नई दिल्ली | [नेशनल बुलेटिन] | बैकवर्ड एंड माइनॉरिटी कम्युनिटीज एम्पलॉयीज फेडरेशन यानी बामसेफ ने 25 मई को भारत बंद Bharat Bandh का आह्वान किया है। बामसेफ के अध्यक्ष वामन मेश्राम ने कहा, ‘हमारे भारत बंद आंदोलन को राष्ट्रीय परिवर्तन मोर्चा, भारत मुक्ति मोर्चा, बहुजन मुक्ति मोर्चा और कई अन्य संगठनों ने समर्थन दिया है।’ उन्होंने कहा कि कुछ लोग हमारे बंद को लेकर लोगों को भ्रमित कर रहे हैं। खासतौर पर ओबीसी समुदाय के लोगों को बरगलाया जा रहा है ताकि वे आंदोलन से न जुड़ सकें।
भारतीय युवा मोर्चा ने आंदोलन की मांग को लेकर कहा कि हमारी मुख्य डिमांड यही है कि जनगणना में जातियों की संख्या को गिनने की बात भी शामिल की जाए। इसे लेकर केंद्र सरकार फैसला लेने से बच रही है।
बुधवार को होने वाले इस आंदोलन को जातीय जनगणना की मांग के लिए बुलाया गया है। इसे लेकर बिहार समेत कई राज्यों से पहले ही मांग उठती रही है, लेकिन अब तक केंद्र सरकार ने इस पर कोई फैसला नहीं लिया है। ओबीसी जातियों की गणना न कराने के खिलाफ यह आंदोलन बुलाया गया है। हालांकि इसका असर कितना होगा, इसे लेकर संदेह है। इसकी वजह यह है कि BAMCEF का देश भर में कोई बड़ा आधार नहीं है। इसके अलावा किसी बड़े राजनीतिक दल ने अब तक इसके समर्थन का ऐलान भी नहीं किया है।
कहा जा रहा है कि इस भारत बंद के दौरान कुछ और मांगों को भी उठाया जाएगा। इनमें चुनाव में ईवीएम का इस्तेमाल न करना, जातीय जनगणना कराना, निजी सेक्टर में एससी, एसटी और ओबीसी को आरक्षण प्रदान करना, किसानों को एमएसपी की गारंटी देना और सीएए एवं एनआरसी को लागू न करने की मांग शामिल है।
यही नहीं एक बार फिर से पुरानी पेंशन स्कीम, ओडिशा और मध्य प्रदेश में भी पंचायत चुनाव में ओबीसी आरक्षण लागू करने की भी मांग की जा रही है। आदिवासियों के संरक्षण, कोरोना टीकाकरण को वैकल्पिक करने और लेबर लॉ को मजबूत करने की मांग भी उठाई जा रही है। ट्विटर पर भी ‘कल भारत बंद रहेगा’ ट्रेंड रहेगा।
BAMCEF calls India bandh tomorrow on demand of caste census
New Delhi | [National Bulletin] | Backward and Minority Communities Employees Federation ie BAMCEF has called for Bharat Bandh on May 25. BAMCEF President Vaman Meshram said, “Our Bharat Bandh movement has been supported by Rashtriya Parivartan Morcha, Bharat Mukti Morcha, Bahujan Mukti Morcha and many other organizations.” He said that some people are misleading people about our bandh. People especially from OBC community are being tricked so that they can not join the movement.
Bhartiya Yuva Morcha said about the demand of the movement that our main demand is that the matter of counting the number of castes should also be included in the census. The central government is avoiding taking a decision regarding this.
The agitation, to be held on Wednesday, has been called for the demand for a caste census. There has already been a demand from many states including Bihar regarding this, but till now the central government has not taken any decision on it. This movement has been called against the non-counting of OBC castes. However, there is doubt about how much effect it will have. The reason for this is that BAMCEF does not have a huge base across the country. Apart from this, no major political party has announced its support so far.
It is being said that some more demands will also be raised during this Bharat Bandh. These include non-use of EVMs in elections, caste census, providing reservation to SC, ST and OBCs in the private sector, guaranteeing MSP to farmers and demanding non-implementation of CAA and NRC.
Not only this, once again there is a demand for the implementation of OBC reservation in the Panchayat elections in the old pension scheme, Odisha and Madhya Pradesh also. Demands are also being raised for protection of tribals, making corona vaccination optional and strengthening labor laws. There will be a trend of ‘Bharat Bandh Rahega’ on Twitter too.
