#Onlinebulletin.in | #Onlinebulletin | Nagaland of my dreams, there will be a time where all the people of Nagaland will be educated since the literacy rate of Nagaland is rapidly increasing, there will be peace and harmony all over the Nagaland since everyone will be educated and thus, Nagaland will be free from violence. All the people of Nagaland can live peacefully and happily.

Every people of Nagaland will start respecting each others and their professions. As we all know that even today, the respect for women is very high and after some years, again the respect of women will increase thus, the women will feel more safe and secure in Nagaland as compared with states of India.

Nagaland will become one of the best state in India where womens will be safe and secure. And thus, the parents of different states will give more preference to send their daughters in Nagaland for their higher education.

Though the quantity of educational institutions may be less but it’s quality will be much more better than others states of India.

If we see the cleanliness and hygiene, Nagaland will be the best state among the other states of India. This is because when everyone is educated, they will obviously have the knowledge to maintain cleanliness and a good hygiene.

Nagaland will become the great state among the others in terms of peace, cleanliness, non-violence, respect for women, preserving their culture, unity among them and so on.

And even Nagaland is walking on the path to become a non-corruption state. And this will give a great impact on the economy of Nagaland. When corruptions to be ceased, there will be a rapid development in terms of road constructions, bridge constructions and increasing in the number of schools in rural areas.

Nagaland will be a place where people from different caste, religion and from different states can come and live peacefully without any distractions.

Even today the people from other states are migrating in Nagaland for the purpose of learning and earning. They know that if they migrate to Nagaland then their children can acquire a good quality of education.

Nagaland will become the most unique state and the people living here will be proud of that.

Nagaland consists of 16 tribes namely Angami, Ao, Chakhesang, Chang, Dimasa kachari, Konyak, Kuki, Lotha, Pochury, Rengna, Sangram, Sumi Yimchunger and Zeliang. The Kachari and Kuki are Non-Naga tribes but still then these tribes are recognised in Nagaland.

According to my personal experience, I can see that there is a unity among the sub tribes of Nagaland. Though their languages may differ but everyone is trying their best to preserve their own culture. Everyone knows that their unique cultures and traditions are their real identity. Each cultures and traditions are considered as the flowers of a single garden (i.e,Nagaland).

Naga shawls are again very popular not only in Nagaland but other states too. It is because the quality and the beautiful designs attracts the people. The demand of Naga shawls are increasing day by day and this is good for the people of Nagaland and for the Nagaland.

There will be a time where every families of India will know about the naga shawls and will have the desire to buy. Hence, these will increase the popularity of Nagas.

And when we are talking about the Nagaland how can we forget about the world’s hottest chilli which is found in Nagaland. Even this chillies have been exported to London which means we can see that there is a demand of King chilli not only in India but in the foreign countries too.

Transportation of goods from Nagaland to different places helps to popularize the Nagaland and their traditions and cultures. It even increases the economy of Nagaland.

Geography, Nagaland falls in the north-eastern part of India and is a hill mountainous state.There is a well-known peak “Saramati” in the Kohima district of Nagaland which is about 3,840 metres in high. “Saramati” really attracts the people because of the nature’s beauty. People from different states and countries would always like to visit his peak once in a life.

If we see the climate of Nagaland then we can find that it is a very pleasant. Not too warm in summer nor too cold in winter.

Because of the moderate climate, people would always like to stay in Nagaland.

The flora and fauna of Nagaland are good in numbers and they are safe and secure because of the strict norms of the Government of Nagaland. Many of us know that the Nagas were the hunters. But as the time goes, they are stoping this hunting activities. Still we can find hunting someone but the Government of Nagaland is trying their best to punish the hunters. These steps taken by the Government will bring a day where everyone will start loving the living creatures instead of hunting them.

There is a tree named “Rhododendron” on which we are always proud to be found in Nagaland, which is considered as the world’s tallest rhododendron tree which is of 108 feet in height.

Though the Nagaland is a hilly state but still then most of the people are depends on agriculture. To many families, agricultural became a full-time occupation for them. They are involved in two types of cultivation – (1) Terrace cultivation and (2) Jhum cultivation. They grow different crops like rice, maize, taro, pumpkin, beans, squash, potato, mustard and many more.

The people of Nagaland are seems to be God gifted, they depict their culture and traditions through their talent by making beautiful hand crafts which is now becoming popular in other states too. The beauty of their hand crafts attracted by the outsiders.

