वाराणसी | [उत्तर प्रदेश बुलेटिन] | ज्ञानवापी परिसर में रविवार सुबह दूसरे दिन का सर्वे हुआ। सूत्रों के अनुसार तहखाने के बाद अब मस्जिद के ऊपरी ढांचे की वीडियोग्राफी और फोटोग्राफी की गई है। आज सुबह 8 से 12 बजे तक 4 घंटे लगातार सर्वे चला। इस दौरान पश्चिमी दीवार, नमाज स्थल व तहखाना के अंदर दोबारा सर्वे किया गया। इसके साथ ही तहखाने के अंदर एक कमरे में मलबा व पानी की वजह से सर्वे की कार्रवाई नहीं हो सकी, जिसके कारण सुबह कल डेढ़ सौ 2 घंटे के लिए कराया जाएगा।

वहीं इससे पूर्व शनिवार सर्वे में मिले निशानों के आधार हिन्दू पक्ष अपने दावे को मजबूत बता रहा है। हिंदू पक्ष के वकील हरिशंकर जैन ने कहा है कि हमारा दावा और मजबूत हुआ है। हरिशंकर ने बताया कि सर्वे में जो मिल रहा है, वो उनके पक्ष में है। सर्वे सोमवार को भी होगा।

अब तक क्या मिला

ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद के तहखाने में शनिवार को सर्वे के दौरान दीवारों पर त्रिशूल और स्वास्तिक के निशान दिखे हैं। इनकी बनावट शैली का कोर्ट कमिश्नर व अधिवक्ताओं ने आकलन किया। सूत्रों के अनुसार एक तहखाने में मगरमच्छ का शिल्प देख सभी दंग रह गए। तहखाने में मंदिर शिखर का अवशेष भरा होने के कारण सर्वे में दिक्कत भी आई।

दूसरे दिन भी कराई गई वीडियो ग्राफी

वाराणसी जिले में ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद परिसर का सर्वे-वीडियोग्राफी कार्य रविवार को दूसरे दिन भी कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के बीच जारी रहा। अधिकारियों ने यह जानकारी दी। मस्जिद समिति की आपत्तियों के बीच पिछले सप्ताह सर्वेक्षण रोक दिया गया था। समिति ने दावा किया था कि सर्वे के लिए अदालत द्वारा नियुक्त अधिवक्ता आयुक्त को परिसर के अंदर वीडियोग्राफी कराने का अधिकार नहीं है। सर्वे स्थल पर पहुंचे वाराणसी के पुलिस आयुक्त ए सतीश गणेश ने रविवार को कहा कि माननीय अदालत के आदेश के अनुसार आज दूसरे दिन भी ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद परिसर में सर्वे की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है। आयोग के सदस्य अंदर कार्य कर रहे हैं।

श्रृंगार गौरी परिसर का सर्वे

ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद प्रतिष्ठित काशी विश्वनाथ मंदिर के करीब स्थित है। स्थानीय अदालत महिलाओं के एक समूह द्वारा इसकी बाहरी दीवारों पर मूर्तियों के सामने दैनिक प्रार्थना की अनुमति की मांग वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई कर रही है। वाराणसी की एक अदालत ने ज्ञानवापी-श्रृंगार गौरी परिसर का सर्वे-वीडियोग्राफी कार्य कराने के लिए नियुक्त अधिवक्ता आयुक्त (कोर्ट कमिश्नर) अजय मिश्रा को पक्षपात के आरोप में हटाने की मांग संबंधी याचिका बृहस्पतिवार को खारिज कर दी थी। अदालत ने स्पष्ट किया था कि ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद के अंदर भी वीडियोग्राफी कराई जाएगी।

दीवानी अदालत के न्यायाधीश (सीनियर डिवीजन) दिवाकर ने अधिवक्ता आयुक्त मिश्रा को हटाने संबंधी याचिका को नामंजूर करते हुए विशाल सिंह को विशेष अधिवक्ता आयुक्त और अजय प्रताप सिंह को सहायक अधिवक्ता आयुक्त के तौर पर नियुक्त किया था। उन्होंने संपूर्ण परिसर की वीडियोग्राफी करके 17 मई तक रिपोर्ट पेश करने के निर्देश भी दिए थे।

 Survey of Shringar Gauri Complex

Gyanvapi Masjid is situated close to the iconic Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The local court is hearing a plea by a group of women seeking permission for daily prayers in front of the idols on its outer walls. A Varanasi court on Thursday dismissed a petition seeking removal of Advocate Commissioner (court commissioner) Ajay Mishra, appointed for conducting survey-videography work of Gyanvapi-Shringar Gauri complex, on charges of favoritism. The court had made it clear that videography would be done inside the Gyanvapi mosque as well.

The civil court judge (senior division) Diwakar, while rejecting the plea for removal of advocate commissioner Mishra, appointed Vishal Singh as special advocate commissioner and Ajay Pratap Singh as assistant advocate commissioner. He had also given instructions to submit the report by May 17 after videography of the entire campus.
