छोटी उम्र का बच्चा

पढ़ा लिखा उसे बनाओ ऑफिसर कोई अच्छा |

ऐसी सोच के पीछे भी चाल बनी है धोखे की

दिल के काले नेता ने यह बात कही है मौके की |

खाने को रोटी नहीं ओढ़नी

वह नाबालिग कहलाता है

अंधा नायक नासमझी में

कैसा कानून बनाता है |

अंधे की लाठी तिनके का सहारा

क्या नेता बन जाएगा बूढ़ा बाप

मजदूरी मां की क्या

पेट कभी भर पाएगा |

अंधेर नगर में पढ़ने की बात कुछ

मूर्ख ही कह सकते हैं

इस देश के नेता इनके

बच्चे भी क्या ऐसे ही

पढ़ सकते हैं |

कानून बनाकर बच्चों का क्या

इनके पेट की सोची है

रोटी के बिना उस बालक को

सारी बातें ओच्छी है |

सबको दो रोजगार

पढ़ाई तभी गरीब कर सकता है

नाबालिग भी तभी एक

काबिल बालक बन सकता है |

नहीं जानते भूख है क्या

फिर अधिकार कहां से लाए हो

खोज निकाली रोटी तो

कानून लादने के हो |

मुझे मजदूरी करके छोटी बहन पढ़ाना है

मजदूरी जो बुरी चीज है

तो मुझे जेल भी जाना है |

मजदूरी से रोटी जेल में रोटी

रोटी ही तो खाना है

बिन पैसे के नहीं पढ़ाई

नेता को समझाना है |

जो गरीब सताए गए एक दिन

जड़ा- मूल से खो देंगे

नहीं बचेगा देश में कुछ भी

गरीब एक दिन धो देंगे |

अब भी वक्त है होश में आओ

मत देश बर्बाद करो

रिश्वतखोरी चोरी की चाल से

हम सबको आजाद करो

वरना अपना भारत गारत

एक दिन हो जाएगा

देश का बच्चा-बच्चा यहां पर

अपना लहू बहेगा ||
