नई दिल्ली | [नेशनल बुलेटिन] | वाराणसी की ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद मामले पर छिड़े विवाद पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यूपी सरकार को मस्जिद परिसर में उस क्षेत्र की रक्षा करने का निर्देश दिया, जहां हिंदू पक्ष के अनुसार एक शिवलिंग पाया गया है। कोर्ट ने यह भी आदेश दिया कि किसी भी मुसलमान को वहां नमाज अदा करने से न तो रोका जाएगा और ना ही कोई बाधा उत्पन्न की जाएगी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस निर्देश पर ऑल इंडिया मजलिस इत्तेहादुल मुस्लिमीन (AIMIM) के अध्यक्ष असदुद्दीन ओवैसी की प्रतिक्रिया आई है।
असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने मंगलवार को कहा कि मुझे सिर्फ सुप्रीम कोर्ट से न्याय की उम्मीद है। इस मामले में 1991 के एक्ट का उल्लंघन हुआ है और देश आस्था से नहीं संविधान से चलेगा। ज्ञानवापी मामले को लेकर ओवैसी काफी मुखर दिख रहे है। उन्होंने कहा कि निचली अदालत का आदेश गलत, अनुचित और अवैध था।
एआईएमआईएम चीफ ने आगे कहा कि वह ज्ञानवापी सर्वे का विरोध करते है। उन्होंने कोर्ट के फैसले पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि वाराणसी कोर्ट का फैसला गैरकानूनी है और कोर्ट में निष्पक्ष सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है। ओवैसी कोर्ट कमिश्नर पर भी अपनी आपत्ति जताई।
इससे पहले, सोमवार को ओवैसी ने कहा था कि ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद के मुद्दे पर बोलने पर लोग उनसे सवाल करते हैं। मैं बोलूंगा क्योंकि मैंने अपना जमीर नहीं बेचा है, और न ही कभी ऐसा करूंगा। मैं बोलता हूं क्योंकि मैं केवल अल्लाह से डरता हूं, किसी मोदी या योगी से नहीं। मैं इसलिए बोलता हूं क्योंकि डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर द्वारा बनाया गया संविधान मुझे अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता देता है।
ओवैसी ने अपने एक ट्वीट में गुजरात में की गई सभा का एक वीडियो टैग किया। इसमें उन्होंने कहा कि जब मैं 20-21 साल का था तब बाबरी मस्जिद को मुझसे छीन लिया गया। अब हम 19-20 साल के बच्चों की आंखों के सामने दोबारा मस्जिद को नहीं खोएंगे, इंशा अल्लाह।
Country will run by constitution not by faith: Asaduddin Owaisi
New Delhi | [National Bulletin] | The Supreme Court on the controversy over Varanasi’s Gyanvapi Masjid case directed the UP government to protect the area in the mosque premises where a Shivling as per the Hindu side has been found. The court also ordered that no Muslim shall be prevented or obstructed from offering Namaz there. All India Majlis Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) President Asaduddin Owaisi has reacted to this direction of the Supreme Court.
Asaduddin Owaisi said on Tuesday that I only expect justice from the Supreme Court. In this case, the 1991 Act has been violated and the country will run by the Constitution and not by faith. Owaisi seems to be quite vocal about the Gyanvapi case. He said the trial court’s order was wrong, unfair and illegal.
The AIMIM chief further said that he opposes the Gyanvapi survey. Questioning the court’s decision, he said that the Varanasi court’s decision is illegal and there is no fair trial in the court. Owaisi also raised his objection to the court commissioner.
Earlier on Monday, Owaisi had said that people question him when he speaks on the issue of Gyanvapi Masjid. I will speak because I have not sold my conscience, and never will. I speak because I am only afraid of Allah and not any Modi or Yogi. I speak because the constitution made by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar gives me freedom of expression.
Owaisi in one of his tweets tagged a video of a meeting held in Gujarat. In this he said that when I was 20-21 years old, the Babri Masjid was snatched from me. Now we will not lose the mosque again in front of the eyes of 19-20 year olds, Insha Allah.
