias Dayanand, has rejected it. An FIR has been registered in Kotwali against Swami Satchidanand alias Dayanand for gang-raping the Sadhvis of the ashram. This order has been given while hearing the bail application of Justice SC Sharma Sachchidanand. Three sadhvis of the ashram have accused the petitioner and 6 co-accused of threatening them and committing gang rape.
The petitioner said that he is 86 years old. False allegations have been made against him. The victim has not mentioned the date of the incident in her statement. Several FIRs have been registered regarding similar allegations. One has got bail. After the investigation of the FIR registered against the petitioner on charges of murder and conspiracy, he was found innocent.
He has been in jail since 30 June 21. The public prosecutor said that he is a religious teacher and there is an allegation of gang misconduct. Even before this crime has been punished. Appeal against him is pending. The bail application of co-accused Paras Chetnanand alias Pankaj Bhai has been rejected. Considering the gravity of the allegation, the court rejected the bail application.
