प्राचीन महावीर देवालय परिसर (अमीनाबाद, लखनऊ) में (कल, 5 मई 2022) अपना बुलडोजर चलवाकर काशाय परिधानधारी योगी आदित्यनाथ ने निष्ठापूर्वक अपने सच्चे राजधर्म का निर्वहन किया। समदृष्टि दर्शायी। पक्षपात का आरोप लगाते थे मस्जिदवाले, उसे मिथ्या सिद्ध कर दिया। सनातनी आस्थास्थल की भूमि को माफियाओं के चंगुल से रिहा करा कर योगी ने ईश्वरीय नियम का क्रियान्वन कराया। मुझ जैसा सत्तर सालों से इस मंदिर का नियमित आराधक अत्यंत गौरान्वित हुआ। गर्वित भी।
लखनऊ के दो राष्ट्रीय दैनिकों की रपट पढ़िये : दैनिक हिन्दुस्तान के चार—कालम में विवरण है : ”आखिरकार अमीनाबाद हनुमान मंदिर पार्क में हो रहे अवैध निर्माण को नगर निगम ने गुरुवार को ध्वस्त करा दिया। नगर निगम के सभी जोन की टीम गुरुवार सुबह 7:30 बजे ही डट गयी। चार जेसीबी मशीनों के साथ बिल्डिंग को तोड़ने का काम शुरु कर दिया गया। करीब 200 मजदूर भी बिल्डिंग को तोड़ने के लिए लगाये गये थे। शाम तक बिल्डिंग को ध्वस्त कर दिया गया। हनुमान मंदिर पार्क में कुछ लोगों ने अवैध कब्जा कर कॉम्प्लेक्स बनवाना शुरु कर दिया था। करीब तीन मंजिल ढांचा तैयार हो गया था।” वहीं नवभारत टाइम्स की सात—कालम की रपट है : ”अमीनाबाद के हनुमान मंदिर पार्क को कब्जा कर बनाये जा रहे अवैध कॉम्प्लेक्स पर गुरुवार को नगर निगम का बुलडोजर चला। इस दौरान करीब 70 दुकानें तोड़ी गयीं। ध्वस्तीकरण के दौरान अवैध कॉम्प्लेक्स बनवाने वाले भूमाफिया के परिवारीजनों ने हंगामा भी किया। इस पर पुलिस ने उन्हें हिरासत में लेकर थाने में भेज दिया। आरोप है कि इस अवैध निर्माण के बारे में एलडीए और नगर निगम में कई शिकायतें की गयीं, लेकिन वर्षों तक कोई भी कार्रवाई नहीं हुयी।”
मगर मसला यही है कि इतने दशकों से भीड़भाड़ वाले क्षेत्र में सब की नजर के सामने हो रहे ऐसे भौतिक तथा अध्यात्मिक पाप किये जाते रहे। मगर करदाताओं की कष्टार्जित राशि से, वेतन कमानेवाले सरकारी नौकर बेचारे करते ही क्या ? माफिया—राजनेता का गठबंधन जो था ! इसकी पड़ताल हो। वे दण्डित हों? क्योंकि यह दुहरा अपराध है। इहलोक तथा परलोकवाला का भी। बताते है कि गुनाहगार लोग सत्तारुढ़ भाजपा के रोबदार—चोवदार लोग हैं जिन्हें जुर्म के जगत में भूमाफिया कहा जाता है। अर्थात भाजपा को भी शुचिता, धर्मनिष्ठा और राष्ट्रहित में कठोर कदम उठाना चाहिये। योगीजी यही करेंगे, यकीन है।
यहां एक त्रासद बात भी है। इन अभियुक्तों को प्रथम प्रश्रय मिला था पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री रामप्रसाद गुप्त से। वे 26वें मुख्यमंत्री (12 नवम्बर 1999 से 28 अक्टूबर 2002 तक) थे। उनके बाद छह और आये गये। राम प्रकाश जी जब मुख्यमंत्री बने तो 76 वर्ष के थे। उनसे एक वर्ष छोटे अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी (जन्म 25 दिसम्बर 1924) द्वारा गुप्ताजी सप्रेम भेंट थे यूपी को। उनकी स्मृति का आलम यह था कि वे अपने मंत्रियों से अक्सर पूछ लेते थे कि ”आप कौन हैं?” अनुमान का आधार यही है कि मंदिर परिसर में अतिक्रमण भी तभी शुरु हुआ था। फर्जी भूमि पंजीकरण द्वारा। लखनऊ के भाजपायी पार्षद विनोद सिंघल लगातार विरोध दर्ज कराते रहे, संघर्षशील रहे, पर कब्जेदार अशोक पाठक, हर पार्टी का यार था, बड़ा वजनदार निकला।
दैनिक ”कुबेर टाइम्स” (ओडियन के पास) का भवन भी उनके स्वामित्व में है। अखबार तो बन्द हो गया। हमारे पत्रकार साथी जरुर सड़क पर आ गये। बेरोजगार हो गये। बहुमंजिला भवन आवासी फ्लैट में बदल गया। इसी भांति मडियांव में विशाल भूमि का हथिया जाना, सो अलग।
लौटें महावीर मंदिर पर। अमीनाबाद (लखनऊ) में बने हनुमान मंदिर के निर्माण का किस्सा भी बयान हो। इसका इतिहास है 112 वर्षों का। तब राजधानी थी इलाहाबाद (आज प्रयागराज)। शासकीय दस्तावेजों के अनुसार लखनऊ के अमीनाबाद पार्क में इस भूभाग को 1910 में म्यूनिसिपल बोर्ड ने मंदिर हेतु आवंटित किया था। बात पुरानी है किंतु नागरिक विकास की दृष्टि से अहम है। प्रयागराज की जगह लखनऊ तब नई नवेली राजधानी बनने वाली थी। संयुक्त प्रांत की सरकार तब प्रयाग से अवध केंद्र में आ रही थी। उस दौर की यह बात है। अमीनाबाद पार्क, (जो तब सार्वजनिक उद्यान था) में पवनसुत हनुमान का मंदिर प्रस्तावित हुआ। मंदिर समर्थक लोग कानून के अनुसार चले। नगर म्यूनिसिपालिटी ने 18 मई 1910 को प्रस्ताव संख्या 30 द्वारा निर्णय किया कि अमीनाबाद पार्क के घासयुक्त (लॉन) भूभाग से दक्षिण पूर्वी कोने को पृथक किया जाता है ताकि मंदिर तथा पुजारी का आवास बन सके। तब म्यूनिसिपल चेयरमैन थे आई.सी.एस. अंग्रेज अधिकारी, उपायुक्त मिस्टर टी.ए. एच. वेये, जिन्होंने सभा की अध्यक्षता की थी। मंदिर के प्रस्ताव के समर्थकों में थे खान साहब नवाब गुलाम हुसैन खां। एक सदी पूर्व अवध का इतिहास इसका साक्षी रहा।
