हरिद्वार | [उतराखंड बुलेटिन] | सेना की गाड़ी और एक दरोगा की कार आपस में रुड़की-देहरादून हाईवे पर टकरा गई। दरोगा और गाड़ी सवार सेना के जवानों में कहासुनी और धक्का मुक्की हो गई। इस दौरान लोगों की भीड़ एकत्र हो गई और वे सेना के पक्ष में नारेबाजी करने लगे। भगवानपुर थाने में तैनात सब इंस्पेक्टर अपनी निजी कार से रुड़की से भगवानपुर लौट रहे थे।
जैसे ही उनकी कार रामनगर के समीप पहुंची तो पीछे से आ रही सेना की गाड़ी से उनकी कार को साइड लग गई। जिसमें दरोगा की कार क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई। जिसके बाद गाड़ी सवार जवानों और दरोगा के बीच कहासुनी हो गई। जो धक्का-मुक्की में बदल गई। इस दौरान हंगामा होता देख लोगों की भीड़ एकत्र होने लगी।
लोगों ने सेना के पक्ष में नारेबाजी शुरू कर दी। सेना और भारत माता की जय के नारे लगने लगे। इस बीच सेना की गाड़ी वहां से निकलने लगी। दरोगा अनिल बिष्ट ने बताया कि वह रुड़की कोर्ट से रिमांड के एक मामले को लेकर वापस भगवानपुर थाने जा रहे थे। सेना की गाड़ी ने पीछे से टक्कर मार दी।
उनके साथ धक्का मुक्की की गई। वह केवल बात करना चाहते थे। उन्होंने तहरीर दी है। गंगनहर इंस्पेक्टर ने बताया कि मामले की जानकारी मिली है। इस पर नजर रखी जा रही है। वाहनों की टक्कर के बाद सैन्यकर्मी और पुलिसकर्मियों के बीच के विवाद में पुलिस ने शनिवार को मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है।

उप निरीक्षक लक्ष्मण सिंह कुंवर को मामले की जांच सौंपी गई है। भगवानपुर थाने के उपनिरीक्षक अनिल सिंह बिष्ट शुक्रवार को रामनगर कोर्ट में एक आरोपी का रिमांड लेने के लिए आए थे। वापसी में वह अपनी निजी कार से भगवानपुर की ओर लौट रहे थे। इस बीच पीछे से आए ट्रक ने कार को पीछे से टक्कर मार दी थी।
जिसमें कार का टायर फट गया था, जबकि अन्य जगहों से भी कार क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई थी। आरोप है कि विरोध पर ट्रक के चालक व अन्य सैन्य कर्मियों ने धक्का-मुक्की की थी। भीड़ बढ़ने पर मौके पर मौजूद युवकों ने भी अभद्रता की थी। सूचना पर पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची।
आर्मी के वाहन को रोका गया तो आरोप है कि मौके पर मौजूद लोगों ने विरोध शुरू कर दिया था। सैन्यकर्मियों के पक्ष में नारेबाजी करने लगे। इस बीच सैन्य कर्मी वहां से ट्रक लेकर निकल गए। आर्मी के अज्ञात ट्रक चालक और अमन समेत 8-10 अज्ञात लोगों के खिलाफ मारपीट, जान से मारने की धमकी देने समेत अन्य धाराओं में केस दर्ज किया गया है।
