नई दिल्ली | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने एक व्यक्ति और उसकी पत्नी को एक याचिका पर विचार करने के बाद अपने माता-पिता का घर खाली करने के लिए कहा है। जिसमें मां ने आरोप लगाया था कि उसका बेटा उसकी सहमति के बिना उसके घर में रहने के लिए एक कुत्ता लाया है।

 

याचिका में उल्लेख किया गया है, “वह (बेटा) इस कुत्ते का इस्तेमाल शिकायतकर्ता (मां) को अपने ही घर में परेशान करने के लिए कर रहा था। उसे सांस लेने में समस्या हो गई थी और उसका बेटा कुत्ते को उस पर हमला करने के लिए उकसाता रहता था। इस प्रकार, शिकायतकर्ता ने (PWDV) अधिनियम (घरेलू हिंसा से महिलाओं का संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2005) प्रतिवादी को परिसर से वंचित करने के लिए एक याचिका दायर की”।

 

घर खाली करने का आदेश

 

अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायाधीश अरुल वर्मा ने प्रतिवादी (दंपति) को एक हफ्ते के अंदर सरिता विहार स्थित घर के परिसर को खाली करने का आदेश दिया है। न्यायाधीश ने आदेश में कहा, “माता-पिता को विभिन्न बीमारियों से पीड़ित बताया गया है और प्रतिवादी बेटे के कारण तनाव केवल उनके संकटों को बढ़ा रहा है। विवाद की वजह कुत्ता ‘लव’ है। लड़के की मां ने बताया कि वह सांस की बीमारियों से पीड़ित है और शायद कुत्ते की मौजूदगी उसके लिए परेशानी खड़ी कर रही थी।

 

घर में रहने पर रोक

 

कुछ लोग कुत्ते के प्रेमी होते हैं, जबकि कुछ को ये नहीं भी पसंद आ सकते हैं और यहां तक कि कुत्तों के घर में होने से किसी तरह की परेशानी भी हो सकती है। आदेश में कहा गया है कि इसके अलावा, प्रतिवादी (दंपति) को निश्चित रूप से उसके माता-पिता द्वारा उसके प्रवेश के लिए सहमति के अधीन परिसर में प्रवेश करने या रहने से पूरी तरह से रोक दिया जाता है।

New Delhi | [Court Bulletin] | A Delhi court has asked a man and his wife to vacate their parents’ house after considering a petition. In which the mother alleged that her son has brought a dog to live in her house without her consent.

 

The petition mentions, “He (son) was using this dog to harass the complainant (mother) in his own house. He had trouble breathing and his son used to provoke the dog to attack him. Thus, the complainant filed a petition under the (PWDV) Act (Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005) to deprive the respondent from the premises”.

Additional Sessions Judge Arul Verma has ordered the respondent (couple) to vacate the premises of the house at Sarita Vihar within a week. The judge said in the order, “The parents are said to be suffering from various ailments and the stress caused by the respondent son is only adding to their woes. The reason for the controversy is the dog ‘Love’. The boy’s mother told that he was suffering from respiratory ailments and perhaps the presence of the dog was causing trouble for him.

Some people are dog lovers, while some may not like it and even having dogs in the house can cause some kind of trouble. Further, the respondent (couple) is definitely prohibited from entering or staying in the premises subject to the consent of his parents for his entry, the order said.
