नई दिल्ली | [नेशनल बुलेटिन] | टैक्सी स्टैंड मालिक ने डांटा तो गुस्साए चालक ने पूर्वी दिल्ली के मधु विहार में सोमवार देर रात पार्किंग में आग लगा दी। इस दौरान पार्किंग में सो रहे 1 बुजुर्ग समेत 5 लोग झुलस गए तो वहीं सात गाड़ियां जल गईं।
झुलसे लोगों को एलबीएस अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां से 2 की हालत गंभीर होने पर उन्हें आरएमएल रेफर कर दिया गया। अस्पताल में सभी का उपचार चल रहा है। पुलिस ने केस दर्ज कर आरोपी चालक मनोज उर्फ झंडू साह को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।
पुलिस के अनुसार, मंडावली निवासी सुखबीर सिंह मधु विहार के आईपी एक्सटेंशन स्थित पंकज प्लाजा के पास टैक्सी स्टैंड की पार्किंग चलाते हैं। सुखबीर ने पार्किंग में तिरपाल डालकर एक कमरा बना रखा था, जिसमें चालक आराम करते थे।
पुलिस के अनुसार, सोमवार रात सुखबीर सिंह और चालक मनोज के बीच किसी बात को लेकर कहासुनी हो गई। आरोप है कि सुखबीर ने उसे डांट दिया और उसके साथ दुर्व्यवहार किया। इसके बाद सुखबीर घर चले गए। रात को पार्किंग स्थित कमरे में चालक 74 वर्षीय एनबी बहुगुणा, 32 वर्षीय चंद्रपाल, 45 वर्षीय सिकंदर, 32 वर्षीय अजय और दुर्गा सिंह सो रहे थे।
रात 2 बजे के करीब मनोज ने गुस्से में पार्किंग में खड़ी गाड़ियों में आग लगा दी। आग पार्किंग में फैल गई, जिसकी चपेट में तिरपाल से बने कमरे में सो रहे चालक भी आ गए। वहीं, पार्किंग में खड़ी 3 कारें, 3 बाइकें व 2 स्कूटी जल गईं। सूचना मिलते ही दमकल की 4 गाड़ियां मौके पर पहुंचीं, जिनकी मदद से दमकलकर्मियों ने 1 घंटे में आग पर काबू पाया।
दस साल से कर रहा था काम
सुखबीर सिंह ने बताया कि मनोज उनके वहां 10 साल से गाड़ियां चला रहा था। पहले कभी ऐसा कुछ नहीं किया था, जिससे लगे कि वह ऐसा भी कर सकता था। सुखबीर सिंह ने बताया कि रात को जब आग की सूचना मिली तो मैं हैरान रह गया।
फोरेंसिंक टीम ने साक्ष्य जुटाए
हादसे के बाद मंगलवार दोपहर फोरेंसिक टीम मौके पर पहुंची। टीम ने मौके से साक्ष्य जुटाए। इसके अलावा पुलिस के अधिकारी और क्राइम ब्रांच की टीम भी पहुंची और स्टैंड मालिक व आसपास के लोगों से पूछताछ की।
जान बचाने वाला कोई नहीं था
हादसे वाली जगह के पास पंकज प्लाजा और अपार्टमेंट हैं। रात को प्लाजा के दुकानदार घर चले जाते हैं। लिहाजा देर रात आग लगने पर चालकों को बचाने वाला कोई नहीं था।
एक की हालत गंभीर
आग की चपेट में आकर एनबी बहुगुणा 90 फीसदी, चंद्रपाल 30 फीसदी, सिकंदर 70 फीसदी, अजय 30 फीसदी और दुर्गा सिंह 15 फीसदी तक झुलसे हैं। इनमें एनबी बहुगुणा और सिकंदर की हालत बेहद गंभीर है।

According to the police, Sukhbir Singh, a resident of Mandawali, runs the parking of the taxi stand near Pankaj Plaza, IP Extension, Madhu Vihar. Sukhbir had made a room by putting a tarpaulin in the parking lot, in which the drivers used to rest.
According to the police, there was an altercation between Sukhbir Singh and driver Manoj on Monday night over some issue. It is alleged that Sukhbir scolded her and misbehaved with her. After this Sukhbir went home. The drivers, 74-year-old NB Bahuguna, 32-year-old Chanderpal, 45-year-old Sikandar, 32-year-old Ajay and Durga Singh, were sleeping in the parking room at night.
Around 2 o’clock in the night, Manoj angrily set the vehicles parked in the parking lot on fire. The fire spread to the parking lot, which also caught the drivers sleeping in the room made of tarpaulin. At the same time, 3 cars parked in the parking lot, 3 bikes and 2 scooties were burnt. As soon as the information was received, 4 fire tenders reached the spot, with the help of which the firefighters brought the fire under control in an hour.

Sukhbir Singh told that Manoj was driving vehicles there for 10 years. He had never done anything before that seemed like he could do it. Sukhbir Singh told that when I got information about the fire at night, I was shocked.
Forensic team gathered evidence
The forensic team reached the spot on Tuesday afternoon after the accident. The team collected evidence from the spot. Apart from this, police officers and crime branch team also reached and questioned the stand owner and the people around.
there was no one to save his life
There are Pankaj Plaza and Apartments near the accident site. At night the shopkeepers of the plaza go home. So there was no one to save the drivers when the fire broke out late in the night.

NB Bahuguna 90 percent, Chanderpal 30 percent, Sikandar 70 percent, Ajay 30 percent and Durga Singh 15 percent are scorched due to fire. Among them, the condition of NB Bahuguna and Sikander is very critical.
