(अब्राहम लिंकन, जॉन एफ कैनेडी, इंदिरा गांधी और बेनजीर भुट्टो की जीवन ज्योति उनके राजनीतिक जीवन के चरम पर बुझा दी गई। आजादी के बाद से राजनीतिक हत्याओं का दौर भारत के राजनीतिक जीवन को भी लहूलुहान करता आया है। भारत को आजादी मिले छह महीने भी नहीं हुए थे कि महात्मा गांधी की हत्या ने दुनिया को हिला दिया। वर्ष 1953 में कश्मीर की शेष भारत के साथ एकता का आंदोलन करने वाले डॉ श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी की श्रीनगर की जेल में रहस्यमय मृत्यु हो गई थी। वंशवादिता में राजनीति का कमान मिलना वंशपरंपरा के अधीन रहता है तो दूसरी ओर संपर्कवादिता के जरिए किसी बडे राजनेता के संपर्क में आने से राजनीतिक कमान प्राप्त करने की अभिलाषा पूर्ण हो जाती है। कहावत है कि “राजनीति एक गंदा खेल है”।)
हरियाणा की बीजेपी नेत्री सोनाली फोगाट की संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में मौत हो गई. डॉक्टर्स ने मौत का कारण दिल का दौरा पड़ना बताया है लेकिन परिवार ने दावा किया है कि सोनाली फोगाटकी हत्या हुई है. सोनाली की बहन रुपेश ने मीडिया से बताया है कि उन्होंने मौत से पहले ही अपनी मां से फोन में बात की थी और कहा था कि ‘खाने में कुछ गड़बड़ है, जिसका असर मेरे शरीर में पड़ रहा है’ सोनाली फोगाट के परिवार का कहना है कि यह मौत नहीं बल्कि हत्या है और इसकी जांच सीबीआई को करनी चाहिए।
सोनाली फोगाट का मर्डर हुआ या हार्ट अटैक से उनकी जान गई यह अब जांच का विषय बन गया है. सोनाली की बहन ने कहा है कि रविवार को ही सोनाली की उनकी माँ से बात हुई है. वह बिल्कुल ठीक थी और अपने फार्म हाउस में थीं. लेकिन माँ से उन्होंने कहा था कि उन्हें अपने शरीर में कुछ गड़बड़ लग रही है जैसे किसी ने मेरे साथ कुछ किया हो. शाम को भी सोनाली की अपनी माँ से बात हुई थी. जिसमे उन्होंने कहा था ‘मेरे खिलाफ साज़िश रची जा रही है. 22 से 25 अगस्त तक सोनाली फोगाट गोवा टूर में गई हुई थी।
काम के सिलसिले में वह मुंबई से गोवा गई थीं. लेकिन जिस दिन वो वहां गईं ठीक उसी दिन की रात सोनाली की हार्ट अटैक से मौत हो गई. सोनाली की एक बेटी है जो अब अनाथ हो गई है क्योंकि कुछ सालों पहले ही सोनाली के पति की भी मौत हो चुकी है. आखिर इस नेता का क्या हुआ ये तो वक्त ही बताएगा. मगर देश में राजनीतिक हत्याओं का दौर नया नहीं है।
आज़ादी से पहले पुणे के लोगों द्वारा उठाए गए अन्याय को समाप्त करने के लिए, चापेकर भाइयों ने 22 जून 1897 को रैंड और उनके सैन्य अनुरक्षण लेफ्टिनेंट आयर्स्ट को गोली मार दी। ऑस्ट्रिया-हंगरी के आर्कड्यूक फ्रांज फर्डिनेंड की हत्या। गैवरिलो प्रिंसिप के हाथों उनकी मृत्यु – एक सर्बियाई राष्ट्रवादी, जो गुप्त सैन्य समूह से संबंध रखता है जिसे ब्लैक हैंड के रूप में जाना जाता है – ने प्रमुख यूरोपीय सैन्य शक्तियों को लाखों और लाखों मौतों के साथ युद्ध की ओर प्रेरित किया। टिकट मिलने या न मिलने, नेता की नजर में चढ़ने या गिरने, सत्ता में हिस्सेदारी की संभावना बनने या बिगड़ने के कारण गुस्से, इस्तीफों तथा नए आश्चर्यजनक गठबंधनों का दौर कभी खत्म नहीं होता।

उसे अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी ने शेख और नेहरू की दुरभिसंधि से की गई राजनीतिक हत्या बताया था। उसकी तो जांच तक नहीं की गई, जबकि श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी नेहरू सरकार में पहले उद्योग मंत्री और भारतीय जनसंघ के संस्थापक अध्यक्ष थे। जनसंघ के दूसरे अध्यक्ष पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय 1968 में मुगलसराय स्टेशन पर मृत पाए गए थे। उनकी रहस्यमय हत्या की साधारण जिला स्तरीय जांच हुई।
