बॉम्बे | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंडिया (SII) और माइक्रोसॉफ्ट के संस्थापक बिल गेट्स को बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने शुक्रवार को एक याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए नोटिस जारी किया है। याचिका दिलीप लुनावत की ओर से दायर की गई है। जिन्होंने आरोल लगाया है कि उनकी बेटी की मौत कोरोना वायरस की वैक्सीन कोविशील्ड के साइड इफेक्ट के कारण हुई थी। उन्होंने अपने नुकसान के लिए मुआवजे के रूप में 1000 करोड़ रुपए की मांग की है।
दरअसल, साल 2020 में सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंडिया ने बिल एंड मेलिंगा गेट्स फाउंडेशन के साथ एक डील हुई। इस डील के पीछे मुख्य वजह यह थी कि भारत और दुनिया के अन्य देशों के लिए कोविशील्ड टीकों की 100 मिलियन खुराक के निर्माण और उसके वितरण में तेजी लाई जा सके।
याचिका में शामिल अन्य प्रतिवादियों में स्वास्त्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, ड्रग कंट्रोलर जनरल ऑफ इंडिया, डॉ वीजी सोमानी, ड्रग कंट्रोलर जनरल और एम्स के निदेशक डॉ रणदीप गुलेरिया शामिल हैं।
डेंटल कॉलेज में सीनियर लेक्चरर थी बेटी
औरंगाबाद के रहने वाले दिलीप ने अदालत को बताया कि उनकी बेटी धमनगांव के एसएमबीटी डेंटल कॉलेज और अस्पताल में डॉक्टर और सीनियर लेक्चरर थी। उन्होंने कहा कि संस्थान के सभी स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को इसे लेने के लिए कहने के बाद उनकी बेटी को टीका लेने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा था। जिसके बाद टीके के साइड इफेक्ट के कारण उसकी मौत हो गई।
बेटी को न्याय दिलाना चाहते हैं
उन्होंने कहा कि उनकी बेटी को आश्वस्त किया गया था कि टीके पूरी तरह से सुरक्षित हैं और इससे उनके शरीर को कोई खतरा या साइड इफेक्ट नहीं होगा। याचिका में लुनावत ने कहा कि डॉ सोमानी और गुलेरिया ने कई इंटरव्यू दिए और लोगों को आश्वस्त किया कि टीके सुरक्षित हैं। दिलीप लुनावत ने कहा है कि वह अपनी बेटी को न्याय दिलाना चाहते हैं और कई और लोगों की जान बचाना चाहते हैं जिनकी प्रतिवादी अधिकारियों की इस तरह की गैरकानूनी गतिविधियों के कारण जान जाने की संभावना है।
साइड इफेक्ट से मौत का दावा
याचिका में लुनावत ने 28 जनवरी 2021 का अपने बेटी का टीका प्रमाण पत्र भी संलग्न किया है। याचिका में कहा गया है कि एक मार्च 2021 को कोविशील्ड वैक्सीन के साइड इफेक्ट के कारण उनकी मौत हो गई। अपने दावे को और मजबूत करने के लिए लुनावत ने 2 अक्टूबर, 2021 के केंद्र सरकार के टीकाकरण के बाद होने वाली घटनाओं को लेकर जारी (AEFI) रिपोर्ट को भी शामिल किया है।

Bombay | [Court Bulletin] | The Bombay High Court on Friday issued notices to Serum Institute of India (SII) and Microsoft founder Bill Gates while hearing a petition. The petition has been filed on behalf of Dilip Lunawat. Those who have alleged that their daughter died due to the side effect of the corona virus vaccine Kovishield. He has demanded Rs 1000 crore as compensation for his loss.
Actually, in the year 2020, Serum Institute of India signed a deal with Bill and Melinga Gates Foundation. The main reason behind this deal was to accelerate the manufacturing and distribution of 100 million doses of Kovidhield vaccines for India and other countries of the world.
Other respondents involved in the petition include the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Drug Controller General of India, Dr VG Somani, Drug Controller General and AIIMS Director Dr Randeep Guleria.
Daughter was a senior lecturer in dental college
Dileep, a resident of Aurangabad, told the court that his daughter was a doctor and senior lecturer at SMBT Dental College and Hospital in Dhamangaon. He said his daughter was forced to take the vaccine after all the health workers of the institute were asked to take it. After which he died due to the side effect of the vaccine.
I want justice for my daughter
He said his daughter was reassured that the vaccines were completely safe and would not pose any danger or side effects to her body. In the petition, Lunawat said that Dr Somani and Guleria gave several interviews and assured people that the vaccines are safe. Dilip Lunawat has said that he wants to get justice for his daughter and wants to save the lives of many more who are likely to die due to such illegal activities of the respondent authorities.
Side effect death claim
In the petition, Lunawat has also attached the vaccine certificate of his daughter dated 28 January 2021. The petition states that on March 1, 2021, he died due to side effects of the Kovishield vaccine. To further strengthen his claim, Lunawat has also included the Central Government’s Post-Vaccination Events (AEFI) report dated October 2, 2021.
