नीतीश कुमार परसों तक सुशासन बाबू कहलाते थे। आज (11 अगस्त 2022) से दुशासन बन गये। दुर्योधन के अनुज के नाम वाले। कारण ? सत्ता का उन्होंने एक बार फिर चीर हरण कर डाला। दो दशकों में कितनी बार पल्ला झाड़ा? पलटूराम बने। होडल (हरियाणा) के विधायक श्री गया लाल (1967) की भांति जिन्होंने एक ही दिन में दो बार पार्टी बदली। आयाराम-गयाराम कहलाये। वे भी नीतीश से उन्नीस ही पड़े।

हालांकि विगत 7 मई 2022 को ही आभास हो गया था कि नीतीश पार्टी उलटेंगे। उसी दौर में मुख्यमंत्री सरकारी आवास (1 एमएस अणे मार्ग, पटना) को तजकर वे अपने पुराने मकान (7 सर्कुलर रोड) चले गये थे। साथ में अपनी 17 गायों को भी ले गये थे। उनकी रूष्टता का कारण था कि रामविलास पासवान के पुत्र चिराग ने चुनाव में उनकी पार्टी की रोशनी गुल कर दी थी। नीतीश की पार्टी जनता दल (यू) केवल 43 विधायक ही जीती।

भाजपा 74 जीत ले गयी। तभी नीतीश समझ गये थे कि अब डेरा बदलना होगा। भगवा को तजना होगा। यूं भी अप्रैल माह में जब लालू यादव की इफ्तार पार्टी में बकरा और चूूजा चबाया जा रहा था तो उसमें बड़ी गर्मजोशी से मुख्यमंत्री भाग लिया। कुर्मी-यादवों का ऐसा समागम मगध इतिहास में दिलचस्प रहा। नीतीश कुमार कुर्मी सिरमौर हैं। यूपी में बाबू बेनी प्रसाद वर्मा कभी होते थे।

फिलहाल नीतीश द्वारा एक बार पासा पलटने के पीछे अलग-अलग वजह बतायी जाती हैं। वे उपराष्ट्रपति नहीं चयनित हुये तो मन उचट गया। अगला कारण है कि वे वैकल्पिक प्रधानमंत्री बनना चाहते थे। पिछले आम चुनाव में वे सोनिया से वार्ता हेतु भी मिलने भी गये थे। सोनिया का धूर्तताभरा उत्तर था: ‘‘राहुलजी सब देख रहे हैं।‘‘ एक सीट पर दो कैसे बैठते ?

नीतीश तो रेल मंत्री भी रह चुके हैं। भलीभांति जानते हैं कि आरएसी (प्रतीक्षारत सीट) केवल एक ही को मिलती है। राहुल के मुकाबले नीतीश कहा ठहरते ? फिर वे ममता को भी पसंद नहीं करते थे।

एक बार दोनों संसद भवन में रेल मंत्री के कमरे के लिये आपस में तेजी से भिड़ चुके है। भला हो जार्ज फर्नांडिस का कि साथी नीतीश को मना लिया। जिद्दन बंगालन को कमरा मिल गया। भारत के दो काबीना मंत्री एक अदना कक्ष के लिये लड़े !! वाह !

ऐसा ही एक और वाकया था। नीतीश कुमार अपने रेल मंत्रालय में राज्य मंत्री के रूप में अपनी ही समता पार्टी मंत्री (बाकां के सांसद) दिग्विजय सिंह को दोबारा राज्य मंत्री स्वीकारने के लिये तैयार नहीं थे। पर प्रधानमंत्री अटल बिहारी द्वारा दबाव डलवा कर पार्टी ने उन्हें बनवा दिया। इसी बीच शरद यादव से गठजोड़ कर नीतीश ने जॉर्ज फर्नांडिस को पार्टी अध्यक्ष पद पर से हटवा दिया।

तो कुल मिलाकर अवधारण यही बनी थी कि सत्पुरूष नीतीश धोखा, दगा, कपट और विश्वासघात में भी अपना दखल रखते हैं। उनके झासें में लालू यादव, जो स्वयं शातिर और पलट जाने में माहिर हैं, भी नीतीश के खेमे में भीतर बाहर आते जाते रहे। जेपी आन्दोलन के ये दोनों भाई समूचे बिहार को रेहन बना चुके हैं, बंधक भी।