पंजाब के ताकतवर मुख्यमंत्री प्रताप सिंह कैरों की 1965 में रोहतक में हत्या कर दी गई और इसका कारण व्यक्तिगत दुश्मनी बताया गया। तब यह मुद्दा भी उठा था कि अधिनायकवादी तौर पर काम करने वाले कैरों के राजनीतिक शत्रुओं की क्या कमी हो सकती है। फिर नागरवाला हत्याकांड हुआ। नागरवाला ने कथित तौर पर इंदिरा गांधी की आवाज बदलकर स्टेट बैंक से 60 लाख रुपये निकलवाए थे। नागरवाला पकड़े गए और हिरासत में ही संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में मृत पाए गए और बाद में इस मामले में जांच कर रहे अधिकारी की भी रहस्यमय मृत्यु हो गई।
भारत की तीसरी प्रधान मंत्री इंदिरा गांधी की 31 अक्टूबर 1984 को 09:20 पर उनके सफदरजंग रोड, नई दिल्ली स्थित आवास पर हत्या कर दी गई थी। ऑपरेशन ब्लू स्टार के बाद, अमृतसर में स्वर्ण मंदिर पर भारतीय सेना के जून 1984 के हमले के बाद, उसके दो अंगरक्षकों, सतवंत सिंह और बेअंत सिंह ने उसे मार डाला, जिससे सिख मंदिर को भारी नुकसान हुआ। अगले चार दिनों में, जवाबी हिंसा में हजारों सिख मारे गए।
यदि आप राजनीति का हिस्सा बनने की आकांक्षा रखते हैं तो आपको राजनीति विज्ञान का अध्ययन करना आवश्यक है। आधुनिक दौर में राजनीति अब नौसिखियों की समझ से परे हो रही है। नतीजन राजनीति के मैदान में टिकना अब परंपरागत दिग्गजों तक सीमित रह गया है। शख्सियत का फायदा राजनीति में परंपरागत नजरिये से उचित माना जाता है। बदलावों के दौर में राजनीति करना किसी चुनौती से कम नहीं आंका जा सकता। अब तो राजनीति करने की लालसा, वंशवादिता और संपर्कवादिता तक सीमित रह गयी है। वंशवादिता में राजनीति का कमान मिलना वंशपरंपरा के अधीन रहता है तो दूसरी ओर संपर्कवादिता के जरिए किसी बडे राजनेता के संपर्क में आने से राजनीतिक कमान प्राप्त करने की अभिलाषा पूर्ण हो जाती है। कहावत है कि “राजनीति एक गंदा खेल है”।
मौजूदा समय में बड़े कारोबारी, फिल्मकार, खिलाडी, विद्वान सहित पत्रकार एवं नौकरशाह जैसे लोगों की राजनीति में न केवल रुचि बढी है अपितु वे राजनीति की महत्ता को भी समझने लगे हैं। अब राजनीति अपने अछूतपन से बरी हो चुकी है। सकारात्मक नजरिए से देखें तो नौजवानों की आवश्यकता राजनीतिक परिवेश में राष्ट्र निर्माण के लिए जरूरी है बर्शते वे नौजवान समाज और लोकतंत्र में सच्चे भाव एवं निष्ठा से राजनीति में आए और समाज को सही राह पर ले जाने की क्षमता रखें। प्रतिस्पर्धा पहले की तुलना अधिक बढ़ी है। अब राजनीति करने की लालसा रखने वालों को अपनी क्षमता और कौशल के बलबूते पर ही राजनीति में प्रवेश मिल सकता है। लेकिन नए खिलाडियों के लिए यह सोनाली की तरह जान के खतरों से कम भी नहीं है।

Haryana BJP leader Sonali Phogat died under suspicious circumstances. Doctors have told the cause of death to be a heart attack but the family has claimed that Sonali Phogat has been murdered. Sonali’s sister Rupesh has told the media that she had spoken to her mother on the phone even before her death and said that ‘there is something wrong with the food, which is affecting my body’ says Sonali Phogat’s family That it is not death but murder and CBI should investigate it.
