नई दिल्ली | [नेशनल बुलेटिन] | मन्नत पूरी न होने के चलते भगवान से नाराज गौतमबुद्धनगर निवासी युवक विनोद उर्फ भूरा ने मंदिर में लगी देवी-देवताओं की मूर्तियों को छेनी-हथौड़े से तोड़ डाला। घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही नोएडा पुलिस ने महज 24 घंटे के अंदर आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। शख्स मूलरूप से मध्य प्रदेश के जिला छतरपुर का रहने वाला है।

 

जानकारी के अनुसार, शख्स अपने परिवार के लोगों के बीमार होने पर पूजा-पाठ कर भगवान से उनके ठीक होने की मन्नत मांग रहा था, लेकिन जब उन्हें आराम नहीं हुआ तो उसने गुस्से में आकर एक मंदिर में लगी देवी-देवताओं की मूर्ति को छेनी-हथौड़े से तोड़ डाला।

 

शख्स की पहचान विनोद उर्फ भूरा निवासी गौतमबुद्धनगर के रूप में हुई है। विनोद मूलरूप से मध्य प्रदेश के जिला छतरपुर का रहने वाला है।

 

पुलिस ने मंगलवार को बताया कि ग्रेटर नोएडा के थाना बीटा-2 पुलिस द्वारा एक धार्मिक स्थल पर देवी-देवताओं की मूर्तियां खंडित कर धार्मिक भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचाने वाले आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। पुलिस ने आरोपी के पास से घटना में प्रयुक्त छेनी-हथौड़ा भी बरामद कर लिया है। पुलिस ने उसे सेक्टर 36-37 गोलचक्कर के पास से गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

 

पुलिस ने बताया कि 23 मई 2022 रात को आरोपी द्वारा सेक्टर-37 स्थित मंदिर में रखी मूर्तियां खंडित कर दी गई थीं। इसके संबंध में वादी और अन्य स्थानीय व्यक्तियों द्वारा अज्ञात अभियुक्त के द्वारा मुकदमा दर्ज कराया गया था। इस मामले में बीटा-2 थाना पुलिस द्वारा तुरंत कार्रवाई करते हुए शख्स विनोद उर्फ भूरा को घटना में प्रयुक्त छेनी-हथौडे़ के साथ गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

 

शख्स ने पुलिस की पूछताछ में बताया कि वह लगभग दो-तीन साल से अपने पारिवारिक सदस्यों की बीमारी को लेकर भगवान से मन्नत मांगते हुए लगातार पूजा-पाठ कर रहा था, लेकिन परिजनों को बीमारी से आराम नहीं हो रहा था। इस बीच उसकी चाची की मौत हो जाने के कारण नाराज होकर उसने छेनी-हथौड़े से मूर्तियां खंडित करने की बात कही है।

The person has been identified as Vinod alias Bhura resident of Gautam Budh Nagar. Vinod is originally from Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh.

 

Police said on Tuesday that the accused, who hurt religious sentiments by destroying the idols of deities at a religious place, has been arrested by the Beta-2 police of Greater Noida. The police have also recovered the chisel-hammer used in the incident from the accused. Police arrested him near Sector 36-37 roundabout.

 

Police said that on the night of 23 May 2022, the idols kept in the temple located in Sector-37 were dismembered by the accused. In this regard, a case was registered by the plaintiff and other local persons by unknown accused. In this case, taking immediate action by the Beta-2 police station, the person Vinod alias Bhura was arrested with the chisel-hammer used in the incident.

 

During the interrogation of the police, the man told that he had been praying continuously for about two-three years while seeking a vow to God regarding the illness of his family members, but the family members were not getting relief from the disease. Meanwhile, angry due to the death of his aunt, he has told to break the idols with a chisel-hammer.
