नई दिल्ली | [नेशनल बुलेटिन] | एक युवक कथित तौर पर पूर्वी दिल्ली में एक सरकारी स्कूल की कक्षा में घुसा और उसने 2 लड़कियों का यौन उत्पीड़न किया। इतना ही नहीं, उसने छात्राओं के सामने कपड़े उतार कर पेशाब भी किया। दिल्ली महिला आयोग ने दावा किया कि जब छात्राओं ने इस घटना की जानकारी प्राचार्य और शिक्षक को दी तो उन्होंने उन्हें चुप रहने और भूल जाने को कहा। इस मामले में पुलिस ने ईडीएमसी (पूर्वी दिल्ली नगर निगम) के स्कूल में लड़कियों के यौन उत्पीड़न के संबंध में मामला दर्ज किया है। पुलिस ने घटना से संबंधित विस्तृत जानकारी नहीं दी।
निकाय के स्कूलों में कक्षा 5 तक के छात्र पढ़ते हैं। दिल्ली महिला आयोग ने 30 अप्रैल को जारी नोटिस में कहा कि स्कूल एसेम्ब्ली के बाद छात्र कक्षा में अपने शिक्षक का इंतजार कर रहे थे तभी एक अजनबी कक्षा में घुसा। नोटिस में कहा गया कि कथित तौर पर उसने एक बच्ची के कपड़े उतारे और उससे अश्लील शब्द कहे।
इसके बाद वह दूसरी लड़की के पास गया और उसके तथा अपने कपड़े उतारे। इसके बाद आरोपी ने कक्षा का दरवाजा बंद कर दिया और छात्रों के सामने पेशाब की। आयोग ने कहा कि यह एक गंभीर मामला है और इस पर तत्काल कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए।
पुलिस के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने कहा कि उन्होंने पॉक्सो (यौन अपराधों से बच्चों का संरक्षण कानून) के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है और आरोपी को पकड़ने के लिए विशेष दल बनाए गए हैं। आयोग ने पुलिस से प्राथमिकी की एक प्रति तलब की है।
इसके अलावा आरोपी का विवरण, पीड़ितों को बाल कल्याण समिति के सामने पेश किया गया या नहीं और कक्षा शिक्षक तथा प्राचार्य के विरुद्ध कोई कार्रवाई की गई या नहीं आदि जानकारी भी आयोग द्वारा मांगी गई है।
दिल्ली महिला आयोग ने छह मई तक जानकारी तलब की है और ईडीएमसी के महापौर से इस मामले पर विस्तृत कार्रवाई रिपोर्ट की मांग की है।

A senior police official said that they have registered a case under POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act) and special teams have been formed to nab the accused. The commission has summoned a copy of the FIR from the police.
Apart from this, the details of the accused, whether the victims were presented before the Child Welfare Committee and whether any action was taken against the class teacher and the principal, etc. have also been sought by the commission.
The Delhi Commission for Women has summoned information by May 6 and demanded a detailed action taken report on the matter from the Mayor of EDMC.