Everything in Nagaland attracts the people. Every facilities are found here in terms of good standard living, cleanliness and hygiene and good quality of education etc.

The Nagas are the people who always heridate their culture. This protects them from being losing their traditions and cultures even in the coming generation.

I would always like to see Nagaland to be one of the best ever state in India which will be free from any kinds of war. Peace and harmony will be given more preference in all over the Nagaland.

Better understanding among people will always bring unity among them and I do hope that if Nagaland goes on this path then obviously my dream of Nagaland will be fulfilled one day.

As we all know that there is only one railway station and airport in Nagaland. So, I dream that in the upcoming days, government will setup new railway stations and airports not only in Dimapur but even in other districts of Nagaland, so that the people living far behind do not have to trouble more.

Yes, I know that the physical structure of Nagaland is hilly and it is very difficult to do these things. But always keep in mind that nothing is impossible. If we want the Nagaland to develop, than Railway connections and Airport connections are very necessary for Nagaland.

For the development of Nagaland, electricity will also play a great role why because now everything is depends on internet. If electricity conditions are not good than it will be difficult for the people of Nagaland to work. Even many factories and companies are depend on electricity. So, in order to make Nagaland smart and digital, electricity must have to be provided to each and every corner of Nagaland.

Even water is also very necessary for the development of Nagaland. Since, Nagaland is a hilly state, the people living on the top of the hills are facing the scarcity of water, and unless the people of Nagaland do not get a proper supply of water then they are not ready to do any other progress. By developing only towns and cities are not going to help Nagaland to become a better place. If really we want the Nagaland to be developed then we have to develop the remote areas too. Atleast clean drinking water will be provided to each and every family in the Nagaland of my dream.

And in order to developed Nagaland faster, the government should need to set up the industries as much as possible. It will employ the people and will improve the economy of Nagaland. For developing any states, first industrializing a state is very necessary.

A state cannot run only with the rumours and believes but the state should be scientifically advanced. I would always like to see Nagaland to be advance in Science because nowadays, science is very important in day to day life. In agriculture we require science, in health we require science. In every activities of our life, we require science. Children of Nagaland should be emphasize on the importance of science in their life.

Nagaland of my dream would be a Nagaland where all the people will become self depend either males or females. No one would boast but instead they would live in unity.

I would like to see Nagaland where only CNG vehicles are running on road. It is because when the public of Nagaland refuse to buy or use the petroleum vehicles then there will be much reduction on the air pollution in Nagaland. Moreover, the travelling fares will reduce to some extent.

I would also like to see the solars in each and every homes of Nagaland. By doing this, the people of Nagaland will save the electricity and thus, saves their money in terms of high electricity bills. This will not only benefits to them but it will save the electricity for their new generation.

I would like the Nagaland to increase the number of Hospitals not only in town but even in the rural areas too. No matter what the size of our dream is, it will only be fulfilled when all the people will be healthy. Health is very important for the development of an individual or for the state. Hence, by increasing the number of hospitals with good facilities can save the life of the people, and the state can develop smoothly.

In order to protect the cultures and traditions and the history of Nagaland, government needs to build/construct the new monuments of the remarkable history place and for the remarkable people of Nagaland. This will let the new generation to remember their history and to be proud of it.

I would like to see the Government of Nagaland emphasizing on the innovation in each and every fields of Nagaland. With the help of innovation people can do the progress in their life by doing something new. Innovation helps the teacher to make their student creative then the creative students create something new, with the creation of new things progress begins.

I would like to see metros in Nagaland. Since, the other states of India is slowly becoming a metro cities, in the same way even the Government of Nagaland should work to bring the metro train in Nagaland. This will play a great role for the development of Nagaland.

Even I would like to see all the local people of Nagaland to learn how to speak and write Hindi language. As we all know that how Hindi language is important in India. If anyone wants to appear UPSC Exam then Hindi language is compulsory for them. Those who are from Hindi States, they have the advantages of knowing Hindi but those who belong from non-Hindi States they are lacking behind from other people. So, the Government of Nagaland can take some measure actions to teach Hindi to the Nagas. Government can provide free basic Hindi courses only for the Nagas. Even government can reward the people of Nagaland those who are willing to learn Hindi. By doing this, the people of Nagaland can learn Hindi and grab the opportunities at the central level.

I am very sad that Nagaland is very poor in political field as compared with other states of India. What I feel that, majority the people of Nagaland are not interested in politics. They don’t understand the importance of politics. And when the public is not interested then the leaders are also not showing their interest or activeness. Even the opposition leaders are not much active then it should be.

