नई दिल्ली | [नेशनल बुलेटिन] | पैगंबर मोहम्मद पर विवादित बयान देने के मामले में दर्ज एफआईआर को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंची बीजेपी की निलंबित प्रवक्ता नूपुर शर्मा को फटकार लगाने वाले जज ने खुद पर हो रही जुबानी जंग को लेकर सख्त लहजा अपनाया है। बेंच में शामिल जज जेबी पारदीवाला ने कहा कि जजों के फैसले को लेकर निजी हमला करना खतरनाक स्थिति पैदा कर सकता है। बता दें कि बेंच ने कहा था कि भाजपा की निलंबित प्रवक्ता नूपुर शर्मा को अपने बयान के लिए देश से माफी मांगनी चाहिए थी।
बता दें कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट की बेंच की टिप्पणी के बाद दोनों ही जजों जस्टिस सूर्यकांत और जस्टिस पारदीवाला को लेकर सोशल मीडिया पर टिप्पणियों की बाढ़ आ गई थी। उन्हें टारगेट किया जाने लगा। बेंच ने नूपुर शर्मा को लेकर मौखिक टिप्पणी की थी। नूपुर शर्मा ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अर्जी देकर कहा था कि देशभर में उनके खिलाफ जो एफआईआर दर्ज की गई हैं, उन्हें दिल्ली ट्रांसफर कर दिया जाए।
एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान संबोधित करते हुए जस्टिस पारदीवाला ने कहा, जहां जजों को यह सोचना पड़े कि इस पर मीडिया क्या सोचेगा न कि यह कि कानून क्या कहता है, वहां गंभीर स्थिति पैदा हो सकती है। इससे नियम और कानून को भी नुकसान पहुंचेगा।
सोशल मीडिया पर ही जजों को लेकर लोग निजी विचार रखते हैं। इसी वजह से न्यायपालिका की तौहीन हो रही है। जज कभी अपने मन की बात नहीं बोलते हैं, वे वही कहते हैं जो कि कानून कहता है। सोशल मीडिया के जरिए कानूनी और संवैधानिक बातों का भी राजनीतीकरण किया जाता है।
टीवी पर माफी मांगे नूपुर शर्मा
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बीजेपी की निलंबित प्रवक्ता नूपुर शर्मा को फटकार लगाते हुए कहा था कि उनके ही एक बयान के चलते माहौल खराब हो गया। नूपुर शर्मा ने माफी मांगने में देरी कर दी और उनके चलते ही दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटनाएं हुई हैं।
न्यायमूर्ति सूर्य कांत और न्यायमूर्ति जे बी पारदीवाला की बेंच ने पैगंबर के खिलाफ टिप्पणी के लिए विभिन्न राज्यों में दर्ज प्राथमिकियों को एकसाथ जोड़ने की भाजपा की निलंबित प्रवक्ता नूपुर शर्मा की याचिका पर विचार करने से इनकार कर दिया। उन्हें याचिका वापस लेने की अनुमति दी। इसके साथ ही भाजपा की निलंबित प्रवक्ता नूपुर शर्मा ने अदालत से अपनी अर्जी को वापस ले लिया।

People keep personal views about judges on social media itself. This is the reason why the judiciary is being humiliated. Judges never speak their mind, they say what the law says. Legal and constitutional issues are also politicized through social media.
Nupur Sharma apologizes on TV
The Supreme Court had reprimanded the suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma, saying that the atmosphere was spoiled due to one of her statements. Nupur Sharma delayed apologizing and it is because of her that unfortunate incidents have happened.
A bench of Justices Surya Kant and J B Pardiwala refused to entertain the plea of suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma to club together the FIRs lodged in different states for the remarks against the Prophet. He was allowed to withdraw the petition. Along with this, suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma withdrew her application from the court.
