नई दिल्ली | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | अल्ट न्यूज के सह-संस्थापक Mohammd Zubair News मोहम्मद जुबैर ने उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस की ओर से अपने खिलाफ दर्ज एफआईआर को रद्द कराने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट का रुख किया है। यही नहीं शीर्ष अदालत ने उनकी अर्जी को स्वीकार कर लिया है और शुक्रवार को सुनवाई का फैसला लिया है।

 

यति नरसिंहानंद सरस्वती समेत कई लोगों को नफरत फैलाने वाला बताते हुए मोहम्मद जुबैर ने एक ट्वीट किया था, जिस पर यूपी पुलिस ने एफआईआर दर्ज की थी। जस्टिस इंदिरा बनर्जी और जेके माहेश्वरी ने इस पर कल सुनवाई का फैसला लिया है। मोहम्मद जुबैर के वकील कोलिन गोंजाल्विस ने अदालत में पक्ष रखते हुए कहा कि इस पर तत्काल सुनवाई करने की जरूरत है।

 

उन्होंने कहा कि मेरे मुवक्किल को मौत की धमकियां मिल रही है। ऐसे में उनकी सुरक्षा लिहाज से इस पर सुनवाई करना जरूरी है। मोहम्मद जुबैर के वकील ने कहा, ‘अग्रिम जमानत की अर्जी को खारिज कर दिया गया था। उन्हें मौत की धमकियां मिल रही हैं और उनके विरोधी उनकी हत्या भी कर सकते हैं।

 

ऐसे में इस मसले पर तुरंत सुनवाई करने की जरूरत है क्योंकि हम उनकी सुरक्षा को लेकर चिंतित हैं।’ इससे पहले जुबैर ने एफआईआर को रद्द कराने के लिए इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट का रुख किया था, लेकिन उच्च न्यायालय से उन्हें राहत नहीं मिल पाई थी।

 

यूपी पुलिस ने सीतापुर की अदालत में किया पेश

 

बता दें कि इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने 13 जून को जुबैर के खिलाफ दर्ज केस को खारिज करने से इनकार कर दिया था। यूपी पुलिस ने जुबैर के एक ट्वीट को लेकर उन पर मुकदमा दर्ज किया है, जिसमें उन्होंने यति नरसिंहानंद, बजरंग मुनि और आनंद स्वरूप को नफरत फैलाने वाला बताया था। यूपी पुलिस ने मोहम्मद जुबैर के खिलाफ सेक्शन 295A के तहत एफआईआर दर्ज की है। उन पर धार्मिक भावनाओं को आहत करने और एक समुदाय की आस्था का अपमान करने का आरोप लगाया गया है।

 

सुप्रीम कोर्ट में पेश मोहम्मद जुबैर के वकील ने कहा कि आप एफआईआर में भी देख सकते हैं कि कोई अपराध हुआ ही नहीं है। इस बीच यूपी पुलिस ने उन्हें इस मामले में सीतापुर कोर्ट में पेश किया है।

Justices Indira Banerjee and JK Maheshwari have decided to hear the matter tomorrow. Mohd Zubair’s lawyer Colin Gonsalves, appearing in the court, said that it needs to be heard urgently.

 

He said that my client is getting death threats. In such a situation, it is necessary to hear it from their safety point of view. Mohammad Zubair’s lawyer said, ‘The anticipatory bail application was rejected. He is receiving death threats and his opponents may even kill him.

 

In such a situation, there is a need to hear this matter immediately as we are concerned about their safety. Earlier, Zubair had moved the Allahabad High Court to quash the FIR, but he could not get relief from the High Court.

 

UP Police presented in Sitapur court

 

The Allahabad High Court had on June 13 refused to quash the case registered against Zubair. UP Police has booked him for a tweet by Zubair, in which he had called Yeti Narasimhanand, Bajrang Muni and Anand Swaroop as spreaders of hatred. UP Police has registered an FIR against Mohammad Zubair under section 295A. They have been accused of hurting religious sentiments and insulting the faith of a community.

 

Mohammad Zubair’s lawyer appearing in the Supreme Court said that you can also see in the FIR that no crime has been committed. Meanwhile, the UP Police has presented him in Sitapur court in this case.
