रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | शराबी टीचर’ मिलने का यह मामला जशपुर जिला मुख्यालय के बाहरी इलाके और रायपुर से 430 किमी दूर टिकैतगंज प्राथमिक विद्यालय का है। दरअसल, शिक्षा अधिकारी स्कूल का निरीक्षण करने के लिए पहुंचे थे। प्रखंड शिक्षा पदाधिकारी सिद्दीकी जब क्लास में घुसे तो देखा कि महिला शिक्षक जगपति भगत कुर्सी पर सो रही हैं। उन्होंने आवाज देकर शिक्षिका को जगाने की कोशिश की लेकिन उनपर इसका कोई असर नहीं हुआ।
छत्तीसगढ़ के एक स्कूल में गुरुवार को शिक्षा अधिकारी ने औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान वहां का नजारा देखकर अधिकारी हैरान रह गए क्योंकि शराब के नशे में धुत होकर एक अध्यापिका कुर्सी पर बेसुध पड़ी हुई थीं। वहीं उनके आस-पास बच्चे खेल रहे थे। वैसे तो छत्तीसगढ़ में शराब के नशे में कई शिक्षक मिल चुके हैं लेकिन महिला शिक्षिका के मिलने का यह पहला मामला है।
बच्चों ने बताया- टीचर ने पी है शराब
सिद्दीकी ने कहा, ‘मैं टीचर को फर्श पर लेटा हुआ और बच्चों को खेलने में व्यस्त देखकर चौंक गया। शुरू में, मुझे लगा कि वह बीमार हैं। मैंने तीसरी-चौथी कक्षा के बच्चों से उनके बारे में पूछताछ की। मैं यह सुनकर चौंक गया जब बच्चों ने कहा कि उन्होंने शराब पी है। फिर मैंने बच्चों से उन्हें कुर्सी पर बैठने में मदद करने को कहा।’ स्कूल में 54 छात्र हैं और जगपति सभी विषयों को पढ़ाती हैं।
डॉक्टर जांच में हुई शराब की पुष्टि
इसके बाद बीईओ ने एडिशनल एसपी प्रतिभा पांडे को फोन कर घटना की जानकारी दी और महिला कांस्टेबल से शिक्षिका को मेडिकल चेकअप के लिए भेजने में मदद करने को कहा। एएसपी ने फौरन दो पुलिसकर्मियों को स्कूल भेजा, जो भगत को पुलिस वैन से जिला अस्पताल ले गईं। सिद्दीकी ने कहा कि डॉक्टरों ने जांच के बाद इस पुष्टि की कि शिक्षिका ने शराब पी है क्योंकि उनके खून में शराब मिली है। जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी ने भगत को सस्पेंड कर दिया है।
पांच शिक्षक हो चुके हैं निलंबित
सिद्दीकी ने कहा कि छात्रों के माता-पिता ने शिकायत की कि जगपति पिछले कुछ दिनों से शराब के नशे में स्कूल आ रही थीं। उन्होंने कहा कि स्कूल समिति ने भगत को यह आदत छोड़ने की चेतावनी दी थी, लेकिन इसका कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ। स्कूल की प्रधानाध्यापिका आरती भगत ने भी उन्हें कई मौकों पर चेतावनी दी थी। डीईओ कार्यालय के अनुसार 16 जून से शैक्षणिक सत्र शुरू होने के बाद से जशपुर जिले में पांच शिक्षकों को निलंबित किया जा चुका है- इनमें से तीन शिक्षक शराब के नशे में स्कूल आए थे।

During this, the officers were surprised to see the scene there because a teacher was lying unconscious on the chair after getting drunk. There were children playing around them. Although many teachers have been found in Chhattisgarh under the influence of alcohol, but this is the first case of a female teacher being found.
Children told – the teacher has drunk alcohol
Siddiqui said, ‘I was shocked to see the teacher lying on the floor and the children busy playing. Initially, I thought he was sick. I inquired about them from the third-fourth grade students. I was shocked to hear when the kids said that they had drunk. Then I asked the children to help them sit on the chair. The school has 54 students and Jagapathi teaches all subjects.
Alcohol confirmed in doctor’s examination
After this, the BEO called Additional SP Pratibha Pandey and informed about the incident and asked the lady constable to help in sending the teacher for medical checkup. The ASP immediately sent two policemen to the school, who took Bhagat to the district hospital in a police van. Siddiqui said that the doctors after examination confirmed that the teacher had consumed alcohol as alcohol was found in her blood. The District Education Officer has suspended Bhagat.
Five teachers have been suspended
Siddiqui said the parents of the students complained that Jagapathi was coming to school under the influence of alcohol for the past few days. He said the school committee had warned Bhagat to give up the habit, but to no avail. School headmistress Aarti Bhagat had also warned him on several occasions. According to the DEO’s office, five teachers have been suspended in Jashpur district since the academic session began on June 16 – three of them had come to school under the influence of alcohol.