कल की अदला बदली से अब नीतीश पर आमजन की बची खुची आस्था भी लुप्त हो जायेगी। सवाल है कि ऐसा मानसिक रूप से अस्थिर पुरूष उपराष्ट्रपति, प्रधानमंत्री अथवा केन्द्रीय मंत्री बन जाये तो? खुदा खैर करे।

अचरज होता है कि ये दोनों, (लालू यादव और नीतीश कुमार) भ्रष्ट कांग्रेसी मुख्यमंत्री अब्दुल गफूर को हटाने के संघर्ष में जेल गये थे। मगर यही भ्रष्ट कांग्रेसी मुख्यमंत्री अब्दुल गफूर बाद में नीतीश कुमार की समता पार्टी के अगुवा बन गये। उन्हें चाभी दी किसने ?

गत सप्ताह की घटनाओं का एक कारण यह भी है कि भाजपायी मंत्री शाहनवाज हुसैन ने कह दिया था कि नीतीश कुमार केवल 2025 (तीन साल और) तक ही मुख्यममंत्री बने रहेंगे। अब नीतीश को खुद समझना चाहिये कि भाजपा में राजनीतिक रिटायरमेंट आयु सत्तर पर है। उसके बाद मार्गदर्शक मण्डल में नामित हो जाते हैं। नीतीश कहां जाते ?

तो क्या तब तक नीतीश भाजपा के हमबिस्तर रहते, मुसलमानों के प्यारे बने रहते या लालूपुत्र तेजस्वी के तेज में झुलसते रहते ! यह नागवार गुजरता। फिर भी नेहरू-टाइप प्रवृत्ति से ग्रसित रहकर नीतीश तिरंगे में लिपट कर ही जाना चाहते है, तो क्यों सिंहासन छोड़े? भले ही जनता ललकारती रहे।

एक किस्सा और। बिहार का आधुनिक इतिहास गवाह है कि बिहार का यह सियासी पुरोधा देश की मीडिया में छाया रहा। चूंकि नीतीश एनडीए के मुख्यमंत्री थे अतः यूपी के योगी आदित्यनाथ जी ने नीतीश कुमार को एक सुझाव दिया। इस्लामी नाम बदलने वाली अपनी रौ में योगी ने कहा कि पड़ोसी बिहार में नालन्दा से सटा बख्तियारपुर शहर है जो अभी भी पुराने नाम के बोझ तले दबा हुआ है। परिवर्तन की मांग उठ रही है। योगी की इस मांग में काफी दम है।

नालन्दा विश्वविद्यालय मानव इतिहास में ज्ञान की अमूल्य धरोहर थी। कट्टर “हमलावरों” ने उसे जला दिया। इतिहास साक्षी है कि बौद्ध शोध कार्य, धर्म, इतिहास आदि की पुस्तकें नालन्दा संग्रहालय में अकूत थीं। इख्तियारुद्दीन मुहम्मद बिन बख्तियार खिलजी ने सब नष्ट कर दिया। विक्रमशिला विश्वविद्यालय को भी इसी लुटेरे बख्तियार ने राख में बदल दिया था।

इस्लामी क्रूरता और असहिष्णुता के ऐसे बटमारों के नाम पर रखा गया है जेडीयू मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार का विधानसभा क्षेत्र और कौटुम्बिक गांव। रेलवे स्टेशन अभी भी बख्तियारपुर जंक्शन कहलाता है। योगीजी ने याद दिलाया कि पूर्वी यूपी का मुगलसराय स्टेशन अब दीनदयाल उपाध्याय जंक्शन कहलाता है। यहीं पर भाजपा चिंतक की हत्या हुई थी।

नीतीश कुमार दशकों से राज करते रहे पर मुस्लिम वोट के खातिर अपने क्षेत्र का नाम नहीं बदल सके। इसीलिये योगी ने राय दी। वोटों का दबाव ?

Natraj Nitish’s acrobatics!

