राजन यादव ने मिट्टी की उपज बढ़ाने और पौधों की पैदावार की तेजी से बढ़ाने हेतु एक फार्मूला बनाया था। जिसमें किसी भी प्रकार के रासयानिक पदार्थ का उपयोग नहीं किया गया था। इस फार्मूले से बनाई गई खाद से मिट्टी की पैदावार बिना किसी नुकसान पहुंचाए हो रही थी। पौधे बड़ी तेजी से बढ़ते थे और फल फूल पहले से बड़े होते थे साथ ही उनका वजन भी दुगुना हो रहा था।
जबकि रासायनिक खाद से तात्कालिक फसल तो अच्छी होती है मगर बाद में मिट्टी की उर्वरक क्षमता को धीरे -धीरे कम करती जा रही है। इससे उत्पादित फ़सल, फल फूल और सब्जियों से शारीरिक नुकसान और बीमारियाँ भी होती है।
जबकि ठीक इसके बिपरीत राजन द्वारा बनाए गए फार्मूले से तैयार खाद शरीर को स्वस्थ बनाती थी और कोई बीमारी भी नहीं होती थी। खाने में भी काफी स्वाद आता था। जिससे किसानो की आमदनी बढ़ गई थी। कम लागत में ज्यादा लाभ मिल रहा था। आम लोगो को सस्ते दर पर फल फूल, अनाज और सब्जियाँ मिल रही थी। जमीन की मिट्टी की उर्वरक क्षमता दिन पर दिन बढ़ती जा रही थी। हर तरफ इस खाद हरियाली की काफी चर्चा हो रही थी।
हरियाली खाद ने देश में ही नहीं बिदेशों में भी तहलका मचा रही थी। भारत इस खाद को बिदेशों में भी बेचकर करोड़ो -अरबों रुपए की आय कर रहा था। सैकड़ो देश हरियाली खाद का ऑर्डर लाखो -लाखो क्विंटल में लगातार भारत को भेज रहे थे।
मगर भारत की इस उपलब्धि से कुछ दुश्मन देशो को पसंद नहीं आ रही थी। वे अंदर ही अंदर जल भून रहे थे। पाकिस्तान के सेना के एक बड़े ऑफिसर मकसूद कुरेशी ने चीन की खुफिया एजेंसी के निदेशक ली हिंगपिंग से बात कर अपने जासूसो द्वारा भारत से वैज्ञानिक राजन यादव के फार्मूले को चोरी कराने का अनुरोध किया।
चीन के के खुफिया एजेंसी के निदेशक ली हिंगपिंग ने कहा -आप अपने दो तेज तर्रार जासूस मेरे पास भेजो और दो मेरे रहेंगे कुल चार जासूस भारत जाएँगे फार्मूले की चोरी करने। मगर इसमे जो भी खर्चा आयेगा तुम्हें पूरा देना पड़ेगा। कुरेशी ने कहा ठीक है। इस फार्मूले से हम दोनों भी खाद बनाकर करोड़ो अरबों काम लेंगे। फिर कोई भी देश भारत से हरियाली खाद को नहीं खरीदेगा। क्योंकि हम दोनों इसे भारत से कम दर पर सबको बेचेंगे। दोनों खूब ठहाका मारकर हंसने लगते है।
मगर उनको क्या पता था वे दोनों शेर की मंद में हाथ डालने जा रहे थे। उनकी हंसी आँसुओं में बदलने वाली थी। भारत की सबसे खतरनाक खुफिया संस्था रा को इसकी भनक लग गई।
रा के निदेशक हरपाल खन्ना ने तुरंत गृह मंत्रालय को सूचना दिया और आगे की कार्यवाई हेतु आदेश मांगा। मंत्रालय की तरफ से कहा गया -किसी भी कीमत पर फार्मूला चोरी नहीं होना चाहिए इसके लिए जो भी उचित कदम उठाना है उठाए।
हरपाल खन्ना ने अपने सबसे खतरनाक और तेज तर्रार तीन जासूसो प्रतिभा सिंह, शिखा शर्मा और दीपांशु वर्मा को बुलाया और उनको फार्मूले को चोरी होने से बचाने हेतु जिम्मेवारी देते हुये कहा तुम तीनों को जो भी सहायता चाहिए मिलेगी मगर किसी कीमत पर राजन यादव का फार्मूला चोरी नहीं होना चाहिए।
