लखनऊ | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण (एएसआई) को ताजमहल के 22 बंद कमरों की जांच करने का निर्देश देने की मांग इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ पीठ में एक याचिका दायर कर की गई है। जिससे पता लगाया जा सके कि वहां हिंदू देवताओं की मूर्तियां तो नहीं हैं। याचिका में भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण (एएसआई) द्वारा एक तथ्य-खोज समिति के गठन और एक रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने की मांग की गई थी। याचिका में कहा गया है कि 22 दरवाजों के पीछे हिंदू देवी-देवताओं की मूर्तियों को बंद करके रखा है। याचिका में कुछ इतिहासकारों और हिंदू समूहों द्वारा स्मारक के पुराने शिव मंदिर तेजो महालय उर्फ ताजमहल होने के दावों का भी हवाला दिया गया है।
याचिका में कहा गया है कि कुछ हिंदू समूह और प्रतिष्ठित संत इस स्मारक को कई इतिहासकारों व तथ्यों द्वारा समर्थित पुराने शिव मंदिर के रूप में दावा कर रहे हैं। वहीं, कई इतिहासकार इसे मुगल सम्राट शाहजहां द्वारा निर्मित ताजमहल के रूप में मानते हैं।
कुछ लोगों का यह भी मानना है कि तेजो महालय उर्फ ताजमहल एक ज्योतिर्लिंग यानि उत्कृष्ट शिव मंदिरों में से एक प्रतीत होता है। याचिका में आगे कहा गया है कि यह सम्मानपूर्वक प्रस्तुत किया जाता है कि चार मंजिला इमारत के ऊपरी और निचले हिस्से (लगभग 22 कमरे) में स्थित कुछ कमरे स्थायी रूप से बंद हैं। पीएन ओक जैसे इतिहासकार और करोड़ों हिंदू उपासकों का दृढ़ विश्वास है कि उन लॉक रूम में भगवान शिव का मंदिर मौजूद है।
ताजमहल को लंबे समय से हिंदूवादी संगठन तेजोमहल होने का दावा कर रहे हैं। कई हिंदवादी संगठनों की ओर से सावन में ताजमहल में शिव आरती करने का प्रयास भी किया गया है। पिछले दिनों जगतगुरु परमहंसाचार्य ने भी ताजमहल को तेजोमहल होने का दावा करते हुए अंदर शिव पूजा करने की बात पर अड़ गए थे। उनके प्रवेश को लेकर भी काफी विवाद हुआ।
पुलिस ने उन्हें ताजमहल में प्रवेश करने से रोक दिया था। उन्हें कीठम स्थित गेस्ट हाउस में नजरबंद रखा गया। बाद में उन्हें पुलिस अभिरक्षा में अयोध्या वापस भेज दिया था। इसके बाद जगतगुरु ने इस मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाने की बात कही थी।
Lucknow | [Court Bulletin] | A petition has been filed in the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court seeking a direction to the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to investigate the 22 locked rooms of the Taj Mahal. So that it can be ascertained whether there are idols of Hindu deities there. The petition had sought constitution of a fact-finding committee and submission of a report by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). It has been said in the petition that the idols of Hindu gods and goddesses have been kept locked behind 22 doors. The petition also cited claims by some historians and Hindu groups of the monument being the old Shiva temple Tejo Mahalaya aka Taj Mahal.
The petition states that some Hindu groups and eminent saints are claiming this monument as an old Shiva temple supported by several historians and facts. At the same time, many historians consider it as the Taj Mahal built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan.
Some people also believe that Tejo Mahalaya aka Taj Mahal appears to be a Jyotirlinga or one of the excellent Shiva temples. The petition further states that it is respectfully submitted that some of the rooms located in the upper and lower part (approximately 22 rooms) of the four-storey building are permanently closed. Historians like PN Oak and crores of Hindu worshipers firmly believe that there is a temple of Lord Shiva in those lock rooms.
Hinduist organizations have been claiming the Taj Mahal to be Tejo Mahal for a long time. Efforts have also been made by many Hindutva organizations to perform Shiv Aarti at the Taj Mahal in Sawan. Recently, Jagatguru Paramhansacharya had also insisted on worshiping Shiva inside, claiming the Taj Mahal to be Tejomahal. There was also a lot of controversy regarding his admission.
The police had stopped them from entering the Taj Mahal. He was kept under house arrest at the guest house in Keetham. He was later sent back to Ayodhya in police custody. After this Jagatguru had talked about going to the Supreme Court in this matter.