Sonali Phogat was murdered or she died due to heart attack, it has now become a matter of investigation. Sonali’s sister has said that Sonali has spoken to her mother only on Sunday. She was fine and was in her farm house. But he told his mother that he felt something wrong with his body as if someone had done something to me. In the evening too, Sonali had a talk with her mother. In which he said, ‘A conspiracy is being hatched against me. Sonali Phogat went to Goa Tour from 22 to 25 August.
She had gone from Mumbai to Goa in connection with work. But the day she went there, Sonali died of a heart attack on the same night. Sonali has a daughter who is now orphaned because Sonali’s husband has also died a few years back. After all, what happened to this leader, only time will tell. But the era of political killings is not new in the country.

The powerful Chief Minister of Punjab Pratap Singh Kairon was assassinated in Rohtak in 1965 and the reason for this was attributed to personal enmity. Then the issue also arose as to what could be the lack of political enemies of the Kairos working in totalitarianism. Then the Nagarwala massacre happened. Nagarwala had allegedly changed the voice of Indira Gandhi to withdraw Rs 60 lakh from the State Bank. Nagarwala was caught and found dead in custody under suspicious circumstances and later the investigating officer in the case also died mysteriously.
India’s third Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was assassinated on 31 October 1984 at 09:20 at her Safdarjung Road residence in New Delhi. Following Operation Blue Star, the Indian Army’s June 1984 attack on the Golden Temple in Amritsar, he was killed by two of his bodyguards, Satwant Singh and Beant Singh, causing heavy damage to the Sikh temple. Over the next four days, thousands of Sikhs were killed in retaliatory violence.
If you aspire to be a part of politics then you must study political science. In the modern era, politics is now becoming beyond the comprehension of novices. As a result, survival in the political arena is now confined to the traditional stalwarts. The advantage of personality is considered appropriate from the traditional point of view in politics. Doing politics in the era of change cannot be underestimated as a challenge. If you aspire to be a part of politics then you must study political science. In the modern era, politics is now becoming beyond the comprehension of novices. As a result, survival in the political arena is now confined to the traditional stalwarts. The advantage of personality is considered appropriate from the traditional point of view in politics. Doing politics in the era of change cannot be underestimated as a challenge.
In the present time, people like big businessmen, filmmakers, sportspersons, scholars including journalists and bureaucrats have not only increased interest in politics, but they have also started to understand the importance of politics. Now politics is acquitted of its untouchability. If we look at it from a positive perspective, the need of youth is necessary for nation building in the political environment, provided they come into politics with true spirit and loyalty in the society and democracy and have the ability to take the society on the right path. Competition has increased more than before. Now those who are desirous of doing politics can get entry in politics only on the basis of their ability and skill. But for new players, it is no less than life-threatening like Sonali.
