इस शादी में यूं तो ज्यादा लोगों को आमंत्रित नहीं किया गया है, लेकिन आम आदमी पार्टी के ज्यादातर शीर्ष नेता मौजूद रहेंगे। दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल और डिप्टी सीएम मनीष सिसोदिया भी इस मौके पर रहेंगे। पंजाबी मीडिया की रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक भगवंत मान और उनकी पत्नी बनने जा रहीं गुरप्रीत लंबे समय से एक-दूसरे से परिचित हैं। भगवंत मान सिख रीति-रिवाज से शादी करेंगे। उनकी होने वाली पत्नी भी सिख समुदाय से ही आती हैं और मूल रूप से पंजाब की ही रहने वाली हैं। भगवंत मान की पहली इंदरप्रीत कौर थीं, जिनसे उन्होंने तलाक ले लिया था।
