मुम्बई | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | आज से 15 साल पहले 2007 में आयाेजित AIDS अवेयरनेस प्रोग्राम में शिल्पा शेट्टी और रिचर्ड गेरे ने शिरकत की थी। कार्यक्रम के दौरान रिचर्ड स्टेज पर बार-बार शिल्पा को गले लगाते और अभिनेत्री को किस करते हुए नजर आ रहे थे। जिसकी वजह से दोनों पर अश्लीलता फैलाने का आरोप लगाते हुए केस दर्ज कराया गया, लेकिन बड़ी बात यह है कि 15 साल बाद केस का फैसला आया है।
दरअसल, बॉलीवुड अभिनेत्री शिल्पा शेट्टी का विवादों से पुराना नाता रहा है। प्रोफेशनल लाइफ के साथ-साथ अभिनेत्री की पर्सनल लाइफ में भी काफी उतार-चढ़ाव आए हैं। हालांकि अभिनेत्री ने हर बार पॉजिटिव रहकर इन विवादों से अपना पीछा छुड़ाया है, लेकिन एक विवाद ऐसा है जो पिछले 15 वर्षाें से अभिनेत्री का पीछा छोड़ने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है। यह विवाद हॉलीवुड अभिनेता रिचर्ड गेरे से जुड़ा हुआ है, जिन्होंने सबके सामने स्टेज पर अभिनेत्री के हाथ पर किस कर दिया था।
मुम्बई की मेट्रोपोलिटन मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट ने शिल्पा शेट्टी को सभी आरोपों से बरी कर दिया है। कोर्ट का कहना है कि अभिनत्री, हॉलीवुड एक्टर रिचर्ड गेरे की हरकत की विक्टिम थीं। कोर्ट में पेश किए गए सबूतों से यह साबित नहीं होता है कि अभिनेत्री इसमें शामिल थीं।
मजिस्ट्रेट ने कहा कि कोर्ट में जमा किए गए वीडियो में यह साफ नजर आ रहा है कि शिल्पा को खुद इस बात का पता नहीं था। जब रिचर्ड गेरे ने शिल्पा को किस किया तब अभिनेत्री खुद हक्का-बक्का रह गई थीं।
गौरतलब है कि 15 साल पहले बॉलीवुड अभिनेत्री शिल्पा शेट्टी के खिलाफ अश्लीलता फैलाने के आरोप में राजस्थान में दो और गाजियाबाद में एक केस दर्ज करवाया गया था।
केस दर्ज होने के दस साल बाद अभिनेत्री ने याचिका दायर कर इस केस को मुंबई में ट्रांसफर करने की अपील की थी। जिस पर अब मेट्रोपॉलिटन मजिस्ट्रेट ने अपना फैसला सुनाया है।

This controversy is related to Hollywood actor Richard Gere, who kissed the actress on the hand of the actress on stage in front of everyone.
The Metropolitan Magistrate Court of Mumbai has acquitted Shilpa Shetty of all charges. The court says that the actress was a victim of Hollywood actor Richard Gere’s actions. The evidence presented in the court does not prove that the actress was involved.
The magistrate said that it is clearly visible in the video submitted in the court that Shilpa herself was not aware of this. The actress herself was stunned when Richard Gere kissed Shilpa.
Significantly, 15 years ago, two cases were registered against Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty for spreading obscenity in Rajasthan and one in Ghaziabad.
Ten years after the case was registered, the actress filed a petition and appealed to transfer the case to Mumbai. On which the Metropolitan Magistrate has now given his decision.