Nitish Kumar was called ‘Sushasan Babu’ till day after day. From today (11th August 2022) Dushasan has become. Named after the son of Duryodhana. cause ? He once again ripped off the power. Even in the month of April, when goat and chick was being chewed at Lalu Yadav’s Iftar party, the Chief Minister took part in it with great enthusiasm. Such a meeting of Kurmi-Yadavs was interesting in Magadha history. Nitish Kumar is Kurmi Sirmour. Babu Beni Prasad Verma was once in UP.

At present, different reasons are given behind Nitish turning the dice once. When he was not selected as the Vice President, the mind got upset. The next reason is that he wanted to be an alternate prime minister. In the last general elections, he had also gone to meet Sonia for talks. Sonia’s sly reply was: “Rahulji is all watching.” How can two sit on the same seat?

Nitish has also been the Railway Minister. It is well known that only one gets RAC (Waiting Seat). Where would Nitish stay as compared to Rahul? Then he did not like Mamta either.

Once both of them fought fiercely for the Railway Minister’s room in the Parliament House. It is good that the companion of George Fernandes convinced Nitish. Ziddan Bengalan got the room. Two cabinet ministers of India fought for an adna room !! Wow !

There was another similar incident. Nitish Kumar was not ready to re-accept his own Samata Party Minister (MP of BC) Digvijay Singh as Minister of State in his Railway Ministry. But the party got him built by putting pressure on Prime Minister Atal Bihari. Meanwhile, Nitish removed George Fernandes from the post of party president by allying with Sharad Yadav.

So overall the concept was made that Satpurush Nitish also intervenes in deceit, betrayal, deceit and betrayal. In his hoax, Lalu Yadav, who himself is a clever and a master of overturning, also kept coming in and out of Nitish’s camp. These two brothers of JP movement have mortgaged the whole of Bihar, even hostage.

With tomorrow’s exchange, the remaining faith of the common man on Nitish will also disappear. The question is if such a mentally unstable man becomes Vice President, Prime Minister or Union Minister? God bless

Astonishingly, both of them (Lalu Yadav and Nitish Kumar) went to jail in the struggle to remove the corrupt Congress Chief Minister Abdul Ghafoor. But this corrupt Congress chief minister Abdul Ghafoor later became the leader of Nitish Kumar’s Samata Party. Who gave them the key?

One of the reasons for the events of last week is that BJP minister Shahnawaz Hussain had said that Nitish Kumar will remain the Chief Minister only till 2025 (three more years). Now Nitish himself should understand that the political retirement age in BJP is at seventy. After that the guides get nominated in the board. Where did Nitish go?

So till then, Nitish would have remained the BJP’s bedside, remained dear to the Muslims or would Laluputra keep getting scorched in the glory of Tejashwi! It passes exasperatingly. Still suffering from Nehru-type tendencies, Nitish wants to go by draping in the tricolor, so why should he leave the throne? Even if the people kept shouting.

One more story. The modern history of Bihar is a witness that this political leader of Bihar remained in the media of the country. Since Nitish was the Chief Minister of NDA, Yogi Adityanath of UP gave a suggestion to Nitish Kumar. In his attempt to change the Islamic name, Yogi said that adjacent to Nalanda in neighboring Bihar is the town of Bakhtiyarpur, which is still buried under the old name. There is a demand for change. There is a lot of power in this demand of Yogi.

Nalanda University was an invaluable treasure of knowledge in human history. Hardcore “raiders” burned him. History is witness that books of Buddhist research work, religion, history etc. were abundant in Nalanda Museum. Ikhtiyaruddin Muhammad bin Bakhtiyar Khilji destroyed everything. Vikramshila University was also turned into ashes by the same robber Bakhtiyar.

JDU Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s assembly constituency and family village have been named after such fighters of Islamic cruelty and intolerance. The railway station is still called Bakhtiyarpur Junction. Yogiji reminded that Mughalsarai station in Eastern UP is now called Deendayal Upadhyay Junction. This is where the BJP ideologue was murdered.

Nitish Kumar ruled for decades but could not change the name of his area for the sake of Muslim votes. That is why Yogi gave his opinion. Vote pressure?
