ग्वालियर | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | मध्य प्रदेश ग्वालियर की हाईकोर्ट बेंच में एक दुष्कर्म पीड़ित महिला ने याचिका दायर की है। इस याचिका में उसने गर्भपात कराने की अनुमति मांगी है। पीड़ित महिला ने याचिका में बताया कि वह दुष्कर्म के चलते गर्भवती हुई है और इसी के आधार पर वह गर्भपात कराना चाहती है। महिला ने याचिका में कहा है कि उसके साथ दुष्कर्म उसके ससुर ने किया था, जिसका बच्चा उसके पेट में पल रहा है।
इस पर कोर्ट ने महिला को शपथ पत्र में यह बताने को कहा है कि उसके गर्भ में पल रहे भ्रूण का जैविक पिता उसका ससुर है। कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा है कि यदि बच्चा ससुर का नहीं निकला तो शिकायतकर्ता पर अवमानना की कार्रवाई की जाएगी और हत्या का मामला भी चलाया जाएगा। इस मामले की अगली सुनवाई 26 मई 2022 को होगी।
दरअसल उत्तर प्रदेश के जालौन की रहने वाली पीड़ित महिला की शादी मालनपुर के रहने वाले युवक के साथ 30 जून 2021 को हुई थी। अब महिला का आरोप है कि 13 फरवरी 2022 को उसके ससुर ने उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया और उसे जान से मारने की धमकी दी। पीड़ित महिला ने अपने ससुर की इस करतूत को अपने पति को बताया, लेकिन पति ने इस मामले को नहीं उठाया।
इसके बाद पीड़ित महिला थाने पहुंची और ससुर के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कराया। घटना के कुछ दिनों बाद पीड़िता को पता चला कि वह गर्भवती है। इसकी जानकारी उसने अपने परिजनों को दी। कुछ महीने बीतने के बाद महिला के परिजनों ने गर्भपात कराने के लिए कोर्ट से गुहार लगाई है।

On this, the court has asked the woman to state in the affidavit that the biological father of the fetus growing in her womb is her father-in-law. The court has also said that if the child does not turn out to be of father-in-law, then contempt action will be taken against the complainant and a case of murder will also be initiated. The next hearing of this case will be on 26 May 2022.
In fact, the victim woman, a resident of Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh, was married on June 30, 2021, with a young man from Malanpur. Now the woman alleges that on February 13, 2022, her father-in-law raped her and threatened to kill her. The victim woman told this act of her father-in-law to her husband, but the husband did not take up the matter.
After this the victim woman reached the police station and filed a case against her father-in-law. A few days after the incident, the victim came to know that she was pregnant. He informed this to his family members. After a few months, the family members of the woman approached the court for an abortion.
