भोपाल | [मध्य प्रदेश बुलेटिन] | राज्य के नीमच जिले में एक विक्षिप्त व्यक्ति का शव मिलने के बाद उसके परिजन ने पुलिस से शिकायत की है कि एक वीडियो सामने आया है, जिसमें एक व्यक्ति द्वारा पीड़ित से उसकी पहचान पूछते हुए उसे बार-बार थप्पड़ मारा जा रहा है। प्रदेश कांग्रेस ने आरोप लगाया कि वीडियो में पीड़ित को थप्पड़ मारने वाला व्यक्ति एक स्थानीय भाजपा नेता है और उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए। वीडियो में आरोपी को पीड़ित को बार-बार थप्पड़ मारते, उसका आधार कार्ड मांगते और उससे यह पूछते हुए देखा जा सकता है कि क्या उसका नाम मोहम्मद है।

पुलिस के मुताबिक, मृतक भंवरलाल जैन रतलाम जिले के सरसी गांव का रहने वाला था और 15 मई को राजस्थान के चित्तौड़गढ़ में एक धार्मिक कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने के बाद लापता हो गया था। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि जैन शुक्रवार सुबह नीमच जिले के मनासा थाना क्षेत्र के रामपुरा रोड पर मृत मिला था।

पुलिस ने दर्ज किया मामला

मनासा पुलिस थाने के प्रभारी केएल डांगी ने कहा, ‘मृतक का अंतिम संस्कार करने के बाद उसके परिजनों को कथित वीडियो के बारे में पता चला और उन्होंने पुलिस को इसकी सूचना दी।’ वीडियो सामने आने के बाद पुलिस ने भारतीय दंड संहिता (आईपीसी) की धारा 302 (हत्या) और धारा 304 (गैर इरादतन हत्या) के तहत मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। डांगी के मुताबिक, प्रारंभिक सूचना के अनुसार वीडियो में दिख रहे व्यक्ति की पहचान मनासा निवासी दिनेश कुशवाहा के रूप में हुई है। उन्होंने बताया कि पीड़ित के साथ मारपीट करने वाला व्यक्ति और उसका वीडियो बनाने वाला शख्स फरार हैं।

दिग्विजय बोले- आरोपी भाजपा का नेता

डांगी ने कहा, ‘वीडियो शायद 19 मई को रिकॉर्ड किया गया था, लेकिन आगे की जांच चल रही है।’ इस बीच, कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता दिग्विजय सिंह ने एक ट्वीट कर आरोपी दिनेश कुशवाहा को भाजपा नेता बताया। उन्होंने कहा, ‘मुझे जानकारी मिली है कि भाजपा नेता दिनेश कुशवाहा के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 302 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। देखते हैं गिरफ्तारी होती है या नहीं।’

कमलनाथ का दावा- आरोपी भाजपा से जुड़ा

वहीं, मध्य प्रदेश कांग्रेस के प्रमुख कमलनाथ ने भी राज्य में कानून-व्यवस्था की स्थिति पर सवाल उठाए। उन्होंने कहा, ‘मध्य प्रदेश में आखिर हो क्या रहा है? सिवनी में आदिवासियों की पीट-पीटकर हत्या, गुना, महू, मंडला की घटनाएं और अब के नीमच जिले के मनासा में एक बुजुर्ग व्यक्ति, जिसका नाम भंवरलाल जैन बताया जा रहा है, की पीट-पीटकर हत्या…।’ कमलनाथ ने दावा किया कि सिवनी की तरह नीमच के आरोपी भी भाजपा से जुड़े हुए हैं।

भाजपा बोली- आरोपी से पार्टी का कोई कनेक्शन नहीं

कांग्रेस के आरोपों के बारे में पूछे जाने पर प्रदेश भाजपा सचिव रजनीश अग्रवाल ने कहा, ‘घटना दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। आरोपी एक आरोपी है और इसका पार्टी की राजनीति से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है। प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा इस तरह के कृत्य में शामिल लोगों को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा। हमारी पार्टी कानून के शासन में विश्वास करती है।’ अग्रवाल ने आरोप लगाया कि पिछली कांग्रेस सरकारें अपराधियों को बचाने में शामिल थीं। वहीं, प्रदेश के गृह मंत्री नरोत्तम मिश्रा ने बताया कि कुशवाहा के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है और घटना की जांच जारी है।