Here in Nagaland, if the Governor or the Chief Minister arrives anywhere then we can’t find more gatherings of the people. It really disrespects our leaders. Nagaland in my dreams all the common people of Nagaland will be showing their interest and respect towards our leaders. And even the leader will be doing more and more campaigns to directly connect with the common people.

At the same time, I would also like to see free and fair elections in Nagaland and this will only  be possible if the people becomes educated.

I would like to see the Government of Nagaland giving more importance on the literature. By doing so, the government can bring many young authors. In the coming days who will be capable to record all the important Histories of Nagaland. In this way the history of Nagaland will be alive and the important things will be noted down.

Among the authors of Nagaland, some may become well-known not only in India but through out the world and their writings can be added to the academic syllabus and if this happens then this will be a proud moment for all the people of Nagaland.

Nowadays, the NBSE syllabus is becoming easier and easier as compared to other states of India. For making a good results of NBSE, this is not a good idea of making the syllabus easy. By doing so, the NBSE itself reducing the capacity of their own students. Students after passing from NBSE, if they happens to appear the Central level exams, then they finds very difficult to even pass that exams, so forget about scoring a good marks.

Therefore, Nagaland in my dream, I would always like the Government of Nagaland to focus on making the syllabus tough.

I am happy to say that the people of Nagaland are giving importance on sports. Naga wrestling is one of the major or popular sports of Nagaland. Cock-fighting, Football, Basketball etc. are played under Nagaland. I would like the Government of Nagaland to support the children who is good in sports and even I hope moral support from the society for the sports interested persons. This will keep them always motivated and will help them to understand that success and failures are the parts of a sports and life.

Nagaland is the hub of talent. Some are good in singing, dancing, painting, sketching, decoration and so on. But the only thing the Nagaland is lacking behind is that the common people do not support or respect their talents. As we all know about Meyitemsu Naga, who is the first person to represent Nagaland in the India’s Best Dancer. This is a proud moment for all the people of Nagaland. I would like to see Nagaland supporting and respecting their talents. I would also like to see more Nagas to come up on the stage of India’s Best Dancer to represent Nagaland.

We all know that Nagaland is known for its different varieties of dishes. Dishes like Bamboo shoot, Axone, Fermented dry fish, Samathu, Aikibeye, Akini, Boiled vegetables, etc. These types of dishes are very rare to find in other states of India. Each dishes are connected with each sub-Naga tribes of Nagaland. Nagaland of my dream, I would like to see inviting popular persons from different states of India like politicians, sportspersons, film stars, etc. to taste the dishes of Nagaland. This will help the Nagaland to popularise their dish.

There are many festivals which are celebrated all over the Nagaland state. These festivals increases the beauty of Naga cultures and traditions. Even farmers of Nagaland celebrate the festivals for their good crops. Their festivals vary from tribe to tribe. They are: the Hornbill festival, Ngada festival, Hega festival, Mim Kut festival, Bushu festival, Tsukhenye festival, Sukrenye festival, Yemshe festival, Naknyulum festival, Moatsu festival, Miu festival, Metumniu festival, Tuluni festival etc.

Nagaland of my dream, I would always like to see that the people of Nagaland to preserve their festivals by celebrating as how their ancestors have celebrated.

Nagaland of my dream, I would like to see the separate High Court of Nagaland either in Kohima or in Dimapur. The people of Nagaland are getting trouble to go in Guwahati High Court. So, if possible, the government and the local people should demand the separate High Court for Nagaland. So that Nagaland will not have to depend on other states.

Nagaland in my dream, I would like to see more and more libraries in every districts of Nagaland. As we know that there are very few numbers of libraries which are not sufficient for all the people of Nagaland. By increasing libraries, people who are interested in readings can read by paying a very little amount. Moreover, students can do topic research in libraries for their projects instead of directly searching from the internet.

I would like to see the game addiction free Nagaland. Nowadays, children from every age groups are addicted on online mobile games such as PubG, Free Fire, COC etc. They play till midnight and can’t able to focus on their daily works.

The above things which I have mentioned is my dreams for Nagaland. One thing on which everyone should be clear enough is that there is a vast difference between wish and dreams. Wish never comes true, it is only dreams which turns into reality through hard work and dedication. And the things which I have mentioned is not my wish but it’s my dream which can be turns into reality, but alone I can not do any changes. We have to unite and work together to fulfill these dreams which only talks about the welfare for the local people of Nagaland.