प्रतिभा जो रा की सबसे सीनियर और खूंखार जासूस थी ने कहा सर आप चिंता न करे हम तीनों के रहते कोई भी हमारे देश की एक सुई भी हाथ नहीं लगा सकता। फिर तीनों ने अपना ओफिसियल ऑर्डर लिया और केंद्रीय कृषि शोध संस्थान की तरफ निकल गए। वहा पहुँचकर तीनों ने वैज्ञानिक राजन और मंजरी से मुलाकात कर उनको सारी स्थिति से अवगत कराया। प्रतिभा ने कहा सबसे पहले मुझे उस जगह को दिखाये जहा फार्मूके को रखा गया है। राजन और मंजरी ने उन तीनों को उस कमरे में ले गए जहा फार्मूले पेन ड्राइव, सीडी और कम्प्युटर में सुरक्षित रखा हुआ था। कमरे के बाहर बड़ा सा ताला लगा हुआ था।
शिखा ने कहा यहाँ अभी सुरक्षा गार्ड पहरा में लगा दे। दीपांशु ने कहा यहाँ हर तरफ अंदर और बाहर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगवा दे। सारी तैयारियां फटाफट कराने का आदेश दे दिया गया।
संस्थान से बाहर निकलकर उसके चारो तरफ की चाहरदीवारी का निरीक्षण करते हुये प्रतिभा ने देखा दीवाल के ऊपर कंटीली तारो से घेराबंदी की गई थी। करीब सौ कदम बाद बाहर घना जंगल था। प्रतिभा ने राजन से कहा सर बाउंड्री वाल के चारो तरफ लाइट कम है। बाउंड्री वाल के चारो कोनो पर इस तरह से लाइट लगवाई जाय जो पास और दूर जंगल तक भी रोशनी दे ताकि किसी भी घुसपैठिए पर नजर रखी जाये।
शिखा जो प्रतिभा से जुनियर ओफीसर थी मगर दोनों में काफी दोस्ती थी दोनों एक दूसरे को पार्टनर बोलती थी ने कहा – पार्टनर सीसीटीवी कैमरे बाउंड्री वाल के बाहर भी लगाना होगा। यू आर राइट पार्टनर प्रतिभा ने शिखा के सुझाव का समर्थन करते हुये कहा। सब तरह से संतुष्ट होकर तीनों वहा से निकल पड़े।
कार दीपांशु ड्राइव कर रहा था। प्रतिभा ने अपने मोबाइल से पाकिस्तान और चीन फोन लगाकर अपने राव के ओफिसरो से कोन्फ्रेंस कर कहा – प्रताप और आकाश आप दोनों ध्यान से मेरी बात सुने – फिर उसने राजन के फार्मूले के चोरी होने की संभावना के बारे में बताते हुये कहा पाकिस्तान और चीन से चार जासूस जो भारत फार्मूले की चोरी करने आ रहे है उनपर निगाह रखना है। जैसे ही वे लोग भारत के लिए निकले तुरंत मुझे उनका फोटो और डीटेल भेज देना है।
शिखा ने कहा वाह पार्टनर बहुत अच्छा किया। अगर वे चारो भारत आ गए और मेरे हाथ लग गए तो मैं सबका कचूमर बना दूँगी।
दीपांशु ने कहा मैं तो उनको फुटबाल बनाकर खेलूँगा।
और मैं क्या करूंगी प्रतिभा ने मुसकुराते हुये पूछा – तुम तो पार्टनर जूडो कराठे और कुंगफू चंपीयन हो उनकी हड्डी पसली एक कर दोगी। और दीपांशु तो एक नम्बर का निसानेबाज़ है। इसका निसाना कभी नहीं चुकता है। चारो अगर इसकी रडार पर आ गए तो फार्मूला चोरी होने से पहले ही चारो की खोपड़ी उड़ा देगा प्रतिभा ने हसते हुये कहा।
रास्ते में प्रतिभा ने संस्थान के बारे में डीटेल जानकारी रा निदेशक हरपाल खन्ना को दे दिया और कहा सर मैंने पाकिस्तान और चीन फोन कर अपने ऑफिसर को भी सतर्क रहने बोल दिया है और उनको चारो जासूसो का डीटेल मिलते ही भेजने को कहा है आप भी उनको आदेश दे दे।
ठीक है तुम लोग सावधान रहना मैं सबसे बात कर लेता हूँ। खन्ना ने कहा। कुछ ही दिनो में प्रतिभा को पाकिस्तान और चीन के चारो जासूसो का डीटेल मिल गया। उनके भारत आगमन का रूट चार्ट समय और शहर का भी पक्की रिपोर्ट मिल गई।
