नई दिल्ली | [नेशनल बुलेटिन] | राजधानी दिल्ली में कोरोना के मामलों में वृद्धि के साथ ही कंटेनमेंट जोन (Covid Containment Zones) की संख्या में लगभग 70 प्रतिशत वृद्धि हुई है। दिल्ली के स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा जारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार, शहर में शुक्रवार को संक्रमण के 1,447 मामले सामने आए थे और एक रोगी की मौत हुई थी। संक्रमण दर 5.98 प्रतिशत रही थी। 17 जून को इनकी संख्या 190 थी जो 24 जून को बढ़कर 322 हो गई। आधिकारिक आंकड़ों में यह बात सामने आई है।
अधिकारियों ने कहा कि अधिकतर मामले परिवारों या फिर आसपास के क्लस्टरों से सामने आ रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि संक्रमण को फैलने से रोकने के उद्देश्य से माइक्रो कंटेनमेंट जोन बनाए जा रहे हैं, जिनमें एक या दो घर तक शामिल हैं।
अधिकारियों ने कहा कि आमतौर पर उस क्षेत्र को कंटेनमेंट जोन के रूप में चिन्हित किया जाता है, जहां कोरोना के तीन या उससे अधिक मामले सामने आए हों, लेकिन यह जिलाधिकारियों की ओर से जरूरत आधार पर की जाने वाली गतिशील कवायद है।
दिल्ली महामारी रोग कोविड-19 विनियमन 2020, जिलाधिकारियों को एक भौगोलिक क्षेत्र को सील करने, उसमें लोगों के प्रवेश व निकासी पर पाबंदी लगाने और रोग के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा निर्देशों के कार्यान्वयन के लिए अधिकृत करता है। दिल्ली में 14 जून से मामलों में वृद्धि देखी जा रही है और रोजाना लगभग 1 हजार से अधिक नए मामले सामने आ रहे हैं।
दिल्ली में 14 जून को संक्रमण के 1,118 मामले सामने आए थे और दो रोगियों की मौत हुई थी। संक्रमण दर 6.50 प्रतिशत रही थी। इसके बाद से दिल्ली में बीते बुधवार को छोड़कर हर दिन एक हजार से अधिक मामले सामने आ रहे हैं। बुधवार को 928 मामले सामने आए थे।
अधिकारियों के अनुसार, कोरोना वायरस के मामलों में वृद्धि कोविड-उपयुक्त व्यवहार का पालन करने को लेकर लोगों के ढुलमुल रवैये के कारण हुई है। रणनीति संक्रमण के प्रसार को रोकने पर केंद्रित है।
एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि वर्तमान में भले ही एक परिवार या आस-पास के घरों में दो मामले हों, उन्हें एक कंटेनमेंट जोन के रूप में नामित किया गया है। इसका उद्देश्य संक्रमण के प्रसार को रोकने का है क्योंकि ओमिक्रॉन अत्यधिक संक्रामक है।
