चंडीगढ़ | [पंजाब बुलेटिन] | उत्तर प्रदेश के मदरसों में राष्ट्रगान अनिवार्य करने के बाद अब इसे हरियाणा और मध्यप्रदेश में भी लागू करने पर विचार किया जा रहा है। मध्य प्रदेश के गृहमंत्री नरोत्तम मिश्रा ने कहा है कि उनके राज्य मध्यप्रदेश में भी इसी तरह के कदम पर विचार किया जा सकता है। वहीं हरियाणा राज्य के शिक्षा मंत्री कंवर पाल ने शुक्रवार को यह संकेत दिया। मंत्री ने कहा, ”इसमें कोई नुकसान नहीं है। राष्ट्रगान हर जगह गाया जाना चाहिए, चाहे वह मदरसा हो या स्कूल। इसमें किसी को कोई आपत्ति नहीं होनी चाहिए।”

कांग्रेस नेता रणदीप सिंह सुरजेवाला ने हरियाणा सरकार ने कक्षा 9 की नई इतिहास की किताब वापस लेने की मांग की थी, जिसमें 1947 में देश के विभाजन के कारणों में कांग्रेस की “तुष्टिकरण की नीति” का भी उल्लेख है। इस पर कंवर पाल ने कहा, “आप इतिहास को सुगर-कोटेड नहीं बना सकते। जब किताब कई चीजों पर कांग्रेस को श्रेय देती है, तो गलतियों को भी उजागर किया जाएगा। देश के विभाजन को स्वीकार करना एक गलती थी और इसका उल्लेख मिलेगा।”

यूपी के मदरसों में राष्ट्रगान अनिवार्य

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने गुरुवार से मदरसों में राष्ट्रगान गाना अनिवार्य किया है, जिसके बाद ऐसे संकेत सामने आए हैं। यूपी मदरसा शिक्षा बोर्ड के रजिस्ट्रार एसएन पांडे ने गत 9 मई को सभी जिला अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण अधिकारियों को इस बारे में आदेश जारी किया। पांडे ने आदेश में कहा है कि पिछली 24 मार्च को बोर्ड की बैठक में लिए गए निर्णय के अनुरूप नए शिक्षण सत्र से सभी मदरसों में प्रार्थना के समय राष्ट्रगान अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है।

एमपी में भी हो रहा विचार

वहीं, पड़ोसी राज्य उत्तर प्रदेश में मदरसों में राष्ट्रगान गायन अनिवार्य कर दिए जाने के बाद मध्य प्रदेश के गृहमंत्री ने कहा कि उनके राज्य में भी इसी तरह के कदम पर विचार किया जा सकता है। इसके अलावा मध्य प्रदेश भाजपा प्रमुख विष्णु दत्त शर्मा ने कहा कि देश भर के सभी शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में जन गण मन का पाठ किया जाना चाहिए। मध्य प्रदेश के मंत्री मिश्रा ने कहा कि राष्ट्रगान हर जगह गाया जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा, “यह अच्छी बात है। यह एक राष्ट्रगान है और इसे हर जगह गाया जा सकता है।”

National anthem mandatory in UP madrassas

The Uttar Pradesh government has made singing the national anthem mandatory in madrassas from Thursday, following which such indications have come to the fore. UP Madrasa Education Board registrar SN Pandey issued an order in this regard to all the District Minority Welfare Officers on 9th May. Pandey has said in the order that in accordance with the decision taken in the board meeting on March 24, the national anthem has been made mandatory at the time of prayer in all madrasas from the new academic session.

At the same time, after the singing of the national anthem was made compulsory in madrasas in neighboring Uttar Pradesh, the Madhya Pradesh Home Minister said a similar move could be considered in his state. Apart from this, Madhya Pradesh BJP chief Vishnu Dutt Sharma said that Jana Gana Mana should be recited in all educational institutions across the country. Madhya Pradesh minister Mishra said that the national anthem should be sung everywhere. “It’s a good thing. It’s a national anthem and it can be sung everywhere,” he said.
