लखनऊ | [उत्तर प्रदेश बुलेटिन] | हापुड़ में शनिवार को बड़ा हादसा हो गया। केमिकल फैक्ट्री में बॉयलर फटने से तेज धमाके के साथ आग लग गई। तेज धमाके के बाद लगी आग ने विकराल रूप धारण कर लिया। आग की ऊंची-ऊंची लपटें देखकर लोगों में हड़कंप मच गया। आनन-फानन में दमकल कर्मियों को हादसे की सूचना दी गई। इस हादसे में 11 मजदूर जिंदा जल गए हैं। जबकि 17 लोग बुरी तरह से झुलस गए। हादसे की खबर पाकर पुलिस-प्रशासन के अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंच गए हैं। फैक्ट्री में राहत बचाव कार्य भी जारी है।

जिले के धौलाना क्षेत्र के यूपीआईडी की फैक्ट्री है, जिसमें इलेक्ट्रानिक्स सामान का केमिकल बनता है। बताते हैं कि शनिवार दोपहर बाद अचानक से फैक्ट्री में बॉयलर फट गया। तेज धमाके के साथ फटे बॉयलर से आग भड़क गई। देखते ही देखते आग ने विकराल रूप धारण कर लिया। आग की ऊंची-ऊंची लपटें देखकर आसपास के लोगों में हड़कंप मच गया। बताते हैं कि हादसे के दौरान फैक्ट्री के अंदर करीब 25 से ज्यादा मजदूर काम कर रहे थे। हादसे में 11 मजदूर जिंदा जल गए हैं जबकि 17 मजदूर बुरी तरह से झुलस गए। हादसे की खबर पाकर पुलिस और प्रशासन के अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंचे हैं। दमकल की गाड़ी भी मौके पर पहुंचकर आग बुझाने का प्रयास कर रही है।

लाइसेंस इलेक्ट्रिक फैक्ट्री का बन रही थी गन

कमिश्नर सुरेंद्र सिंह और आईजी प्रवीण कुमार ने बताया कि धौलाना में यूपीएसआईडी में वर्ष 2019 में 500 गज में फैक्ट्री बनाई गई थी, मेरठ के दिलशाद ने रुही इलेक्ट्रिक के नाम से फैक्ट्री का संचालन शुरू किया था लेकिन चार महीने पहले हापुड़ निवासी वसीम ने इसे किराए पर लेकर प्लास्टिक गन बनाने का काम शुरू किया। माना जा रहा है कि ट्रांसफार्मर से निकली चिंगारी से सोडियम में विस्फोट हो गया। आशंका है कि प्लास्टिक गन के साथ यहां उनकी गोलियां भी बन रही थीं, इसी वजह से इतना भीषण विस्फोट हुआ।

सोडियम में हुआ विस्फोट

आईजी ने बताया कि फैक्ट्री में एक टीन के कमरे में सोडियम रखा हुआ था। फैक्ट्री के अंदर एक छोटा ट्रांसफार्मर भी रखा था। संभवत: ट्रांसफार्मर से आग लगी और ज्यादा गर्मी से अंदर रखे सोडियम में विस्फोट हुआ है। हादसे के वक्त काम कर रहे 28 मजदूर फैक्ट्री बंद होने के कारण फंस गए। इनमें से नौ लोगों की मौके पर जलकर मौत हो गई जबकि दो लोगों ने अस्पताल में दम तोड़ दिया। जबकि 17 घायलों का मेरठ और गाजियाबाद में इलाज चल रहा है।

पांच किमी तक दहल गई धरती

तीन बजे जैसे ही भीषण विस्फोट हुआ तो पांच किमी तक लोग सहम गए। पास ही स्थित तीन फैक्ट्रियां भी क्षतिग्रास्त हो गईं, जबकि इस फैक्ट्री की टीन की छत, दीवर तथा मशीन भी उड़ गईं। शाम को सात बजे प्रशासन ड्रोन कैमरे से पास स्थित फैक्ट्रियों की छतों का जायजा लिया।

कंकाल में बदल गए शव

फैक्ट्री में विस्फोट के बाद तीन लोगों के शव बाहर आकर गिरे। यहां हालात दिखे वह दिल दहलाने वाले थे। कई शव ऐसे थे जो आग के कारण कंकाल में तब्दील हो चुके थे। इसके अलावा, कई शव इतने झुलस चुके थे कि उनकी शिनाख्त कर पाना संभव नहीं हो पा रहा था।

जांच के लिए नमूने लिए

फोरेसिंक टीम घटनास्थल से जांच के लिए नमूने लिए हैं। विस्फोट होने के कारणों को अन्य प्वाइंट पर जांच कराई जा रही है। आईजी ने कहा कि जांच के बाद दोषियों पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

मुख्यमंत्री के ट्वीट पर दौड़े अफसर

हादसे के बाद मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने इसका संज्ञान लेते हुए ट्वीट कर अफसरों को मौके पर जाकर घायलों का इलाज कराने के निर्देश दिए। इसके बाद एडीजी राजीव सब्बरवाल, कमिश्नर सुरेंद्र सिंह, आईजी प्रवीन कुमार, डीएम मेधा रूपम, एसपी दीपक भूकर, एएसपी सर्वेश मिश्रा ने मौके पर पहुंचकर मामले की जानकारी ली।

प्रधानमंत्री ने जताया शोक

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने हापुड़ में हुई घटना पर शोक प्रकट करते हुए राज्य सरकार को पीड़ितों की सहायता में लगे होने का दावा किया है। इसके अलावा केंद्रीय मंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने भी ट्वीट कर घटना पर शोक संवेदना जताई।

Of these, nine people died on the spot while two people died in the hospital. While 17 injured are undergoing treatment in Meerut and Ghaziabad.

As soon as there was a fierce explosion at three o’clock, people were scared for five km. Three factories located nearby were also damaged, while the tin roof, wall and machine of this factory were also blown up. At seven o’clock in the evening, the administration took stock of the roofs of the factories located nearby with the drone camera.

After this, ADG Rajiv Sabharwal, Commissioner Surendra Singh, IG Praveen Kumar, DM Medha Rupam, SP Deepak Bhukar, ASP Sarvesh Mishra reached the spot and inquired about the matter.

Condoling the incident in Hapur, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has claimed that the state government is engaged in helping the victims. Apart from this, Union Minister Piyush Goyal also expressed condolences on the incident by tweeting.