प्रतिभा ने कहा – शिखा और दीपांशु ध्यान से मेरी बात सुनो वे चारो हमारे देश में टुरिस्ट बनकर आ रहे है। चारो दो टीमों में बंट कर आ रहे है। दो लोग मुंबई और दो लोग कोलकाता आएंगे। वहा से वे लोग टुरिस्ट की तरह घूमते हुये दिल्ली आएंगे और घटना को अंजाम देंगे।
तुम दोनों मुंबई जाओगे और उनके पीछे लगकर उनकी हर हरकत पर निगाह रखना है। मैं कोलकाता जाऊँगी और उन देश के दुशमनों का क्रियाकर्म कर वही गंगा में बहा दूँगी।
ये तो ठीक नहीं कर रही हो पार्टनर मुझे छोड़कर अकेली कोलकता जाओगी मुझे तुम्हारी हमेसा चिंता लगी रहेगी। दीपांशु ने भी शिखा का समर्थन किया।
तुम दोनों मेरी चिंता मत करो तुम दोनों तो मेरे बारे में जानते हो जब देश की आन बान और शान की बात आती है मैं दुश्मनों पर अकेली ही काल बनकर टूट पड़ती हूँ। वैसे वहा कोलकाता में मेरी एक सीआईडी की सीनियर ऑफिसर कृति मिश्रा और एक रिस्तेदार सीबीआई ऑफिसर है मिस संतोष अग्रवाल। वे दोनों मुझे बहुत मानते है जब जरूरत पड़ेगी उन दोनों से मदद ले लूँगी। प्रतिभा ने उन दोनों चिंतामुक्त करते हुये कहा।
वे दोनों चुप हो गए क्योंकि वे जानते थे देश के लिए इस तरह खतरो से खेलना उनके लिए शान की बात है।
हवाई अड्डा पर प्रतिभा ने बाहर निकलते हुये पाकिस्तान के दोनों जासूसो को पहचान लिया। उसने देखा वे दोनों पहले से इंतजार कर रही एक कार में बैठकर निकल गए। प्रतिभा ने एक किराये की टेक्सी को लिया और उनका पीछा करने को कहा। वे दोनों एक फाइब स्टार होटल मून लाइट में पहुँच गए। प्रतिभा ने टेक्सी का भाड़ा चुकाया और रिसेपसन पर पहुँच गई। उसने मैनेजर से उन दोनों के कमरे के बारे में पूछा। उसने बताने में आनाकानी किया। प्रतिभा ने कहा मैं एक पुलिस ऑफिसर हूँ उनकी हरकते संदेहास्पद है मुझे उनपर निगाह रखनी है।
मैनेजर ने तुरंत बताया वे दोनों तीसरी मंजिल के कमरा नंबर तीन सौ तीस में गए है। प्रतिभा ने कहा – मुझे उसी मंजिल पर उनके कमरे के आस पास एक रुम चाहिए।
मैनेजर ने उसे तीन सौ पैंतीस नंबर का कमरा बुक कर दिया। प्रतिभा ने उसका एडवांस और अपना पहचान पत्र दिया और एक बैरा लेकर अपने कमरे की तरफ लिफ्ट से चली गई।
प्रतिभा अपने कमरे में पहुँचते ही अपना बैग खोला और उसमे से अपना रिवाल्वर, खुफिया कैमरा, माइक्रोफोन और क्लोरोफार्म आदि निकालकर चेक की। उसने फोन कर खन्ना को पाकिस्तान के दोनों जासूसो के बारे में बता दिया और कहा अभी वे दोनों अपने कमरे में गए है वे दोनों मेरी नजर में है सर।
ठीक है तुम सावधानी से उनपर निगाह रखो। खन्ना ने कहा।
उधर मुंबई में शिखा और दीपांशु ने चीन के दोनों जासूसो का पीछा हवाई अदा से करना शुरू किया। दोनों जासूस एक ट्रेवेलिंग कार से साधारण से होटल में गए। शिखा और दीपांशु भी उनके होटल में जाकर दो कमरा बुक करा लिया। शिखा ने फोन कर प्रतिभा को अपना लोकेसन बताया।
प्रतिभा ने उन दोनों की तारीफ करते हुये कहा बहुत खूब पार्टनर लगे रहो उनका पीछा छोडना नहीं।
प्रतिभा जैसे ही अपने कमरे से बाहर निकली उसने देखा एक सुंदर सी लड़की तीन सौ तैंतीस की तरफ जा रही थी। वो उसे न होटल की कर्मचारी लगी ना बैरा। उसने लपकर उस लड़की के मुंह पर अपना हाथ रख दिया और घसीटते हुये अपने कमरे में खिच लिया। वो लड़की अचानक इस हरकत से घबड़ा गई।