उपलब्ध सूचना के अनुसार मंदिर परिसर में अग्निशमन हेतु पानी की एक टंकी के लिये स्थान दिया गया था। इस जगह आज भूमिगत बाजार निर्मित हो गया। एक कक्ष था जहां निर्धन कन्याओं का मुंह दिखायी के बाद पाणिग्रहण तय होता था। हट गया। पांच परिक्रमा द्वारा थे। गायब हो गये। मुकदमा अभी चल रहा है। योग्य अधिवक्ता शेखर निगम का विश्वास है कि ईश्वर और जज न्याय ही करेंगे। मंदिर की लुटी है मर्यादा तथा वैभव वापस मिलेंगे। श्रद्धालुओं पर ईशकृपा अवश्य होगी। विनती फल लायेगी।
मंदिर की परिपाटी, परम्परा तथा घटनाओं का अनवरत सिलसिला है। याद आया प्रत्येक मार्च तथा मई महीनों में हाईस्कूल तथा इण्टरमीडिएट के हजारों परीक्षार्थी यहां प्रार्थना करने आते थे। कातर वाणी में अर्चना करते थे। मनौती मांगते थे। उससे मंदिर की आवक दूनी हो जाती थी। अंजनिपुत्र, शंकर सुअन, विक्रम बजरंगी, महावीर, बजरंगबली की अपार अनुकम्पा मिलती थी। यूं अभी हर मंगल और शनिवार को भीड़ तो होती ही है। बस यही दिशाभ्रम हो गया। आस्था का व्यापारीकरण हुआ। वाणिज्य का रुप ले लिया। फिर पधारे भूमाफियां, और वर्तमान संकट उभरा। इसीलिये योगी का बुलडोजर अब पाखण्ड—खण्डन, पाप—विनाशी और लोकहितकारी प्रयास होगा। सबका भला होगा। सबके साथ, विकास, विश्वास तथा प्रयास के साथ।

The teams of all the zones of the Municipal Corporation got stuck at 7:30 am on Thursday. The demolition work of the building was started with four JCB machines. About 200 laborers were also employed to demolish the building. By evening the building was demolished. Some people illegally occupied the Hanuman Mandir Park and started building the complex. About three-storey structure was ready.” While Navbharat Times has a seven-column report: “The Municipal Corporation’s bulldozer ran on the illegal complex being constructed by occupying Hanuman Mandir Park in Aminabad on Thursday. Around 70 shops were demolished during this period. During the demolition, the family members of the land mafia who built the illegal complex also created a ruckus. On this, the police took him into custody and sent him to the police station. It is alleged that many complaints were made to LDA and Municipal Corporation regarding this illegal construction, but no action was taken for years.
But the issue is that for so many decades such physical and spiritual sins being committed in the crowded area in front of everyone’s eyes continued to be committed. But what about poor government servants earning salary from the tax payers’ money? What was the alliance of mafia-politician! Get it investigated. Are they punished? Because it is a double crime. Of Ihloka and also of the afterworld. It is said that the guilty people are the overbearing people of the ruling BJP, who are called land mafia in the world of crime. That is, BJP should also take strict steps in the interest of purity, piety and national interest. Yogiji will do the same, I am sure.

Return to Mahavir Mandir. The story of the construction of Hanuman temple in Aminabad (Lucknow) should also be told. Its history is 112 years. Then the capital was Allahabad (today Prayagraj). The Municipal Municipality, on 18 May 1910, decided by resolution number 30 that the southeast corner of Aminabad Park should be separated from the lawn area so that the temple and the priest’s residence could be built. Then the municipal chairman was ICS. The British officer, Deputy Commissioner Mr. T.A. H. Veye, who presided over the meeting. Khan Saheb Nawab Ghulam Hussain Khan was among the supporters of the temple proposal. A century ago the history of Awadh was witness to this.
According to the available information, space was given for a water tank for fire fighting in the temple premises. An underground market has been built at this place today. Just like this, every Tuesday and Saturday there is a crowd. This was just a misdirection. Faith was commercialised. took the form of commerce. Then came the land mafia, and the current crisis emerged. That is why the Yogi’s bulldozer will now be a hypocrisy-refuting, sin-destroying and public-beneficial effort. Everyone will be well. With everyone, with growth, faith and effort.
