नई दिल्ली | [नेशनल बुलेटिन] | भारत सरकार ने शनिवार को बड़ी राहत देते हुए पेट्रोल और डीजल पर क्रमश: 8 और 6 रुपए एक्साइज ड्यूटी कम कर दिया है। इसके बाद पेट्रोल की कीमत 9.5 रुपए प्रति लीटर और डीजल की कीमत 7 रुपए प्रति लीटर कम हो जाएगी।
इसके अलावा सरकार ने प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना के 9 करोड़ से अधिक लाभार्थियों को 200 रुपये प्रति गैस सिलेंडर (12 सिलेंडर तक) की सब्सिडी देने का ऐलान किया। वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने कहा कि इससे हमारी माताओं और बहनों को मदद मिलेगी।
अभी क्या है रेट
राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली में पेट्रोल की कीमत 105.41 रुपये प्रति लीटर और डीजल की कीमत 96.67 रुपये प्रति लीटर है। हालांकि, अब उत्पाद शुल्क में कटौती के बाद दिल्ली में रविवार को पेट्रोल की अनुमानित कीमत 95.91 रुपये प्रति लीटर हो जाएगी। वहीं, डीजल की बात करें तो अनुमानित कीमत 89.67 रुपये प्रति लीटर हो जाएगी।
हो रहा था विरोध
दरअसल, पिछले कुछ महीनों में पेट्रोल एवं डीजल की कीमतें बढ़ने के अलावा रसोई गैस की कीमतें भी लगातार बढ़ी हैं। इसकी वजह से लोगों के बजट पर बुरा असर पड़ रहा था। इसको देखते हुए तमाम जानकार एवं विपक्षी दल ईंधन कीमतों में कटौती की मांग कर रहे थे।
दिवाली पर भी मिली थी राहत
दिवाली की पूर्व संध्या पर, भारत सरकार ने पेट्रोल और डीजल पर उत्पाद शुल्क में कमी की घोषणा की थी। पेट्रोल और डीजल पर उत्पाद शुल्क कल क्रमशः 5 रुपये और 10 रुपये कम किया गया था।
उज्ज्वला योजना पर अहम ऐलान
केंद्रीय मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने बताया कि हम प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना के 9 करोड़ से अधिक लाभार्थियों को 200 रुपये प्रति गैस सिलेंडर (12 सिलेंडर तक) की सब्सिडी देंगे। इससे हमारी माताओं और बहनों को मदद मिलेगी।
देश में सबसे महंगा पेट्रोल महाराष्ट्र के परभणी में 123.46 रुपए प्रति लीटर था, जबकि डीजल आंध्र प्रदेश के चित्तूर में 107.61 रुपए प्रति लीटर। वहीं, सबसे सस्ता पेट्रोल पोर्ट ब्लेयर में 91.45 रुपए और डीजल 85.83 रुपए लीटर था।