प्रतीभा ने उसके मुंह पर हाथ रखे हुये कहा – मैं तुम्हारा मुंह खोल रही हूँ मगर हल्ला मत करना। अगर शोर मचाई तो मैं तुम्हारों खोपड़ी फोड़ दूँगी उसने अपना रिवाल्वर उसकी कनपटी पर सटाते हुए कहा। मुंह खुलते ही वो लड़की लंबी लंबी साँसे लेने लगी काफी घबड़ाई हुई थी।
प्रतिभा ने पूछा तुम कौन हो और उस कमरे में क्यों जा रही थी। उस लड़की ने बताया मेरा नाम गुंजन है और मैं एक कॉल गर्ल हूँ मुझे होटल की तरफ से कस्टमर को खुश करने के लिए बुलाया गया था।
प्रतिभा ने कहा ठीक है मगर तुम्हें मेरा एक काम करना होगा। मैं एक पुलिस ऑफिसर हूँ मुझे उन दोनों की निगरानी करनी है। तुम इस माइक्रोफोन को उनके कमरे में किसी ऐसे जघ छिपा दो जिसे वे लोग देख नहीं सके और मुझे उनकी बातचीत सुनाई दे सके। एक काम और करना तुम उन दोनों में से किसी एक का मोबाइल नंबर भी लाकर देना मुझे।
मगर याद रखना अगर धोखा देने की कोशिश की तो इन दोनों के साथ तुमको भी जेल भेजवा दूँगी।
गुंजन ने कहा ठीक है मैडम आप जैसा बोल रही है मैं कर दूँगी। प्रतिभा ने उसे छोड़ दिया। गुंजन जैसे ही उन जासूसो के कमरे में पहुंची वे दोनों अपने मोबाइल पर बीजी थे। उसने मौका देखकर माइक्रोफोन को बेड के पास पड़े एक फूल के गमले में रख दिया।
तभी एक जासूस ने उसका स्वागत करते हुये कहा – आ गई तुम क्या पियोगी भिस्की या रम। गुंजन ने कहा – सॉरी सर मैं शराब नहीं पिती। ओके कोई बात नहीं वैसे मासाल्लाह बहुत खूबसूरत हो। गुंजन ने उसका शुक्रिया अदा किया।
अगर मैं आप दोनों को इतनी ही पसंद हूँ तो मेरा नंबर ले ले और अपना नंबर दे दे जब भी जरूरत पड़ेगी मुझे फोन कर लेना मैं सेवा में हाजिर हो जाऊँगी।
उस जासूस ने अपना मोबाइल नंबर उसे दे दिया। फिर उसने गुंजन से कहा अगर तुम हमारे लिए काम करोगी तो हम तुम्हें मालामाल कर देंगे। तुम्हें भारत के खिलाफ़ काम करना होगा।
सॉरी सर मैं अपने धंधे से खुश हूँ मुझे और कोई काम नहीं करना है।
तभी उस जासूस जिसका नाम कादिर भुट्टो था उसके मोबाइल पर कुछ आवाज आने लगी। वो चौकना होकर कमरे में चारो तरफ नजर दौडाने लगा। उसने अपने साथी सुलेमान खान से कहा इस कमरे में कही माइक्रोफोन रखा हुआ है लग रहा है कोई हमारी बाते सुन रहा है।
कादिर ने अपने मोबाइल को लेकर कमरे में चारो तरफ घूमना शुरू किया टेबल पर रखे गमले के पास जाकर रुक गया।उसने उसमे माइक्रोफोन को ढूंढ निकाल और गुस्से से गुंजन की तरफ देखने लगा। तुम भारत की जासूस तो नहीं हो। उसने उसका बाल पकड़ कर डांटते हुए पूछा। मैं कुछ नहीं जानती ये कहा से आया गुंजन ने अपना बाल छुड़ाते हुये कहा।
सुलेमान ने अपनी रीवालवर निकाल कर गूंजना पर तान दिया और कहा सच सच बोलो वरना मैं गोली चला दूंगा। तुमको किसने भेजा है। मगर गुंजन ने कहा मेरा विश्वाश करो मैं कुछ नहीं जानती। सुलेमान ने गोली चला दिया गोली गुंजन की छाती में जाकर लगी। धाय की आवाज हुई और गुंजन अपनी छती पकड़कर नीचे कालीन पर गिर पड़ी। उसकी छाती लहूलुहान हो गई।
अपने कमरे में प्रतिभा ने माइक्रोफोन से गोली चलने की आवाज सुन ली थी और उनकी बाते भी। उसने फुर्ती से अपना रिवाल्वर निकाला और भागते हुये उस कमरे तक पहचकर दरवाजे के किनारे खड़ी हो गई। थोड़ी ही देर में वे दोनों अपना अपना बेग लिए हुये कमरे से बाहर निकले।
प्रतिभा ने दोनों को अपने लात के प्रहार से नीचे गिरा दिया। दोनों फूरती से खड़े हुये और प्र्तिभा से भीड़ गए। प्रतिभा ने अपने लातों जुतो से उन दोनों को धुनकर रखा दिया। उन दोनों को लगा इस लड़की से वे पार नहीं पाएंगे वे दोनों लिफ्ट की तरफ भागे। प्रतिभा ने तुरंत नीचे काउंटर पर फोन कर उन दोनों के बारे में बताया और कहा की तुरंत पुलिस को बुलाये वे दोनों किसी कीमत पर भागने न पाये और एक अंबुलेंस भी बुलाने को कहा एक लड़की को इनके कमरे में गोली लगी है।
इसके बाद वो भागती हुई कमरे में गई जहा गुंजन अपनी छाती पकड़े दर्द से कराह रही थी। प्रतिभा ने उसका सिर अपनी गोद में रख कर बोली माफ करना तुम्हारी हालत मेरी वजह से हुई है लेकिन चिंता मत करो मैं तुम्हें कुछ नहीं होने दूँगी।
गुंजन ने कराहते हुये कहा मैडम आप अफसोस न करे मैं शरीर जरूर बेचती हूँ मगर देश नहीं बेच सकती इसलिए मैंने उनको कुछ नहीं बताया। वे लोग मुझे भी देश के खिलाफ काम करने के लिए लालच दे रहे थे।
प्र्तिभा को उसकी देश भक्ति देखकर बहुत गर्व हुआ उसकी आंखे गीली हो गई।
लिफ्ट से निकलते ही दोनों ने अपनी रिवाल्वर लहराते हुये कहा खबरदार अगर किसी ने हमे रोकने की कोशिश किया तो हम उसे गोली मार देंगे। सब लोग डर से इधर उधर हो गए। वे दोनों भागते हुये होटल से बाहर निकल गए और बाहर खड़ी एक गाड़ी के ड्राइवर को धमकाते हुये कहा चलो जल्दी से। वे दोनों उस गाड़ी का दरवाजा खोलकर बैठ गए। ड्राइवर डर से गाड़ी स्टार्ट कर चल पड़ा।
उनके जाते ही पुलिस और अंबुलेंस की गाड़ी सायरन बजाती हुई पहुँच गई।
प्रतिभा ने पुलिस को अपना परिचय दिया और बताया वे दोनों पाकिस्तानी जासूस है किसी गलत नियत से भारत आए है मैं उनपर नजर रख रही हूँ। आप सब पहले ईस लड़की को अस्पताल भेजवाकर बेहतर इलाज करवाए। और इस शहर के सभी थानो और चेक नाको पेकटरको सतर्क कर दे वे दोनों बाहर ना जाने पाये।
फिर प्रतिभा होटल से भार निकल कर एक भाड़े की कार लेकर हवाई अड्डा की तरफ निकल गई। रास्ते में उसने सीआईडी इंस्पेक्टर कृति मिश्रा को फोन कर उनका हुलिया बताते हुये कहा – दीदी इन दोनो ने अभी अभी होटल में एक लड़की को गोली मारकर है भाग निकले है। इनका पता चलना जरूरी है सभी स्टेशन और हवाई अड्डा पर पता लगवाकर बताए मुझे।
कृति ने कहा चिंता मत करो मैं अभी अपने विभाग को सतर्क कर पता लगाती हूँ। प्रतिभा ने सीबीआई ऑफिसर संतोष अगरवाल को फोन कर पूरी घटना बताते हुये कहा आंटी उस लड़की का अपनी देख रेख में इलाज करवाना उसे कुछ होना नहीं चाहिए कॉल गर्ल होते हुये भी वो एक देश भक्त लड़की है।
तभी कृति मिश्रा का फोन आया वे दोनों अभी हावड़ा स्टेशन पर देखा गया है पुलिस अभी पहुँचते ही होगी तुम भी जाओ।
प्रतिभा ने कार को रेलवे स्टेशन की तरफ मुड़वा दिया।

Formula Theft – Part One
(mystery and thriller story)
Rajan Yadav had made a formula to increase the yield of soil and increase the yield of plants rapidly. In which no chemical substances were used. The manure made from this formula was producing soil without any harm. The plants grew very fast and the fruits and flowers were bigger than before and their weight was also doubling.
While the immediate crop is good with chemical fertilizers, but later the fertilizer capacity of the soil is gradually being reduced. The crops, fruits, flowers and vegetables produced by it also cause physical harm and diseases.
Whereas, on the contrary, the manure prepared from the formula made by Rajan made the body healthy and there was no disease. There was a lot of taste in the food too. Due to which the income of the farmers increased. Getting more profit at less cost. Common people were getting fruits, flowers, grains and vegetables at cheap rates. The fertilizer capacity of the soil of the land was increasing day by day. There was a lot of discussion about this compost greenery everywhere.
Greenery fertilizer was creating panic not only in the country but also in foreign countries. India was earning crores and billions of rupees by selling this fertilizer in foreign countries also. Hundreds of countries were continuously sending orders of greenery manure to India in lakhs of quintals.
But some enemy countries were not liking this achievement of India. They were frying water inside. Maqsood Qureshi, a senior officer of Pakistan’s army, spoke to the director of China’s intelligence agency, Li Hingping, requesting his spies to steal the formula of scientist Rajan Yadav from India.
Li Hingping, director of China’s intelligence agency, said – you send two of your sharpest spies to me and two will remain with me, a total of four spies will go to India to steal the formula. But you will have to pay whatever the cost will be in this. Qureshi said ok. With this formula, both of us will also do crores of billions of work by making manure. Then no country will buy green manure from India. Because both of us will sell it to everyone at a lower rate than India. Both of them start laughing loudly.
But what did they know, both of them were going to put their hands in the lion’s den. His laugh was about to turn into tears. India’s most dangerous intelligence organization Ra came to know about it.
RA Director Harpal Khanna immediately informed the Ministry of Home Affairs and sought orders for further action. It was said on behalf of the ministry – the formula should not be stolen at any cost, for this, take whatever appropriate steps have to be taken.
Harpal Khanna called three of his most dangerous and smart detectives Pratibha Singh, Shikha Sharma and Dipanshu Verma and giving them the responsibility to save the formula from being stolen, said that all the three of you will get the help but at any cost Rajan Yadav’s formula Must not be stolen.
